Claims (8)

  1. Unité de lame de rasoir (01), comprenant
    - un boîtier de lame (02), dans lequel sont disposées plusieurs lames (04) avec des arêtes de coupe (05) agencées parallèlement à un plan de contact principal;
    - un tronçon d'accouplement (20), qui peut être placé de préférence de façon amovible sur une manette (31);
    - un tronçon de liaison doté d'au moins une charnière à film (21) entre le boîtier de lame (02) et le tronçon d'accouplement (20), qui définit un axe de pivotement s'étendant parallèlement au plan de contact principal, et d'un composant d'amortissement (23) faisant ressort, lequel entoure la charnière à film (21) sur un côté ou plusieurs côtés et est formé aussi bien sur le boîtier de lame (02) que sur le tronçon d'accouplement (20); et
    - une arête en mousse (09) disposée dans le sens de rasage en amont des arêtes de coupe (05) des lames (04) pour la prétension de la peau pendant le rasage;
    caractérisée en ce que l'axe de pivotement passant par la charnière à film (21) est positionné entre la délimitation, avant dans le sens de rasage, de l'arête en mousse (09) et l'arête de coupe (05) située la plus près de l'arête en mousse (09), et en ce que sur chacune des parois latérales (07), agencées transversalement aux arêtes de coupe (05), du boîtier de lame est disposée une charnière à film (21), de laquelle partent à chaque fois deux branches de charnière (22), lesquelles sont entourées par le composant d'amortissement (23).
  2. Unité de lame de rasoir selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les branches de charnière (22) de la charnière à film (21) sont en plastique et sont conçues d'une seule pièce avec les tronçons contigus du boîtier de lame et/ou du tronçon d'accouplement, et en ce que le composant d'amortissement (23) est à base d'un plastique souple élastomère qui entoure les branches de charnière (22) sur tous les côtés.
  3. Unité de lame de rasoir selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que l'arête en mousse (09) est à base du même plastique souple que le composant d'amortissement (23) et est moulé par injection sur le plastique dur du boîtier de lame (02) lors de la même étape de fabrication que le composant d'amortissement.
  4. Unité de lame de rasoir selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce qu'une branche de limitation de basculement (27) est placée sur le boîtier de lame (02) ou sur le tronçon d'accouplement (20) qui, lorsque l'on atteint un angle de pivotement maximal, bute sur une butée (28) opposée sur le tronçon d'accouplement ou le boîtier de lame.
  5. Unité de lame de rasoir selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que le boîtier de lame (02) peut basculer d'un angle compris entre 0° et 45° par rapport à l'axe longitudinal de la manette (31).
  6. Unité de lame de rasoir selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que le tronçon d'accouplement (20) comprend une douille (25) qui peut être posée de façon amovible sur un tronçon adaptateur (30) de la manette (31).
  7. Unité de lame de rasoir selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que cinq lames (04) sont placées dans le boîtier de lames (02).
  8. Unité de lame de rasoir selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en qu'elle présente une bande de glissement (10) disposée dans le sens de rasage après les arêtes de coupe (05) des lames (04).
