Claims (7)

  1. Système d'étanchement pour tête de fausse barre dans une coquille d'une installation de coulée continue pour couler des ébauches de profilé, avec un joint plat (6) étanchant l'interstice entre la tête de fausse barre et la coquille et une plaque enveloppante (7) maintenant le joint plat sur la tête de fausse barre, cette première étant bloquée par des haubans (10, 11) et présentant la forme de coupe transversale du profilé de coquille, et le joint plat (6) saillant latéralement tout autour au-dessus de celle-ci, caractérisé en ce que la plaque enveloppante (7) présente deux moitiés (7a, 7b) de plaque juxtaposées dans un plan, séparées l'une de l'autre par un intervalle (9) et orientables, en fonction de la conicité légèrement oblique du haut vers le bas de la coquille (3), en direction du centre de la coquille par rapport au plan constitué des plaques enveloppantes.
  2. Système d'étanchement pour tête de fausse barre selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la plaque enveloppante (7) est composée de deux moitiés (7a, 7b) de plaque juxtaposées symétriquement dans un plan, séparées l'une de l'autre par un intervalle (9) dont la largeur minimum dépend de la conicité de la coquille (3),
  3. Système d'étanchement pour tête de fausse barre selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le joint plat (6) saille latéralement tout autour par rapport à la plaque enveloppante (7) située au-dessus de celui-ci, et en ce qu'il est ainsi coudé régulièrement par la coquille (3), se trouve entre la plaque enveloppante (7) et la coquille (3), et forme un étanchement sûr tout autour.
  4. Système d'étanchement pour tête de fausse barre selon l'une des revendications 2 et 3, caractérisé en ce qu'une plaque enveloppante (8) d'une seule pièce recouvrant la plaque enveloppante (7) en deux parties est prévue, cette première étant montée sur la tête (1) de fausse barre.
  5. Système d'étanchement pour tête de fausse barre selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la plaque enveloppante (8) d'une seule pièce est montée contre la tête (1) de fausse barre avec des haubans (10, 11) fixés sur cette dernière.
  6. Système d'étanchement pour tête de fausse barre selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les moitiés (7a, 7b) de la plaque enveloppante (7) en deux parties sont pourvues de trous débouchants (16, 17) sous la forme de trous longitudinaux pour les haubans (10, 11).
  7. Système d'étanchement pour tête de fausse barre selon l'une des revendications 4 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la plaque enveloppante (8) d'une seule pièce est prévue avec une nervure de renforcement (23) dans le sens longitudinal.
