Claims (18)

  1. Schwimmfahrzeug wie ein Schiff (5), das mindestens einen Tank (1) für verschmutzendes Fluid und mindestens einen Bergungsverbinder (11a, 11b), der mit dem Tank (1) kommuniziert, umfasst, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dieser Verbinder (11a, 11b) mit dem Tank durch Verbindungsmittel (7a, 7b; 25, 27; 33; 39; 41; 45) verbunden ist, von denen mindestens ein Teil aus der Gruppe ausgewählt ist, die Mittel umfasst, um den Tank (1) zu belüften, Mittel, um den Tank zu dekomprimieren, Mittel, um den Tank zu untersuchen, Mittel, um den Tank zu befüllen, Mittel, um den Überlauf des Tanks zu abzulassen, Mittel, um zu dem Tank Zugang zu erhalten, Mittel, um den Tank zu reinigen, wobei mindestens ein Teil mindestens einer der oben erwähnten Funktionen zugeordnet ist, die außerhalb von Bergungssituationen operativ ist.
  2. Schwimmfahrzeug (5) nach Anspruch 1, das mindestens einen ersten (11a) und zweiten (11 b) Bergungsverbinder umfasst, die mit dem Tank (1) kommunizieren, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens einer dieser Verbinder (11a, 11 b) mit dem Tank durch Verbindungsmittel (7a, 7b; 25, 27; 33; 39; 41; 45) verbunden ist, von denen mindestens ein Teil aus der Gruppe ausgewählt ist, die Mittel nach Anspruch 1 umfasst.
  3. Schwimmfahrzeug (5) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Tank (1) ein Behälter für Brennstoff ist, der für den Antrieb des Schwimmfahrzeugs notwendig ist.
  4. Schwimmfahrzeug (5) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungsmittel zwei unabhängige Lüftungsleitungen (7a, 7b) des Tanks (1) mit den Verbindern (11a, 11 b) sowie Lüftungslöchern (9a, 9b) umfassen.
  5. Schwimmfahrzeug (5) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungsmittel eine Lüftungsleitung (7a) des Tanks (1) mit einem der Verbinder (11a) und einem Lüftungsloch (9a) umfassen sowie eine spezielle Bergungsleitung (23), die mit dem Tank (1) verbunden ist und den anderen Verbinder (11 b) aufweist.
  6. Schwimmfahrzeug (5) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Untersuchungsmittel eine Untersuchungsleitung (25) des Tanks (1) mit einem Verbinder (11 a) umfassen.
  7. Schwimmfahrzeug (5) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Entleerungsmittel eine Überlaufleitung (27) umfassen, die mit dem Tank (1) verbunden ist, und eine spezielle Bergungsleitung (31), die mit der Überlaufleitung verbunden ist und einen Verbinder (11b) aufweist.
  8. Schwimmfahrzeug (5) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Tank (1) ein Transporttank des verschmutzenden Fluids ist.
  9. Schwimmfahrzeug (5) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lüftungsmittel eine Lüftungsleitung (33) mit einem der Verbinder (11) sowie einem Lüfter (35) umfassen.
  10. Schwimmfahrzeug (5) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dekompressionsmittel eine Dekompressionsleitung (33) mit einem der Verbinder (11) sowie einem Dekompressionsventil (37) umfassen.
  11. Schwimmfahrzeug (5) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Füllmittel eine Füllleitung (39) des Tanks (1) mit einem der Verbinder (11) umfassen.
  12. Schwimmfahrzeug (5) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zugangsmittel eine Mannlochplatte (41) umfassen, die bewegbar auf dem Tank (1) montiert ist, und einen der Verbinder (11) umfasst.
  13. Schwimmfahrzeug (5) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Reinigungsmittel einen Reinigungsspund (43) umfassen, der bewegbar auf dem Tank (1) montiert ist und einen der Verbinder (11) umfasst.
  14. Schwimmfahrzeug (5) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens einer der Verbinder (11 a, 11 b) als T mit seiner zugeordneten Leitung verbunden ist.
  15. Schwimmfahrzeug (5) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbinder (11a, 11b) vom Typ verschraubter Blindflansch sind.
  16. Schwimmfahrzeug (5) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbinder (11a, 11 b) über der Brücke des Schwimmfahrzeugs angeordnet sind.
  17. Extraktionsverfahren eines verschmutzenden Fluids, das sich in mindestens einem Tank (1) eines Schwimmfahrzeugs wie einem verunglückten Schiff (5) befindet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Fluid durch mindestens eine Leitung (7a, 7b; 21; 23; 31; 33; 39; 41; 45) gepumpt wird, die aus der Gruppe ausgewählt ist, die Mittel umfasst, um den Tank (1) zu belüften, Mittel, um den Tank zu dekomprimieren, Mittel, um den Tank zu untersuchen, Mittel, um den Tank zu befüllen, Mittel, um den Überlauf des Tanks abzulassen, Mittel, um zu dem Tank Zugang zu erhalten, Mittel, um den Tank zu reinigen, wobei die mindestens eine Leitung mindestens teilweise einer Funktion zugeordnet ist, die außerhalb von Bergungssituationen operativ ist.
  18. Extraktionsverfahren eines verschmutzenden Fluids, das sich in mindestens einem Tank (1) eines Schwimmfahrzeugs wie einem verunglückten Schiff (5) befindet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Ausstoßfluid wie Meerwasser in den Tank durch mindestens eine erste Leitung (7a, 7b; 21; 23; 31; 33; 39; 41; 45) gespritzt wird und dass das verschmutzende Fluid durch mindestens eine zweite Leitung (7a, 7b; 21; 23; 31; 33; 39; 41; 45) aufgenommen wird, wobei mindestens eine dieser zwei Leitungen aus der Gruppe ausgewählt ist, die Mittel nach Anspruch 17 umfasst, und mindestens teilweise einer Funktion zugeordnet ist, die außerhalb von Bergungssituationen operativ ist.
