Description

  • Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Beinauflage zur Verbindung mit einem klappbaren Stuhl aus einem Rohrrahmen und einer Bespannung, insbesondere aufweisend mindestens ein Verbindungsstück zur Verbindung von Beinauflage und Stuhl.
  • Klappbare Stühle aus einem Rohrgestell als Rahmenelement und einer Bespannung werden vor allem als Campingstühle, im Caravanbereich und als leichte Garten- und Terrassenstühle eingesetzt. Um den Sitzkomfort zu erhöhen, ist seit langem bekannt, derartige Stühle mit abnehmbaren Beinauflagen zu versehen. Die Verbindung eines klappbaren Stuhls mit einer Beinauflage erhöht nicht nur den Sitzkomfort, sondern verwandelt den klappbaren Stuhl auch kostengünstig in eine bequeme Liege.
  • Bekannte abnehmbare Beinauflagen, wie sie in der US 2007/0001502 A1 beschrieben sind, werden mit einem Clipsmechanismus unterhalb der Sitzebene des Stuhls an dessen vorderem Querholm befestigt oder wie in der DE 297 10 364 U1 beschrieben, in die Verbindung zwischen vorderem Querholm und vorderem Fuß des Stuhls eingehakt. Schließlich ist aus der DE G 94 11 761.6 bekannt, eine schwenkbare Beinauflage auf der Innenseite der vorderen Fußrohre des Stuhls mit einer Durchgangsschraube zu verbinden.
  • Nachteilig an den bekannten abnehmbaren Beinauflagen ist, dass deren Auflageebene entweder unterhalb der Sitzebene liegt, so dass es zu einer unerwünschten, den Sitzkomfort verringernden Stufung kommt, oder sie nur umständlich angebracht und abgenommen werden können.
  • Die vorliegende Erfindung stellt sich daher die Aufgabe, eine einfach zu befestigende Beinauflage anzugeben, die in unterschiedlichen Verbindungslagen, insbesondere sowohl unterhalb als auch in etwa gleicher Ebene zur Sitzfläche eines Klappstuhls angeordnet werden kann.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird durch eine Beinauflage gelöst, wobei zur Ermöglichung zweier unterschiedlicher Verbindungslagen entweder mindestens zwei zur Verbindungslage gegeneinander auswechselbare, zueinander unterschiedliche Verbindungsstücke vorgesehen sind, wobei die unterschiedlichen Verbindungsstücke jeweils eine erste und eine zweite Verbindungsvorrichtung aufweisen, von denen nur eine identisch zur derjenigen des anderen Verbindungsstücks ausgebildet ist oder dass das mindestens eine Verbindungsstück eine erste Verbindungsvorrichtung zur Verbindung mit der Beinauflage und eine zweite und dritte Verbindungsvorrichtung zur jeweilig ausschließlichen Verbindung mit dem Stuhl aufweist.
  • Mit großem Vorteil wird es durch die Auswechselbarkeit der unterschiedlichen Verbindungsstücke gegeneinander zur Erzeugung einer jeweiligen Verbindungslage von Beinauflage und Stuhl möglich, die Beinauflage in unterschiedlicher Art und Weise an dem Stuhl zu befestigen, so dass auch unterschiedliche Befestigungshöhen realisierbar sind. Aufgrund der Wechselbarkeit der Verbindungsstücke ist ein schneller und einfacher Umbau der Beinauflage am Stuhl möglich. Weisen die mindestens zwei wechselbaren Verbindungsstücke eine identische Verbindungsvorrichtung auf, so können sie an dieser jeweils schnell und problemlos an der Beinauflage befestigt werden. Die andere, nicht identische Verbindungsvorrichtung der jeweiligen Verbindungsstücke dient erfindungsgemäß dazu, diese in unterschiedlicher Art und Weise am Stuhl zu befestigen. Mit anderen Worten stellt die Erfindung mehrere Sätze von Verbindungsstücken zur Verfügung, die sämtlich eine einheitliche erste Verbindungsvorrichtung und zueinander unterschiedliche zweite Verbindungsvorrichtungen aufweisen. Bei der zweiten Lösung der Aufgabe wird mit großem Vorteil lediglich eine Sorte Verbindungsstücke benötigt, die aufgrund ihrer unterschiedlich ausgebildeten Verbindungsvorrichtungen zur jeweils ausschließlichen Verbindung mit dem Stuhl ebenfalls unterschiedliche Befestigungsmöglichkeiten und - positionen erlauben. In beiden erfindungsgemäßen Lösungen tragen Beinauflage und Verbindungsstück sowie Verbindungsstück und Stuhl jeweils komplementäre Teile der Verbindungsvorrichtungen. Mit anderen Worten kann erfindungsgemäß eine Beinauflage auf zwei unterschiedlichen Wegen an dem Stuhl befestigt werden, wobei sich jeder Weg unterschiedlich realisieren lässt, so dass eine größtmögliche Variabilität erreicht wird.
  • In Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist vorgesehen, dass die erste Verbindungsvorrichtung als federbelasteter Rastdorn mit korrespondierender Rastöffnung ausgebildet ist. Dies stellt eine besonders einfache und dennoch robuste, leicht zu bedienende Verbindungsvorrichtung dar, insbesondere dann, wenn der federbelastete Rastdorn im Inneren eines Rohres der Beinauflage eingeordnet ist. Selbstverständlich kann dieser federbelastete Rastdorn erfindungsgemäß auch an der Außenseite eines Rohres der Beinauflage angeordnet sein. In diesem Fall ist erfindungsgemäß vorgesehen, dass die erste Verbindungsvorrichtung aus korrosionsbeständigem Material mit entsprechender Federwirkung besteht.
  • Weist das Verbindungsstück eine Hülse auf, in deren Wandung eine Rastöffnung vorgesehen ist, so kann der federbelastete Rastdorn, der an der Beinauflage angeordnet ist, einfach und problemlos in die Hülse eingreifen und so das Verbindungsstück an der Beinauflage sicher und reversibel befestigen. Rastöffnung und Rastdorn sind vorteilhafterweise so angeordnet, dass sie bei montierter Beinauflage in Richtung Erdboden zeigen, so dass sie durch das darüber befindliche Rohr vor eindringender Feuchtigkeit und damit vor Korrosion geschützt sind. Durch diese Orientierung der Rastöffnung kann dennoch eingedrungenes Wasser problemlos ablaufen, so dass eine besonders haltbare Beinauflage resultiert.
  • Weist die zweite Verbindungseinrichtung einen Clipsmechanismus auf oder ein Gelenk, dessen eine Gelenkseite zur Verbindung mit dem Verbindungsstück und dessen andere Gelenkseite zur Verbindung mit dem Stuhl vorgesehen sind, so ist mit großem Vorteil die unterschiedliche Anordnung der Beinauflage an dem Stuhl ermöglicht. Die eine Ausführungsform der Verbindungsstücke ermöglicht das Anclipsen der Beinauflage an dem vorderen Querholm des klappbaren Stuhls. Hierzu sind vorzugsweise zwei elastische Clipsschellen vorgesehen. Mit großem Vorteil sieht die Erfindung vor, dass diese Ausführungsform des Verbindungsstückes U-förmig ausgebildet ist, mit zwei ersten Verbindungseinrichtungen und zwei zweiten Verbindungseinrichtungen. In der Variante mit dem Gelenk wird mit großem Vorteil die Anordnung der Beinauflage in derselben Ebene wie die Sitzebene des Stuhls ermöglicht, da das Gelenk einerseits in der Hülse befestigt ist und andererseits in die Rohrkonstruktion des klappbaren Stuhls eingreift. Da Beinauflagen üblicherweise ein klappbares Stützteil in ihrem Endbereich haben, ist aufgrund des Gelenks erfindungsgemäß auch dafür gesorgt, dass unterschiedliche Bodenneigungen durch die erfindungsgemäße Beinauflage ausgeglichen werden. Stuhl und Beinauflage stehen so sicher und stabil, Unfälle werden vermieden.
  • In der zweiten Variante der Verbindungseinrichtung weist diese ebenfalls einen Clipsmechanismus und eine Gelenkverbindung auf, wobei diese Verbindungseinrichtungen gleichzeitig an dem Verbindungsstück vorgesehen sind. Hierdurch ist nur eine einzige Sorte Verbindungsstück erforderlich, die unterschiedliche Art und Weise der Befestigung am Stuhl erfolgt dann durch wechselnde Benutzung entweder der zweiten oder der dritten Verbindungseinrichtung des Verbindungsstücks, die beispielsweise starr oder relativ beweglich zur ersten Verbindungseinrichtung angeordnet sein können.
  • In Ausgestaltung der Erfindung wird vorgeschlagen, dass die andere Gelenkseite ein Gewinde zur Verbindung mit dem Stuhl aufweist. Dies stellt eine besonders sichere und dauerhafte Verbindung beider Teile dar.
  • Im Weiteren wird eine Ausführungsform der erfindungsgemäßen Beinauflage anhand der Figuren der Zeichnung erläutert, wobei nur die Ausführungsform mit zwei unterschiedlichen Verbindungsstücken dargestellt ist.
  • Es zeigen im Einzelnen:

  • Figur 1 zeigt eine Beinauflage 1 mit einer klappbaren Fußstütze 17, sowie zwei zwischen Beinauflage 1 und Stuhl 2 in Verbindungslage montierten Verbindungsstücken 5. Die Beinauflage 1 besteht wie der Stuhl 2 aus einem Rohrrahmen 3 mit Bespannung 4. In Fig. 1 ist ein Detail vergrößert ausgeschnitten und hervorgehoben, das die erste Verbindungsvorrichtung 6 vergrößert darstellt. Ein Teil der ersten Verbindungsvorrichtung 6 ist in einer Hülse 11 angeordnet, die Teil des Verbindungsstücks 5 ist. Dieser Teil ist eine Rastöffnung 10. Ein zweiter Teil der ersten Verbindungsvorrichtung 6 ist ein federbelasteter Rastdorn 9, der im Inneren eines Rohres des Rohrrahmens 3 der Beinauflage 1 angeordnet ist. Rastdorn 9 und Rastöffnung 10 sind zueinander komplementär, wobei der Rastdorn 9 in der Rastposition durch die Rastöffnung 10 hindurchtritt.
  • Er kann zur Lösung der Verbindung von Beinauflage 1 und Verbindungsstück 5 leicht von einem Benutzer gegen die Federkraft in das Innere des Rohrrahmens 3 gedrückt werden, so dass die Hülse 11 freigegeben wird. Die zweite Verbindungsvorrichtung 7 ist bei dieser Ausführungsform durch ein Gelenk 13 gebildet, dessen eine Gelenkseite 14 in der Hülse 11 angeordnet ist. Dort ist diese eine Gelenkseite 14 mittels einer Durchtrittsschraube 18 gesichert. Der zweite Teil des Gelenkes 15 läuft in einem Gewindeabschnitt 16 aus, der in den Rohrrahmen 3 des klappbaren Stuhls 2 einschraubbar ist. Wahlweise kann er auch einsteckbar sein, in diesem Fall ist anstelle eines Gewindes eine Riffelung der Oberfläche vorgesehen. Das Gelenk 13 ist ein Drehgelenk mit einem Freiheitsgrad, hier als Scharniergelenk ausgebildet.
  • Der Gelenkkopf 19 ist tonnenförmig ausgebildet, er ist an einer Einführöffnung 21 der Gelenkpfanne 20 mit größerem Innendurchmesser in diese einführbar und nach einer relativen Bewegung beider Gelenkteile 14, 15 zueinander in eine durchmesserkleinere Arbeitsposition 22 verbringbar. In dieser Arbeitsposition 22 ruht der tonnenförmige Gelenkkopf in zwei u-förmigen Aufnahmen 23, deren jeweiliger Rand dargestellt ist. Das Gelenk 13 ist aus einem spritzgegossenen Kunststoff gefertigt und ermöglicht der Beinauflage, eine bestimmte Winkelung zu der Sitzfläche des klappbaren Stuhles einzunehmen und so beispielsweise Bodenunebenheiten auszugleichen.
  • Fig. 2 beschreibt eine zweite Ausführungsform des Verbindungsstückes 5 gemäß der ersten Alternative der Erfindung, tragend einen Klipsmechanismus 12. Das Verbindungsstück 5 ist hierbei U-förmig ausgebildet, wobei die beiden freien Schenkel 24 des Verbindungsstückes 5 die erste Verbindungsvorrichtung 6 tragen, die wie zuvor beschrieben ausgebildet ist. Der Klipsmechanismus 13 wird durch zwei Klipsschellen 26 gebildet, die mittels einer Durchtrittsschraube 18 an dem Verbindungsschenkel 25 des hier einteiligen Verbindungsstückes 5 angeordnet sind. Dieses Verbindungsstück 5 besteht aus einem zweifach gebogenen Rohr, insbesondere Aluminiumrohr. Die Verbindung zwischen Stuhl und Beinauflage erfolgt bei diesem Verbindungsstück am vorderen Querholmen des Stuhles, derart, dass die Ebene der Beinauflage 1 unterhalb der Sitzebene des Stuhles 2 angeordnet ist.
  • Nicht dargestellt ist die alternative Ausgestaltung, wonach an einem Verbindungsstück drei unterschiedliche Verbindungseinrichtungen vorgesehen sind, von denen zwei zur Verbindung mit dem klappbaren Stuhl vorgesehen sind.

Claims (6)

  1. Beinauflage (1) aus einem Rohrrahmen (3) und einer Bespannung (4) zur Verbindung mit einem klappbaren Stuhl (2), aufweisend mindestens ein Verbindungsstück (5) zur Verbindung von Beinauflage (1) und Stuhl (2), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Ermöglichung zweier unterschiedlicher Verbindungslagen entweder mindestens zwei zur Verbindungslage gegeneinander auswechselbare, zueinander unterschiedliche Verbindungsstücke (5) vorgesehen sind, wobei die unterschiedlichen Verbindungsstücke (5) jeweils eine erste (6) und eine zweite Verbindungsvorrichtung (7) aufweisen, von denen nur eine identisch zur derjenigen des anderen Verbindungsstücks (5) ausgebildet ist oder dass das mindestens eine Verbindungsstück (5) eine erste Verbindungsvorrichtung (6) zur Verbindung mit der Beinauflage (1) und eine zweite und dritte Verbindungsvorrichtung (7, 8) zur jeweilig ausschließlichen Verbindung mit dem Stuhl (2) aufweist.
  2. Beinauflage (1) gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Verbindungsvorrichtung (6) als federbelasteter Rastdorn (9) mit korrespondierender Rastöffnung (10) ausgebildet ist.
  3. Beinauflage (1) gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verbindungsstück (5) eine Hülse (11) aufweist, in deren Wandung die Rastöffnung (10) vorgesehen ist.
  4. Beinauflage (1) gemäß einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zweite und dritte Verbindungsvorrichtung (7, 8) als Klipsmechanismus (12) und als Gelenkverbindung ausgebildet sind, wobei eine Gelenkseite (14) zur Verbindung mit dem Verbindungsstück (5) und die andere Gelenkseite (15) zur Verbindung mit dem Stuhl (2) vorgesehen sind.
  5. Beinauflage (1) gemäß Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die andere Gelenkseite (15) ein Gewinde (16) zur Verbindung mit dem Stuhl (2) aufweist.
  6. Beinauflage (1) gemäß einem der vorherigen Ansprüche 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gelenk als Drehgelenk, insbesondere Scharniergelenk, ausgebildet ist.
