Claims (20)
- Abgabevorrichtung (1) für ein flüssiges bis pastöses Produkt (2) zur Anordnung am offenen Ende (3) eines starren Behälters (4), welche aus einer handbetätigten Dosierpumpe (5) gebildet ist, die die Ausgabe einer vorbestimmten Menge des abzugebenden Produktes (2) ermöglicht, wobei die Vorrichtung umfasst:- ein Basisteil (6) zum Anordnen mittels dessen unteren Endbereichs (7) an dem Behälter (4) durch einen Formschluss oder Reibschluss, wie eine Klipsung oder Verschraubung,- einen Druckknopf (8) mit einem Abgabeschnabel (9), der teleskopartig am oberen Abschnitt (10) des Basisteils (6) gelagert ist und beim Pumpen entgegen einem Rückstellorgan in Bezug auf das Basisteil wirken kann, wobei das Rückstellorgan aus- einem Balg (11) gebildet ist, der elastisch verformbar ist, was die dichte Verbindung zwischen einerseits einer inneren Kammer (12) des Basisteils (6), die zum Behälter (4) hin offen ist, um den Durchfluss des Produktes (2) durch eine Öffnung (13) zu ermöglichen, und andererseits einer inneren Kammer (14) des Druckknopfes (8) an dessen oberem Endbereich bereitgestellt, in welche ein Loch (15) des Abgabeschnabels (9) mündet, welches mit einer Einrichtung zum Öffnen/Schließen verbunden ist, die am oberen Endbereich des Balgs (11) ausgebildet ist,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese Einrichtung gebildet ist aus:- einem ersten inneren Umfangskragen (16) am oberen Ende des Balgs (11), der in einer eine Kammer bildenden, ringförmigen inneren Rille (14) des Druckknopfes (8) gelagert ist und sich gegen eine Innenwand (17) der Rille abstützt, welche er mit einer vorbestimmten Kraft elastisch umspannt, um die Dichtigkeit zu gewährleisten oder um bei Zusammendrücken des Balgs (11) unter einem gewissen Druck des Produktes radial angehoben zu werden und damit dessen Übergang in die innere Rille (14) zu ermöglichen, wobei der erste Kragen (16) mit- einem zweiten Kragen (18) des Balgs (11) in Verbindung steht, welcher konzentrisch zum ersten ist und in der gleichen Rille (14) des Druckknopfes (8) gelagert ist, sich aber gegen deren äußere Wandung (19) abstützt, in der die Öffnung (15) des Abgabeschnabels (9) mündet, wobei die Höhe des zweiten Kragens (18) so bemessen ist, dass er nicht die Öffnung (15) verschließt, deren Öffnen und Schließen über eine konkave Verschlusszunge (20) bewirkt wird, die aus dem Kragen (18) hervorgeht und mindestens so hoch und so breit ist, dass sie die Öffnung (15) durch Abdecken verschließt oder diese im Zuge einer Drehbetätigung des Druckknopfes (8) in der einen oder der anderen Richtung in bezug auf das Basisteil (6) und damit auch auf den Balg (11) und dessen Verschlusszunge (20), die unbewegt bleiben, freigibt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Balg (11) eine Basis (21) aufweist, die dichtend am Boden der inneren Kammer (12) des Basisteils (6) eingepasst ist und mindestens eine feststehende Drehwinkel-Indexiereinrichtung in bezug auf das Basisteil (6) und folglich in bezug auf seine Verschlusszunge (20) und den Druckknopf (8) aufweist, welcher seinerseits beweglich ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Indexiereinrichtungen des Balgs aus mindestens einem radialen Zahn (22) gebildet sind, der auf dem Boden der inneren Kammer (12) des Basisteils (6) ausgeführt ist, um mit einer entsprechenden Kerbe (23) der Basis (21) des Balgs (11) zusammenzuwirken.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Basis (21) des Balgs (11) drei radiale Kerben (23) zur Indexierung und Rotationsblockierung aufweist, die am Mittelpunkt zueinander Winkel von 120°, 115° und 125° einschließen und sich in entsprechende Zähne (22) der inneren Kammer (12) einfügen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Basis (6) des Systems (1) auf dem unteren Abschnitt (38) eine Aussparung (42) aufweist, die die Indexierung der Basis in bezug auf das Plättchen (20) des Balgs ermöglicht.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Druckknopf (8) Indexiereinrichtungen in bezug auf das Basisteil (6) und damit auf den Balg (11) und dessen Zunge (20) zum Verschluss des Schnabels (9) aufweist, welche in bezug auf das Basisteil (6) unbeweglich sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Indexiereinrichtungen aus mindestens einer axialen Rippe (24) gebildet sind, die auf einer inneren Wandung des Druckknopfes (8) ausgeführt ist, um mit einer entsprechenden Nut (25) einer inneren Hülse (26) des Basisteils (6) zusammenzuwirken, und die dessen innere Kammer (12) einerseits und eine umfängliche Aufnahme (27) mit der äußeren Wandung (28) des Basisteils andererseits abgrenzen, wobei die Aufnahme (27) dazu ausgelegt ist, die Wandung des Druckknopfes (8) aufzunehmen und sowohl dessen axiales Verschieben als auch dessen Rotation innerhalb ihrer selbst zu ermöglichen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hülse (26) des Basisteils (6) drei Nuten (25) aufweist, die dazu ausgelegt sind, mit den drei entsprechenden axialen Rippen (24) des Druckknopfes (8) zusammenzuwirken, um deren Indexiereinrichtungen entsprechend Winkeln von jeweils 120° zu bilden.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Höhe der Nuten (25) der Hülse (26) geringer ist als einerseits der Hülsenhöhe aufgrund von dort auf der gleichen Seite jeder der Nuten (25) eingebrachten sektoralen Absätzen (29), und andererseits geringer ist als die Höhe der Rippen (24) des Druckknopfes (8), um dessen axiales Gleiten entlang einer bestimmten Strecke in eine geöffnete und damit das Pumpen ermöglichende Position, oder nach Drehung in Richtung der Absätze (29), wodurch das untere Ende der Rippe (24) des Druckknopfes (8) zum Anschlag gegen die Absätze (29) der Hülse (26) gebracht wird, dessen Blockade in einem Schließzustand in oberer Position zu gestatten.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das obere Umfangsende der inneren Hülse (26) des Basisteils (6) und das untere Umfangsende der Wandung des Druckknopfes (8) Klemmeinrichtungen (30, 31) enthalten, die jeweils an der Außenseite der Hülse und (26) an der Innenseite des Druckknopfes (8) angeordnet sind, sodass sie einen axialen Translationsweg für diesen sowie dessen Rotation in der oberen Position gestatten, während sie dessen axiale Rückhaltung auf dem Basisteil (6) sicherstellen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste innere, Umfangskragen (16) des Balgs (11), der sich gegen die innere Wandung (17) der Rille (14) des Druckknopfes (8) abstützt, in der er gelagert ist, eine gegenüber dieser konvexe Geometrie bildet, dann konkav wird bevor das Produkt (2) zwischen dem Kragen (16) und der inneren Wandung (17) der Rille (14) des Druckknopfes (8) austritt bevor es aus deren Schnabel (9) ausströmt, dann wieder konvex wird, wenn der positive Druck im Balg (11) beendet wird.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Belüftungseinrichtungen umfasst, die aus mindestens einer Lüftungsöffnung gebildet sind, welche gebildet ist aus:- mindestens einer axialen Rille (32), die in einem Bereich des Gewindes (33) des Basisteils (6) eingebracht ist, um mit dem Gewinde (34) des Behälters (4) zusammenzuwirken,- mindestens einer radialen Rille (35), die mit der axialen Rille in Verbindung steht und unter der Wandung (36) der Kammer (12) des Basisteils (6) eingebracht ist.- axialen Durchgängen (37), die gemäß von Erzeugenden einer axialen Röhre (38) des Basisteils (6) ausgeführt sind, welche in den Behälter (4) eintaucht, wobei die Röhre (38) in ihrem oberen Abschnitt, neben der Wandung der Kammer (12) drei peripherisch angeordnete Erhebungen (39) aufweist, die zwischen sich die Durchgänge (37) definieren,- einer verformbaren Dichtung (40), die zwischen der Basis des Halses (3) des Behälters (4) und der Unterseite (36) der Kammer des Basisteils (6), die die radiale Rille (35) enthält, angeordnet ist, wobei die Dichtung einen Innendurchmesser hat, der im Wesentlichen so groß ist wie derjenige, den die Erhebungen (39) beschreiben und dabei die Durchgänge (37) freilassen, und einen Außendurchmesser hat, der so bemessen ist, dass die axiale Rille (32) des Gewindes (33) des Basisteils (6) nicht bedeckt ist,
so dass die Belüftung durch die äußere Umgebungsluft erfolgt, die ohne Unstetigkeit durch die axiale Rille (32), dann durch die radiale Rille (35) und dann durch die peripherischen Durchgänge (37) zum Inneren des Behälters strömt. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Teile, aus denen die Pumpe besteht, aus Kunststoffen gefertigt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Balg (11) aus einem elastisch verformbaren Kunststoff gefertigt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Balg (11) aus einspritzbarem Polyurethan gefertigt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Balg (11) aus Kautschuk Ethylen-Propylen Dien modifiziertem Polypropylen gefertigt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Balg (11) aus Thermoplastischem Elastomer Äther Ester gefertigt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Balg (11) aus Thermoplastischem Styrenischem Styren-Ethylen-Butadien-Styren gefertigt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Balg aus Polyethylen gefertigt ist, das so erzeugt oder behandelt wurde, dass es eine akzeptable Nervosität und Sicherheit gegen Kriechen gewährleistet.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass um den Balg eine Zusatzfeder angeordnet ist.
