Claims (15)
- Schaltvorrichtung mit einem Betätigungsgerät (1), einem Hauptkreisschalter (4) und einem Erdungsschalter (5), aufweisend:eine gemeinsame Welle (8),einen ersten Betätigungshebel (6), der mit einer beweglichen Elektrode des Hauptkreisschalters (4) verbunden ist, undeinen zweiten Betätigungshebel (7), der mit einer beweglichen Elektrode des Erdungsschalters (5) verbunden ist, der dem Hauptkreisschalter (4) entspricht,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ersten und zweiten Betätigungshebel vereint und wechselweise um die gemeinsame Welle herum gestapelt sind und dass sie in der Lage sind, um die gemeinsame Welle herum zu schwenken.
- Schaltvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei der erste Betätigungshebel mit einer Betätigungsstange des Hauptkreisschalters verbunden ist und der zweite Betätigungshebel mit einer Betätigungsstange des Erdungsschalters verbunden ist.
- Schaltvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, der eine gewünschte Anzahl an Einheiten für eine gewünschte Anzahl an Phasen umfasst, wobei eine Einheit jeweils das Betätigungsgerät, den Hauptkreisschalter und den Erdungsschalter umfasst.
- Schaltvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei rechts und links der gemeinsamen Welle in Richtung der Länge der Welle mehrere Hauptkreisschalter angeordnet sind und links und rechts der gemeinsamen Welle in Richtung der Länge der Welle mehrere der Erdungsschalter angeordnet sind, wobei die Hauptkreisschalter und die Erdungsschalter abwechselnd angeordnet sind.
- Schaltvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei der erste Betätigungshebel ein Paar Hebel (6C) zum Halten des Hauptkreisschalters und eine erste Wellenabdeckung (6A), die die gemeinsame Welle an einem Ende des ersten Betätigungshebels abdeckt, aufweist und wobei jedes Ende der Hebel (6C) einen Verbindungsabschnitt (10A) mit einem Verbindungsloch (6B) zur Verbindung mit der Betätigungsstange (4) aufweist.
- Schaltvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei der zweite Betätigungshebel ein Paar Hebel (7C) und eine Wellenabdeckung (7A) zum Abdecken der gemeinsamen Welle an einem Ende jedes der Hebel aufweist und das andere Ende jedes der Betätigungshebel einen Verbindungsabschnitt (11A) mit einem Loch (7B) zur Verbindung mit der Betätigungsstange des Erdungsschalters aufweist.
- Schaltvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, wobei die erste Wellenabdeckung eine Verbindung über den ersten Verbindungsabschnitt (6D) in Richtung der Länge der Welle aufweist.
- Schaltvorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, wobei die zweite Wellenabdeckung eine Verbindung über den zweiten Verbindungsabschnitt (7D) in Richtung der Länge der Welle aufweist.
- Schaltvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, wobei an jedem Ende der gemeinsamen Welle ein Wellenhalter (9) befestigt ist und das obere Ende und das untere Ende der gemeinsamen Welle von Positionierelementen (6E, 7E) positioniert werden, wodurch die Wellenhalter, die erste Wellenabdeckung und die zweiten Wellenabdeckung positioniert werden.
- Schaltvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, wobei der erste Betätigungshebel und das zweite Verbindungselement sowie der zweite Betätigungshebel und das zweite Verbindungselement entsprechenderweise vereint sind.
- Schaltvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, wobei der erste Betätigungshebel und der zweite Betätigungshebel jeweils an ihrem einen Ende eine halbkreisförmige Rinne (61A1, 71A1) aufweisen.
- Schaltvorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, wobei das jeweilige andere Ende des ersten Betätigungshebels und des zweiten Betätigungshebels ein hohler Hebel (71A) ist, der zur Abdeckung eines Verbindungselements eines Innenhebels (60A, 70A) gesteckt wird.
- Schaltvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, mit einem Positionierelement (16E, 17E), das eine Schwenkbewegung des ersten Betätigungshebels (6) oder des zweiten Betätigungshebels (7) um die gemeinsame Welle (8) begrenzt.
- Schaltvorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, wobei
das Positionierelement (16E, 17E) einen Vorsprung (16i, 17i) aufweist, der die Wellenabdeckung (6A, 7A) berührt, und/oder
das Positionierelement (16E, 17E) an einem Ende des Hebelabschnitts angeordnet ist, und/oder
das den Schwenkvorgang begrenzende Element auf der Seite des Hebelabschnitts am Ende des Betätigungsgeräts angeordnet ist, und/oder
das den Schwenkvorgang begrenzende Element einen geraden Abschnitt und einen gekrümmten Abschnitt aufweist, um einen Teil des Außenumfangs der Wellenabdeckung abzudecken, und/oder
das den Schwenkvorgang begrenzende Element einen Vorsprung aufweist, der den Außenumfang der Wellenabdeckung berührt, wenn sich der Betätigungshebel um einen bestimmten Winkel dreht, und/oder
der gekrümmte Abschnitt des den Schwenkvorgang begrenzenden Elements den gleichen Krümmungsradius wie die Wellenabdeckung aufweist und das Zentrum des gekrümmten Elements das gleiche wie das der Welle ist, und/oder
das den Schwenkvorgang begrenzende Element aus zwei Platten zusammengesetzt ist, so dass unter Abdeckung eines Teils des Außenumfangs der Wellenabdeckung eine L-Form gebildet wird. - Schaltvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, wobei der erste Betätigungshebel über eine Betätigungsstange mit dem beweglichen Kontakt verbunden ist und der zweite Betätigungshebel über eine andere Betätigungsstange mit dem beweglichen Kontakt verbunden ist.
