Definitions
- the invention relates to a paver for installing a road construction material with a Gutbunker for road construction material and a spray module.
- the DE-A-299 11 151 shows a paver whose Gutbunker is enlarged by a cultivation Gutbunker.
- the cultivation Gutbunker is actually provided in addition and not arranged in Gutbunker or on the Gutbunker. It also does not form a container unit with a spray reservoir, but rather is supported by its own support wheels.
- the invention has for its object to provide a paver, which is structurally simple way in a position to carry a sufficiently large amount of spray.
- the container unit can be designed in a structurally simple way and taking advantage of the available space available on the paver for optimal capacity.
- the container unit can continue to be designed so that no or little storage space is lost for the installation material.
- the container unit is releasably secured in the existing Gutbunker the paver, so that the paver, if the work to be performed require no spray or no additional spray, can go after acceptance of the container unit with the usual Gutbunker.
- the second reservoir for the spray is preferably on both sides of the first reservoir, viewed transversely to the direction of travel, arranged.
- this may surround the first reservoir U-shaped, i. it can extend across the sides parallel to the direction of travel and one of the sides transverse to the direction of travel.
- the second storage container is preferably designed as an additional tank to an existing main spray container.
- Fig. 1 shows an embodiment of a road paver 1, which may have any conventional construction except for the details according to the invention.
- the paver 1 shown includes a track equipped with crawlers 2, with which the paver 1, driven by a motor drive, not shown, in the direction of travel F is movable, but may also have a wheels suspension.
- the paver 1 includes a chassis 3 with a driver's cab 4 and is provided on the front in the direction of travel F side with a conventional Gutbunker 5, which is open for loading up or can be opened.
- the paver 1 also contains the usual conveyors (conveyor or scraper belt 13, see Fig.2 and 3 ), which promote the road construction material from the Gutbunker 5 against the direction of travel F backwards and there a transverse distributor 6, in the form of z. As a screw submit, distributing the road-building material transverse to the direction F over the entire pave width. Trailed are the usual devices 7 for smoothing and compacting submitted by the transverse distributor 6 road construction material, such as a screed.
- the road paver 1 according to the invention can be designed for the installation of bituminous material, but also for the manufacture of concrete floors.
- the paver 1 further includes a Sprühffenmodul 8, which is arranged on the chassis 3 next to the driver's station 4.
- the spraying agent module 8 contains the usual container for spraying, which is designed here as a main container and may have the usual capacity in the range of about 1000 I, but may be larger or smaller depending on the configuration.
- main spray container further operating equipment, such as a heater with associated insulation, pumps, control means or the like are provided, which are necessary for the operation of the spray module 8.
- the spray module can absorb all sprayable materials, in particular liquids, which are necessary for carrying out the tasks to be performed by the road paver 1, that is, for example, bitumen emulsion, binders, adhesives or the like.
- the spray module 8 communicates in a conventional manner with spray nozzles 9, which are arranged so that they distribute the spray on the ground in the required manner.
- Spray module 8 and 9 spray nozzles are of conventional design, for. B. as in the EP-A-1845197 described, which is incorporated herein by reference.
- the paver 1 contains a further reservoir 10 for spraying, which is formed in the illustrated embodiment as an additional tank for the spray module 8, but may also be the only reservoir for spraying.
- the spray container 10 is, as in particular Fig. 3 shows, housed in Gutbunker 5, in such a way that the load of road construction material is not hindered.
- the spray reservoir 10 is combined with a reservoir 11 for road construction material to a container unit 12.
- the storage container 11 for the installation material is formed as a funnel with a filling opening 11 a, and terminates in a discharge opening 11 b, which directs the material to conveyor belts 13 (scraper belts), which then submit the transverse distributor 6.
- the container unit 12 thus contains the reservoir 11 for road construction material as the first reservoir and arranged on the reservoir 11 spraying agent reservoir 10, which is designed as a second reservoir.
- the second reservoir 10 may be divided into two, wherein both sub-containers 10a, 10b are formed substantially identical and both sides mirror images along and parallel to the pointing in the direction of travel sides of the first reservoir 11 are attached.
- the spray sub-containers 10a, 10b on both sides of the first reservoir 11 are in fluid communication with each other, which can be realized by appropriate line connections or a U-shaped configuration before and / or behind the reservoir 11, as seen in the direction of travel.
- a connection of the two sub-containers 10a, 10b in the direction of travel F in front of the first storage container 11 is preferred because the feed of the first storage container 11 is not obstructed.
- the spray container and its connections also include a heater.
- FIG. 2 shows the container unit 12 transverse to the direction F wider and parallel to the direction F longer than it corresponds to the Gutbunker 5, so that there is still enough storage space for road construction material in the first reservoir 11 despite the additional reservoir 10. Since the container unit 12 in the direction of travel F may be longer than the Gutbunker 5, it is at its front in the direction of travel F with the usual distance brackets 14 for the feeder vehicle for feeding the two storage containers 10, 11 is provided with built-in material or spraying.
- the container unit 12 further contains operating devices, such as those in Fig. 3 illustrated pump 15 and a heater 16 (eg burner) with its own, independent fuel tank (eg diesel tank) and possibly a temperature control, both the pump 15 in a chamber 17 and the heater 16 in a separate chamber 18 in the Container unit are housed.
- the chambers 17 and 18 are preferably located in a lower region of the container unit 12, on both sides of the first container 11 and its discharge opening 11b.
- the filling of the reservoir 10 is done via the self-priming pump 15 via a port 21a from a tank truck. Alternatively, the tanker vehicle by means of its own pump directly fill the container via a port 21b.
- the container unit 12 is furthermore provided with a control unit 19 (FIG. Fig.
- the pump is provided for the pump and the heater 16, which is arranged in the illustrated embodiment on the rear in the direction of travel of the container unit 12.
- the heating takes place by means of automatic, temperature-dependent switching on of the heating unit (eg burner), whereby the content of the storage container 10 is circulated (temperature-dependent) circulating via the pump 15.
- the heater 16 directs the heated air from the burner in a manner not shown by laid in the second reservoir 10 tubes for heating the spray contained therein.
- the second reservoir 10 communicates via connecting lines 20 for spraying means and supply lines with the spray module 8, which supplies the spray heads or spraying devices 9.
- the spray module 8 automatically recognizes when the contents of its main spray agent tank has dropped to a minimum, and independently aspirates spray from the auxiliary tank.
- the additional tank itself has a level indicator.
- the container unit 12 is fixed in a simple manner in Gutbunker 5 and preferably releasably secured in Gutbunker 5. In this way, the container unit 12 can be removed if the tasks to be performed by the road paver 1 require little or no spray, for which the main storage tank in the spray module 8 is sufficient.
- the entrainment capacity for spraying agent can be increased by at least 5000 l.
- the container unit can also be mounted instead of Gutbunkers on the paver. It is also possible to accommodate one or more spray reservoir directly in Gutbunker, so that the Gutbunker still serves as a reservoir for the road construction material.
- the invention can be used in any type of road paver.
