Claims (8)

  1. Machine pour trancher des produits alimentaires, notamment du fromage, avec un convoyeur, une lame-guillotine (6) mobile sur des guidages perpendiculaires à la direction de transport (T), une grille-lame (9) écartable de ladite lame-guillotine (6) dans la direction de transport (T) et mobile contre ladite lame-guillotine (6), ladite lame-guillotine (6) formant un contre-appui pour une tranche de produit alimentaire, laquelle peut être pressée à travers la grille-lame (9) contre ladite lame-guillotine (6) au cours d'une course de travail, caractérisée en ce que ladite grille-lame (9) est agencée sur une bielle oscillante (12), et que ladite bielle (12) est montée pivotante et inclinable, pour la transmission d'effort par élément moteur (16) et par levier (22), au niveau d'un axe de palier (13) perpendiculaire à la direction de transport (T) et déporté par rapport à la lame-guillotine (6).
  2. Machine selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ledit élément moteur (16) agit contre ladite bielle oscillante (12) entre ladite grille-lame (9) et un palier (23).
  3. Machine selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ladite bielle oscillante (12) se présente sous la forme d'un levier à deux bras, et en ce qu'elle saisit ladite grille-lame (9) à une extrémité d'un bras de levier, et ledit élément-moteur (16) à l'extrémité de l'autre bras de levier.
  4. Machine selon la revendication 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que ledit levier oscillant (12) place la grille-lame (9) face à la lame-guillotine (6) et en avant de cette dernière.
  5. Machine selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que la valeur du déport vers l'avant de ladite grille-lame (9) correspond à la valeur du décalage parallèle (V) entre ledit axe de palier (13) et ladite lame-guillotine (6).
  6. Machine selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que ladite bielle oscillante (12) comporte une trémie (17) adjacente à ladite grille-lame (9) pour le guidage des morceaux de produit alimentaire coupés en dés et tombant sous l'action de leur poids dans un récipient (19).
  7. Machine selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que ledit élément moteur (16) comporte un tirant de traction/compression (15) d'un vérin, articulé par un axe d'accouplement (14) à ladite bielle (12).
  8. Machine selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que ledit élément moteur (16) est un élément d'entraînement oscillant.
