Claims (10)

  1. Injecteur de carburant pour l'injection de carburant dans une chambre de combustion d'un moteur à combustion interne, comprenant un boîtier (10), dans lequel sont disposés un organe de soupape d'injection (20) avec une aiguille de buse (21) pour ouvrir et fermer au moins une ouverture d'injection (23), un dispositif amplificateur de pression (30), avec lequel du carburant à la pression du système est comprimé à la pression d'injection, ainsi qu'une première soupape de commande (40) et une deuxième soupape de commande (50), la première soupape de commande (40) commandant un espace de commande (26) de l'aiguille de buse (21) et la deuxième soupape de commande (50) commandant un espace de pression différentiel (33) du dispositif amplificateur de pression (30), un raccord haute pression (19) étant prévu pour l'alimentation en carburant et un premier raccord de retour (71) pour l'évacuation d'une quantité de commande d'un espace de commande (26) de l'aiguille de buse (21) et un deuxième raccord de retour (72) pour l'évacuation d'une quantité de commande du dispositif amplificateur de pression (30) étant prévus, et les deux raccords de retour (71, 72) étant disposés sur des parties différentes du boîtier (10), caractérisé en ce qu'un espace de fuite (51) est associé à la deuxième soupape de commande (50), lequel est connecté hydrauliquement au premier espace basse pression (46) de la première soupape de commande (40) par le biais de conduites de liaison hydrauliques (461, 462, 463, 464) guidées à travers le boîtier (10).
  2. Injecteur de carburant selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le premier raccord de retour (71) pour la quantité de commande de l'aiguille de buse (21) est réalisé par au moins un alésage (49), qui est guidé vers l'extérieur par une partie de boîtier disposée à proximité de l'aiguille de buse (21).
  3. Injecteur de carburant selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la partie de boîtier disposée à proximité de l'aiguille de buse est un écrou de serrage de buse (17).
  4. Injecteur de carburant selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le deuxième raccord de retour (72) pour la quantité de commande du dispositif amplificateur de pression (30) est réalisé par au moins un alésage supplémentaire (66), qui est guidé vers l'extérieur par une deuxième partie de boîtier (13).
  5. Injecteur de carburant selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que l'alésage supplémentaire (66) débouche dans un renfoncement (78) de forme annulaire réalisé sur la paroi extérieure de la partie de boîtier (13), en ce que le renfoncement (78) est limité par une première portion de boîtier (75) et une deuxième portion de boîtier (76), et en ce que dans la première portion de boîtier (75) et dans la deuxième portion de boîtier (76) est à chaque fois disposée une bague d'étanchéité (77).
  6. Injecteur de carburant selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la première soupape de commande (40) présente un premier espace basse pression (46), qui est connecté par le biais d'une conduite de liaison hydraulique (461) à un premier espace (48), et en ce que dans le premier espace (48) débouche l'alésage (49) du premier raccord de retour (71).
  7. Injecteur de carburant selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la deuxième soupape de commande (50) présente un deuxième espace basse pression (61), qui est connecté hydrauliquement à au moins un alésage d'écoulement (62) qui conduit dans un deuxième espace (65), dans lequel débouche l'alésage supplémentaire (66) du deuxième raccord de retour (72).
  8. Injecteur de carburant selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'espace de fuite (51) est connecté hydrauliquement au moyen d'un canal de dérivation (67), dans lequel est intégré un étranglement (68), au deuxième espace basse pression (61) de la deuxième soupape de commande (50).
  9. Injecteur de carburant selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que chacun des deux raccords de retour (71, 72) est à chaque fois connecté à un canal de retour (91, 92) intégré dans une culasse de cylindre (80) du moteur à combustion interne, et en ce que chaque canal de retour (91, 92) est raccordé à chaque fois à un système de retour basse pression du moteur à combustion interne.
  10. Injecteur de carburant selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce qu'un alésage étagé (81) est réalisé dans la culasse de cylindre (80), dans lequel pénètre au moins en partie le boîtier (10), en ce qu'à l'intérieur de l'alésage étagé (81) sont réalisées au moins deux portions séparées hydrauliquement (82, 83), en ce que dans l'une des portions (83) débouche le premier raccord de retour (71) et dans l'autre portion (82) débouche le deuxième raccord de retour (72), et en ce que les portions (82, 83) sont connectées à chaque fois à l'un des canaux de retour (91, 92).
