Procédé pour la reliure d'éléments plats empilés (140), en particulier des feuilles de papier (140), dans lequel les éléments plats (140) sont pourvus de perforations (141) pour la réception de doigts (151) d'une feuille extérieure (15), dans lequel il est fourni une feuille extérieure (15) ayant plusieurs doigts (151) caractérisé en ce que les doigts (151) de la feuille extérieure (15) sont ou seront pourvus d'un adhésif dans une région prédéterminée, les doigts (151) sont insérés dans les perforations (141) des éléments plats empilés (140) de telle sorte que les doigts (151) sont recourbés ou seront recourbés en spirale, une région préférablement sans adhésif de chaque doigt (151) est amenée en contact par chevauchement avec une région du doigt respectif (151) qui est pourvue d'un adhésif.
  2. Procédé pour la reliure d'éléments plats empilés (140), en particulier des feuilles de papier (140), dans lequel les éléments plats (140) sont pourvus de perforations (141) pour la réception de doigts (151) d'une feuille extérieure (15), dans lequel il est prévu une feuille extérieure (15) ayant plusieurs doigts (151) et les doigts (151) préférablement dépourvus d'adhésif de la feuille extérieure (15) sont insérés dans les perforations (141) des éléments plats empilés (140) de telle sorte que les doigts (151) sont recourbés ou seront recourbés en spirale, dans lequel une région des doigts (151) est ou sera amenée en contact par chevauchement avec une autre région du doigt (151), les régions de contact par chevauchement des doigts respectifs (151) étant ensuite réunies de façon permanente entre elles, de préférence au moyen d'une énergie rayonnante et plus préférablement par introduction de chaleur.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la feuille extérieure (15) pour les éléments plats empilés (140) est transportée à plat, et, pendant le transport de la feuille extérieure (15), un adhésif (152) sera ou est appliqué sur les doigts (151) de la feuille extérieure (15), et les extrémités libres extérieures des doigts (151) sont insérées dans les perforations (141) des éléments plats (140), puis, sous l'effet d'un avancement supplémentaire de la feuille extérieure (15), sont amenées en contact avec les régions des doigts (151) qui sont pourvues d'adhésif (152).
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que l'adhésif (152) est appliqué sur l'intérieur des doigts (151) de la feuille extérieure (15), en particulier à côté de la région de base de la feuille extérieure (15).
  5. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les éléments plats (140) à relier sont ou seront remontés les uns contre les autres avant la production de la pile reliée (14), de telle manière que les perforations (141) des éléments plats (140) forment, de préférence en section transversale, une configuration incurvée ou partiellement circulaire.
  6. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1, 3 à 5, caractérisé en ce que, pendant un transport préférablement linéaire de la feuille extérieure (15), avant l'insertion des doigts (151) dans les perforations (141) des éléments plats (140), un adhésif (152) est appliqué par zones sur les doigts (151).
  7. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que, pendant l'insertion des doigts (151) dans les perforations (141) des éléments plats (140), les éléments plats empilés (140) sont ou seront disposés de façon inclinée vers la région de base de la feuille extérieure (15), sur laquelle sont disposés les doigts (151).
  8. Appareil (10) pour la reliure d'éléments plats empilés (140), en particulier des feuilles de papier (140), avec des moyens de reliure préférablement exempts de métal (151), les éléments plats (140) étant pourvus de perforations (141), caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu pour les éléments plats un dispositif d'insertion de doigts (22, 23) pour l'insertion des doigts (151) d'une feuille extérieure (15), de telle sorte que les doigts (151) soient recourbés en spirale ou puissent être recourbés en spirale et qu'une région des doigts (151) insérés dans les perforations (141) des éléments plats (140) soit amenée ou soit en contact par chevauchement avec une autre région du doigt respectif (151), et il est prévu un dispositif de transport (12, 35) pour le transport de la feuille extérieure (15), réalisée avec des doigts (151), de telle sorte qu'une feuille extérieure (15) puisse être transportée vers le dispositif d'insertion de doigts (22, 23), le dispositif d'insertion de doigts (22, 23) étant pourvu d'un réceptacle (19) pour une pile (14) d'éléments plats (140) à relier.
  9. Appareil (10) selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce qu'un dispositif d'assemblage des doigts est prévu sur le dispositif d'insertion de doigts (22, 23) de telle sorte que les régions de contact par chevauchement des doigts (151) puissent être réunies entre elles, le dispositif d'insertion de doigts (22, 23) présentant, en particulier, un dispositif de formation de boucles de reliure (22) et/ou une coque de guidage (23).
  10. Appareil (10) selon la revendication 8 ou 9, caractérisé en ce qu'un dispositif d'application d'adhésif (16) est disposé sur le dispositif de transport (12, 36) de telle sorte qu'un adhésif puisse être appliqué sur une région des doigts (151) de la feuille extérieure (15).
  11. Appareil (10) selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'application d'adhésif (16) applique un adhésif le long du dispositif d'application d'adhésif (16) pendant le transport de la feuille extérieure (15).
  12. Appareil (10) selon l'une des revendications 8 à 11, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de transport (12, 35) de la feuille extérieure (15) est réalisé sous la forme d'un convoyeur à courroie aspirante (12) qui peut être alimenté en pression négative par une source de pression négative et/ou qui présente une courroie à cames et/ou une table d'amenée à courroie aspirante.
  13. Eléments plats reliés, en particulier des feuilles de papier (140), où une feuille extérieure (15) présente plusieurs doigts (151), disposés de préférence parallèlement et/ou à côté les uns des autres, les doigts (151) d'une feuille extérieure (15) étant placés dans des perforations (141) des éléments plats empilés (140), les doigts (151) étant recourbés en spirale et une région des doigts (151) étant amenée en contact par chevauchement avec une autre région du doigt respectif (151), les doigts (151) étant réunis d'une manière non détachable dans la région de contact des doigts (151), ce qui peut être obtenu par l'exécution du procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, en particulier à l'aide d'un appareil selon l'une des revendication 1 à 12.
  14. Eléments plats reliés selon la revendication 13, caractérisés en ce que la feuille extérieure (15) et les doigts (151) de la feuille extérieure (15) sont constitués essentiellement du même matériau non métallique monocouche et/ou ont essentiellement la même épaisseur.
  15. Eléments plats reliés selon la revendication 13 ou 14, caractérisés en ce que la feuille extérieure (15) et les doigts (151) de la feuille extérieure (15) et les éléments plats sont fabriqués ou produits à partir du même matériau.
