Claims (9)
- Paroi d'immeuble (1) avec une paroi (2) qui est revêtue sur sa face extérieure d'une couche d'isolation thermique (3), dans laquelle la paroi d'immeuble (1) présente une ouverture de paroi (4), dans laquelle est disposée une porte et/ou une fenêtre, dans laquelle les intrados latéraux (8a, 8b, 8a', 8b') de l'ouverture de paroi (4) sont respectivement recouverts d'un élément d'intrados d'isolation thermique (9a, 9b), dans laquelle l'élément d'intrados (9a, 9b) présente, en partant de la porte et/ou de la fenêtre vers la face extérieure de la couche d'isolation thermique (3) située à l'opposé de la paroi (2), une partie de panneau intérieure (11a, 11b) recouvrant l'intrados (8a, 8b) de la paroi (2) ainsi qu'une partie de panneau extérieure (12a, 12b) recouvrant l'intrados (8a', 8b') de la couche d'isolation thermique (3), et dans laquelle des rails de guidage (17a, 17b) sont disposés sur les éléments d'intrados (9a, 9b) pour un rideau pare-soleil, caractérisée en ce que les éléments d'intrados (9a, 9b) présentent, entre les parties de panneau (11a, 11b, 12a, 12b), une partie de liaison (13a, 13b) qui s'étend transversalement aux plans d'extension des parties de panneau (11a, 11b, 12a, 12b) et qui relie celles-ci l'une à l'autre de telle manière que l'ouverture de paroi (4) présente, entre les parties de panneau extérieures (12a, 12b), une largeur d'ouverture libre plus grande qu'entre les parties de panneau intérieures (11a, 11b), et en ce que les parties de liaison (13a, 13b) et les rails de guidage (17a, 17b) sont disposés dans un espace libre (15a, 15b) se trouvant dans le prolongement latéral de la couche d'isolation thermique (3) extérieurement devant la paroi (2).
- Paroi d'immeuble (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la partie de panneau intérieure (11a, 11b) et la partie de panneau extérieure (12a, 12b) ont des plans d'extension sensiblement parallèles l'un à l'autre, et en ce que la partie de liaison (13a, 13b) est disposée avec son plan d'extension perpendiculaire aux plans d'extension des parties de panneau (11a, 11b, 12a, 12b).
- Paroi d'immeuble (1) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins les parties de panneau extérieures (12a, 12b) et/ou la partie de liaison (13a, 13b) présente(nt) une couche d'isolation thermique de préférence en mousse dure, dans laquelle sont insérés des éléments de fixation qui se composent d'un matériau, qui présente une résistance plus élevée que le matériau de la couche d'isolation thermique, et en ce que les rails de guidage (17a, 17b) sont fixés aux éléments de fixation.
- Paroi d'immeuble (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que les éléments de fixation sont réalisés sous la forme de chevilles.
- Paroi d'immeuble (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que la partie de panneau extérieure (12a, 12b) comporte, sur sa région de bord située à l'opposé de la partie de liaison (13a, 13b), une cueillie (23) présentant éventuellement un joint d'étanchéité.
- Paroi d'immeuble (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce qu'à la cueillie (23) est reliée une structure de filet (24) et/ou un tissu, qui s'étend dans une couche d'enduit (16), qui est disposée sur la face extérieure de la couche d'isolation thermique (3).
- Paroi d'immeuble (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que la partie de panneau intérieure (11a, 11b) présente, sur sa région de bord tournée vers la fenêtre ou la porte, un joint d'étanchéité (18), qui comprend de préférence une lèvre de protection et une bande d'étanchéité disposée derrière celle-ci.
- Paroi d'immeuble (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que la région de bord de la partie de panneau extérieure (12a, 12b), située à l'opposé de la partie de liaison (13a, 13b), présente sur sa face arrière située à l'opposé de l'ouverture de paroi (4), un chanfrein (22) sur lequel l'épaisseur de paroi de la partie de panneau extérieure (12a, 12b) diminue à partir du bord du chanfrein (22) tourné vers la partie de liaison (13a, 13b) vers le bord du chanfrein (22) situé à l'opposé de la partie de liaison (13a, 13b).
- Paroi d'immeuble (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisée en ce que les parties de panneau (11a, 11b, 12a, 12b) et la partie de liaison (13a, 13b) de l'élément d'intrados (9a, 9b) sont assemblées en une seule pièce les unes avec les autres.
