L'invention concerne une pompe pour réceptacle (10), notamment un flacon destiné à contenir un produit cosmétique, ladite pompe (1) comportant une chambre (8) de pompage à volume variable définie au moins en partie par une membrane (3) déformable, la pompe (1) fonctionnant en faisant varier le volume de la chambre (8) par déformation élastique de la membrane (3) entre un état initial dans lequel la chambre (8) a un volume maximal et un état déformé dans lequel le volume de la chambre (8) est minimal, la chambre (3) étant dotée d'un orifice d'entrée (22) et d'un orifice de sortie du produit, la pompe (1) comprenant un moyen de déformation de la membrane configuré pour exercer une pression sur la membrane (3), la pompe comportant en outre une tige (20) de guidage traversant la membrane (3), la membrane (3) glissant le long de la tige (20) lorsqu'elle subit ladite déformation.
