- Construction de support de plaques de façade, comprenant des montants (1) espacés les uns des autres et des traverses (2) pouvant être reliées aux montants (1) et s'étendant transversalement à ceux-ci, les montants (1) et les traverses (2) présentant des épaulements (4) qui sont tournés vers les plaques de façade (3) et portent des joints d'étanchéité (6), et chaque traverse (2) avançant avec une partie d'assemblage (7), faisant saillie sur une de ses faces frontales, dans une mortaise (8) d'un montant (1), de telle sorte qu'une portion du conduit d'évacuation d'eau (9) soit maintenue dégagée dans le sens longitudinal du montant (1), et qu'une surface de fixation (10) de la traverse (2), s'étendant parallèlement à la surface de façade, vienne se placer en vis-à-vis d'une surface de fixation (11) du montant (1) s'étendant parallèlement à la surface de façade, un élément d'étanchéité (12) en forme de U étant prévu dans le montant (1), autour de la mortaise (8), élément dont la portion médiane (13) s'étend entre la surface de fixation (11) du montant (1) et la surface de fixation (10) de la traverse (2), située en vis-à-vis, et dont les deux ailes (14) sont appliquées respectivement avec l'une de leurs surfaces (15) contre la paroi latérale intérieure du montant (1) et avec les surfaces (16), tournées l'une vers l'autre, contre des parois latérales extérieures de la traverse (2), dans la région de la partie d'assemblage (7), l'épaisseur de l'élément d'étanchéité (12) en forme de U étant plus faible que la largeur du conduit d'évacuation d'eau (9) du montant (1) dans lequel il est monté, caractérisée en ce que l'élément d'étanchéité (12) en forme de U se trouve complètement à l'intérieur du montant (1) dans la région de l'assemblage.
- Construction de support de plaques de façade selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les ailes (14) de l'élément d'étanchéité (12) en forme de U dépassent par rapport à la mortaise (8) dans le montant (1) et sont appliquées contre les faces frontales des joints d'étanchéité (6) du montant (1) tournés vers les plaques de façade (3).
- Construction de support de plaques de façade selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que dans leur partie dépassant par rapport à la mortaise (8), les ailes (14) de l'élément d'étanchéité (12) en forme de U sont collées aux joints d'étanchéité (6) du montant (1) tournés vers les plaques de façade (3).
- Construction de support de plaques de façade selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que chaque aile (14) de l'élément d'étanchéité (12) en forme de U présente, sur sa surface éloignée de la partie médiane (13), une saillie (17) qui s'étend le long de la face latérale intérieure du montant (1) et dont la hauteur est supérieure à la profondeur du conduit d'évacuation d'eau (9), de sorte que la saillie (17) établit l'étanchéité vis-à-vis de l'épaulement (4) portant le joint d'étanchéité (6), avec sa surface (18) tournée vers les plaques de façade (3).
- Construction de support de plaques de façade selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les parties d'extrémité (19) des surfaces (16), tournées l'une vers l'autre, des ailes (14) de l'élément d'étanchéité (12) en forme de U sont biseautées.
- Construction de support de plaques de façade selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'élément d'étanchéité (12) en forme de U est en néoprène.
- Construction de support de plaques de façade selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'il est prévu un raccord (20) réalisé de préférence en matière plastique et doté de pattes d'appui (21) qui pressent chacune une aile (14) des éléments d'étanchéité (12) en forme de U, disposés dans des mortaises (8) opposées du montant (1), contre la face intérieure du montant (1).
- Construction de support de plaques de façade selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que le raccord (20) est constitué d'un corps en forme de H qui porte les pattes d'appui (21) sur les faces extérieures de ses extrémités libres.
- Construction de support de plaques de façade selon la revendication 7 ou 8, caractérisée en ce que le raccord (20) présente un trou (22) central.
- Construction de support de plaques de façade selon une des revendications 7 à 9, caractérisée en ce que le raccord (20) porte dans son plan longitudinal médian un doigt de positionnement (23) qui s'étend dans un trou de positionnement (24) dans un canal de vissage (25) dans le montant (1).
- Construction de support de plaques de façade selon une des revendications 8 à 10, caractérisée en ce que le corps en forme de H du raccord (20) présente respectivement au moins une encoche (26) sur les faces intérieures de ses extrémités libres, chaque fois deux encoches (26) se situant mutuellement en vis-à-vis par paires, et une partie à clipser (27) d'un élément d'écartement (28), réalisé de préférence en matière plastique, pouvant être encliquetée dans chaque paire d'encoches (26) afin de presser avec les pattes (21) du raccord les joints d'étanchéité (12) en forme de U contre la paroi latérale intérieure du montant (1).
- Construction de support de plaques de façade selon la revendication 11, caractérisée en ce que les éléments d'écartement (28) comportent respectivement deux pattes (29) qui pressent les ailes (14) des éléments d'étanchéité (12) en forme de U contre les traverses (2), lorsque les parties à clipser (27) sont encliquetées dans les encoches (26) disposées par paires.
- Construction de support de plaques de façade selon la revendication 11 ou 12, caractérisée en ce que dans le corps en forme de H du raccord (20), il est prévu à chaque extrémité une paire d'encoches (30) supplémentaire, située plus à l'extérieur, où, lorsque les parties à clipser (27) sont encliquetées dans les encoches (30) extérieures, la distance (B) des ailes détendues du corps en forme de H, situées mutuellement en vis-à-vis, entre les encoches (30), est supérieure ou égale à la largeur (b) de la partie à clipser (27), et la distance entre les éléments d'écartement (28), dans la région de leurs pattes (29) éventuellement présentes, est supérieure ou égale à la longueur (L) de l'élément d'étanchéité (12) en forme de U, et les éléments d'écartement (28), qui s'étendent sous les épaulements (4) du montant (1) qui portent les joints d'étanchéité (6), fixent le raccord (20) dans le montant (1).
- Construction de support de plaques de façade selon une des revendications 11 à 13, caractérisée en ce que chaque élément d'écartement (28) présente un doigt de guidage (31) qui s'étend dans un canal de vissage (25) dans le montant (1).
- Construction de support de plaques de façade selon une des revendications 11 à 14, caractérisée en ce que chaque élément d'écartement (28) présente un élément de protection (32) au-dessus de la partie à clipser (27).
