Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Halten von Taschen, vorzugsweise Handtaschen, wie sie aus der US-A-2473086 bekannt ist. In Taschen, insbesondere Handtaschen werden oftmals wertvolle Gegenstände und/oder Gegenstände transportiert, die griffbereit sein sollten. Bei einem stationären Aufenthalt ist es oftmals wünschenswert, die Tasche zu verwahren. Sofern keine Stellflächen vorhanden sind, kann sie gegebenenfalls an Haken aufgehängt werden. Häufig sind jedoch weder Stellflächen noch Haken vorhanden und die Tasche könnte höchstens auf den - oftmals nicht sauberen - Fußboden abgestellt werden.
  • Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, eine Vorrichtung der eingangs genannten Art anzugeben, mit dem Taschen einfach gehalten werden können, das schnell und einfach montiert und demontiert werden kann und das einen geringen Platzbedarf aufweist.
  • Erfindungsgemäß wird dies dadurch erreicht, dass die Vorrichtung ein Auflageelement mit einer Auflagefläche, ein mit dem Auflageelement verbundenes Winkelelement und ein Hakenelement umfasst, dass das Hakenelement gegenüber dem Winkelelement um eine Schwenkachse verschwenkbar ist, und dass das Auflageelement mit dem Hakenelement in einer geschlossenen Stellung einen Verschluss ausbildet.
  • Dadurch ergibt sich der Vorteil, dass Taschen einfach und schnell an im Wesentlichen horizontalen Flächen befestigt werden können, beispielsweise an Tischen oder Theken. Durch eine bevorzugte Ausbildung der Vorrichtung als Schmuckstück wird ein neuartiges Accessoire geschaffen, welches vielseitig verwendbar ist, beispielsweise als Tuchhalter oder Anhänger an einer Tasche. Weiters kann auf der Vorrichtung einfach eine Kennung angebracht werden, sodass die Tasche der rechtmäßigen InhaberIn einfach zuordenbar ist. Weiters kann durch einen modularen Aufbau eine vielseitige Ausgestaltung ermöglicht werden, wodurch die Erkennung und Identifizierung der Vorrichtung erleichtert wird.
  • In Weiterbildung der Erfindung kann vorgesehen sein, dass das Auflageelement eine Vertiefung für die Aufnahme wenigstens eines Teiles des Hakenelementes aufweist, wodurch eine gute Verbindung zwischen dem Auflageelement und dem Hakenelement sichergestellt werden kann, welche einfach und schnell hergestellt bzw. gelöst werden kann. Dabei kann die Vertiefung als Führung des Hakenelementes bei der Herstellung der Verbindung ausgebildet sein.
  • In weiterer Ausgestaltung der Erfindung kann vorgesehen sein, dass das Auflageelement einen mit der Vertiefung zusammenwirkenden Verschluss-Magneten aufweist. Mit dem Verschluss-Magneten kann die Ausbildung einer vorgebbaren Haltekraft des Verschlusses einfach und kostengünstig gewährleistet werden.
  • Gemäß einer weiteren Ausgestaltung der Erfindung kann vorgesehen sein, dass das Hakenelement in dem in die Vertiefung greifenden Bereich einen Magneten aufweist, wodurch die Ausbildung einer vorgebbaren Haltekraft des Verschlusses einfach und kostengünstig gewährleistet werden kann.
  • Gemäß einer anderen Ausbildung der Erfindung kann vorgesehen sein, dass das Hakenelement in einer ersten Stellung einen Anschlag aufweist, wobei das Hakenelement in der ersten Stellung - in Gebrauchslage gesehen - im Wesentlichen unterhalb der Auflagefläche angeordnet ist. In der ersten Stellung kann eine auf das Hakenelement wirkende Gewichtskraft einfach und im Wesentlichen momentenfrei von der Auflagefläche übertragen werden.
  • In weiterer Ausgestaltung der Erfindung kann vorgesehen sein, dass die Anordnung des Hakenelementes in einer zweiten Stellung vorgesehen ist, wobei das Hakenelement in der zweiten Stellung den - in Gebraucbslage gesehen - unterhalb der Auflagefläche liegenden Raum freigibt, wodurch die Vorrichtung auch bei Gegenständen verwendet werden kann, bei denen der Raum unterhalb der Abstützfläche nicht zugänglich ist.
  • Gemäß einer weiteren Ausführungsform der Erfindung kann vorgesehen sein, dass die Auflagefläche gummiert ausgebildet ist, insbesondere mittels eines Einlageelementes. Dadurch kann sichergestellt werden, dass eine mit der Auflagefläche zusammenwirkende Auflage nicht beschädigt, insbesondere zerkratzt wird. Weiters kann eine erhöhte Reibung und Übertragbarkeit von Querkräften bereitgestellt werden.
  • In weiterer Ausgestaltung der Erfindung kann vorgesehen sein, dass - in Gebrauchslage gesehen - die Unterseite des Winkelelementes und die Auflagefläche in einer Ebene liegen. Dabei können gegebenenfalls auch von dem Winkelelement Kräfte auf eine darunterliegende Auflage aufgebracht werden, insbesondere zur Aufbringung eines Biegemomentes, sofern eine die Vorrichtung belastende Gewichtskraft nicht unterhalb der Auflagefläche an das Hakenelement angreift.
  • In Weiterführung der Erfindung kann vorgesehen sein, dass das Hakenelement um eine zur Schwenkachse normale Drehachse drehbar ist, wodurch eine mit dem Hakenelement verbundene Tasche verdreht und so an die örtlichen Gegebenheiten angepasst werden kann. Dabei kann insbesondere vorgesehen sein, dass eine in der Nähe einer Sitzgelegenheit gehaltene Tasche, wie dies üblicherweise bei einer Bar gegeben ist, im Wesentlichen parallel zu den Oberschenkeln der sitzenden Person ausgerichtet werden kann, wodurch ein geringer Platzbedarf der Tasche sichergestellt wird.
  • In diesem Zusammenhang kann in Weiterbildung der Erfindung vorgesehen sein, dass das Hakenelement ausgehend von der mit dem Auflageelement den Verschluss ausbildenden Lage um die Drehachse im Wesentlichen um eine Vierteldrehung nach links drehbar ist. Üblicherweise wird eine Tasche auf der rechten Seite der Trägerin angeordnet, wobei durch die Vierteldrehung nach links die Tasche und somit der Massenmittelpunkt der Tasche näher zur Trägerin gebracht wird, wodurch die Gefahr eines Umkippens der Vorrichtung bei einem versehentlichen Anstoßen an die Tasche durch die Trägerin verringert wird.
  • Gemäß einer anderen Ausführungsform der Erfindung kann vorgesehen sein, dass das Hakenelement zur Ausbildung der Drehachse einen in einer Kulisse geführten Fortsatz aufweist, wobei der Fortsatz vorzugsweise gefedert mit dem Hakenelement verbunden ist und wobei die Kulisse vorzugsweise in einer Zwischenhülse ausgebildet ist. Auf diese Weise kann die Drehbarkeit des Hakenelementes um die Drehachse besonders einfach und sicher bereitgestellt werden.
  • In weiterer Ausbildung der Erfindung kann vorgesehen sein, dass das Auflageelement gegenüber dem Hakenelement um eine im Wesentlichen normal zur Schwenkachse angeordnete Kippachse kippbar ist. Dabei kann das Auflageelement um die Kippachse in die Ebene des Hakenelementes und des Winkelelementes gekippt werden, wodurch die Vorrichtung besonders platzsparend verwahrt werden kann.
  • In Weiterbildung der Erfindung kann vorgesehen sein, dass die Vorrichtung eine, vorzugsweise lösbar verbundene, erste Broschenvorrichtung aufweist, wodurch es auch als Brosche, daher als Schmuckstück, verwendet werden kann.
  • Gemäß einer weiteren Ausgestaltung der Erfindung kann vorgesehen sein, dass die der Auflagefläche gegenüberliegende Oberseite des Auflageelementes mit einem Schnellverschluss ausgebildet ist. Durch den Schnellverschluss kann ein modularer Aufbau der Vorrichtung bereitgestellt werden, wodurch die Vorrichtung einfach und schnell verändert und umgestaltet werden kann.
  • In diesem Zusammenhang kann gemäß einer weiteren Ausführungsform der Erfindung vorgesehen sein, dass an der Oberseite ein Haltemagnet angeordnet ist, wobei der Haltemagnet und der Verschluss-Magnet vorzugsweise einstückig ausgebildet sind. Durch den Haltemagneten kann auf einfache Weise eine zusätzliche Sicherung eines mit der Oberseite verbundenen Schmuckteiles od. dgl. gewährleistet werden.
  • Gemäß einer weiteren Ausbildung der Erfindung kann vorgesehen sein, dass der Schnellverschluss einen aus der Oberseite ragenden Fortsatz mit einem Bajonettverschluss umfasst. Dies stellt eine besonders einfache Ausführung eines Schnellverschlusses dar, wobei der Schnellverschluss weiters einfach zu handhaben ist.
  • Gemäß einer weiteren Ausführungsform der Erfindung kann vorgesehen sein, dass der Bajonettverschluss aus dem Fortsatz ragende Stifte umfasst, wobei die Stifte federbelastet sind und auf der der Oberseite des Auflageelementes abgewandten Seite abgeschrägt ausgebildet sind, wodurch ein Aufsetzen eines Schmuckteiles od. dgl. einfach durch Aufdrücken erfolgen kann und eine manuelle Betätigung des Bajonettverschlusses nicht erforderlich ist.
  • In weiterer Ausgestaltung der Erfindung kann vorgesehen sein, dass mittels des Schnellverschlusses ein Schmuckteil verbunden ist, wobei das Schmuckteil in einer aufgesetzten Position ist. Durch den modularen Aufbau der Vorrichtung kann eine einfache und schnelle Anpassung an verschiedene Gegebenheiten und Vorstellungen erfolgen.
  • Gemäß einer weiteren Ausbildung der Erfindung kann vorgesehen sein, dass das Schmuckteil zum Zusammenwirken mit dem Haltemagneten in der aufgesetzten Position ausgebildet ist, wodurch eine zusätzliche Sicherung des Schmuckteiles gegeben ist.
  • In Weiterführung der Erfindung kann vorgesehen sein, dass das Schmuckteil eine Anhängeröse aufweist, wodurch das Schmuckteil einfach als Anhänger verwendet werden kann.
  • Gemäß einer weiteren Ausgestaltung der Erfindung kann vorgesehen sein, dass das Schmuckteil eine Aufnahme für die erste Broschenvorrichtung und/oder eine zweite Broschenvorrichtung aufweist, wodurch das Schmuckteil einfach als Brosche verwendet werden kann. Dabei kann gegebenenfalls die mit der Vorrichtung verbundene erste Broschenvorrichtung verwendet werden.
  • Die Erfindung wird unter Bezugnahme auf die beigeschlossenen Zeichnungen, in welchen Ausführungsformen beispielhaft dargestellt sind, näher beschrieben. Dabei zeigt:

  • In den Fig. 1 bis 17 sind Ausführungsformen erfindungsgemäßer Vorrichtungen 1 zum Halten von Taschen, vorzugsweise Handtaschen, dargestellt, welche ein Auflageelement 2 mit einer Auflagefläche 21, ein mit dem Auflageelement 2 verbundenes Winkelelement 4 und ein Hakenelement 5 umfasst. Das Hakenelement 5 ist gegenüber dem Winkelelement 4 um eine Schwenkachse 46 verschwenkbar, wobei das Hakenelement 5 mit dem Auflageelement 2 in einer geschlossenen Stellung einen Verschluss ausbildet. In Fig. 1 ist die geschlossene Stellung dargestellt. Dabei ist das Hakenelement 5 so weit um die Schwenkachse 46 geschwenkt, dass es angrenzend an das Auflageelement 2 angeordnet ist.
  • Bei dem Gebrauch der Vorrichtung 1 als Taschenhalter, welche die Gebrauchslage bestimmt, stützt sich die Auflagefläche 21 an einer, üblicherweise im Wesentlichen horizontalen Auflage ab. Die Auflage kann beispielsweise Teil einer Tischplatte, einer Theke, einer Fensterbank oder einer anderen im Wesentlichen geraden Fläche sein. An dem Hakenelement können ein oder mehrere zu haltende Gegenstände befestigt werden, beispielsweise Sakkos, Jacken, Regenschirme, die Henkel von Taschen, insbesondere Aktentaschen und/oder Handtaschen. Dadurch kann mit der Vorrichtung bei einem Tisch, einer Theke oder dgl. einfach eine Möglichkeit für das Befestigen einer Tasche geschaffen werden, wobei die Tasche nicht ständig von der InhaberIn gehalten oder am Boden abgestellt werden muss. Die Tasche kann im Wirkungsbereich der InhaberIn verbleiben, wodurch eine Kontrolle eines unberechtigten Zugriffs ermöglicht wird.
  • Der Verschluss kann kraft- oder formschlüssig ausgebildet sein, wobei ein Zusammenhalten des Hakenelementes 5 mit dem Auflageelement 2 insbesondere durch eine magnetische Kraft sichergestellt werden kann. Dabei kann das Auflageelement 2 einen Verschluss-Magneten und/oder das Hakenelement 5 einen Magneten 57 aufweisen.
  • In Fig. 3 ist gezeigt, dass das Auflageelement 2 eine Vertiefung 23 für die Aufnahme wenigstens eines Teiles des Hakenelementes 5 aufweisen kann. Bei der gezeigten Ausführung ist am Endbereich des Hakenelementes 5 der Magnet 57 angeordnet, welcher in der geschlossenen Stellung in der Vertiefung 23 zu liegen kommt. Die Vertiefung 23 kann als Führung des Hakenelementes 5 ausgebildet sein, wobei eine genaue Positionierung des Hakenelementes 5 zur Ausbildung des Verschlusses erleichtert wird.
  • Mit dem Magneten 57 kann ein ferromagnetischer Bereich des Auflageelementes 2 zusammenwirken. Es kann auch vorgesehen sein, dass das Auflageelement 2 einen mit der Vertiefung 23 zusammenwirkenden Verschluss-Magneten aufweist, wobei der Verschluss-Magnet eine Haltekraft auf das in der Vertiefung 23 angeordnete Hakenelement 5 ausübt.
  • Das Hakenelement 5 kann in einer ersten Stellung einen Anschlag aufweisen, wobei das Hakenelement 5 in der ersten Stellung - in Gebrauchslage gesehen - im Wesentlichen unterhalb der Auflagefläche 21 angeordnet ist. Dabei kann die auf das Hakenelement 5 wirkende Gewichtskraft ohne Kippmoment auf die Auflage übertragen werden. Die maximale Gewichtskraft wird durch die Festigkeit der Vorrichtung 1 und der Belastbarkeit der Auflage bestimmt.
  • In den Fig. 4 bis 7 ist die Verbringung des Hakenelementes 5 von der geschlossenen Stellung in Fig. 4 in die offene Stellung in den Fig. 6 und 7 gezeigt. In Fig. 5 ist eine Zwischenstellung dargestellt. Die Fig. 6 und Fig. 7 unterscheiden sich dadurch, dass das Hakenelement 5 um eine zur Schwenkachse 46 normale Drehachse 56 drehbar ist. Bei der gezeigten Ausführungsform entspricht die Drehachse 56 der Längsachse des Hakenelementes 5 an der Drehstelle 55. Durch die Drehung des Hakenelementes 5 kann die Lage des mit dem Hakenelement 5 verbundenen Gegenstandes verändert werden. Insbesondere bei einer Tasche 9 kann auf diese Weise die Position der Tasche 9 verändert werden.
  • Die Schwenkachse 46 ist im Wesentlichen normal auf die Längsachse des Hakenelementes im Bereich der Schwenkachse 46. Bei einem drahtförmigen Hakenelement ist die Längsachse des Hakenelementes die Drahtmittellinie und die Schwenkachse 46 ist normal auf die Drahtmittellinie im Bereich der Schwenkachse 46.
  • Das Hakenelement 5 kann ausgehend von der mit dem Auflageelement 2 den Verschluss ausbildenden Lage um die Drehachse 56 im Wesentlichen um eine Vierteldrehung nach links drehbar sein. Üblicherweise wird eine Tasche auf der rechten Seite der InhaberIn angeordnet, wobei durch die Vierteldrehung nach links die Tasche und somit der Massenmittelpunkt der Tasche näher zur InhaberIn gebracht wird, wodurch die Gefahr eines Umkippens der Vorrichtung bei einem versehentlichen Anstoßen an die Tasche durch die InhaberIn verringert wird.
  • Das Hakenelement 5 kann zur Ausbildung der Drehachse 56 einen in einer Kulisse geführten Fortsatz aufweisen, wobei der Fortsatz vorzugsweise gefedert mit dem Hakenelement 5 verbunden ist und wobei die Kulisse vorzugsweise in einer Zwischenhülse ausgebildet ist. Die Zwischenhülse kann drehfest in dem Winkelstück 41 und/oder einem Zwischenstück 6 angeordnet sein. Das Zwischenstück 6 ist dabei zwischen der Drehstelle 55 des Hakenelementes 5 und der Schwenkachse 46 angeordnet. Bei anderen Ausführungsformen kann die Bewegung des Hakenelementes 5 um die Drehachse 56 und die Schwenkachse 46 mittels eines Kugelgelenkes bereitgestellt sein, wobei an der Drehstelle 55 sowohl eine Bewegung um die Schwenkachse 46 als auch um die Drehachse 56 ermöglicht wird.
  • Weiters kann die Anordnung des Hakenelementes 5 in einer zweiten Stellung vorgesehen sein, wobei das Hakenelement 5 in der zweiten Stellung den - in Gebrauchslage gesehen - unterhalb der Auflagefläche 21 liegenden Raum freigibt. In der zweiten Stellung ist von der Vorrichtung 1 neben einer Auflagekraft der Auflagefläche 21 normal zur Auflagefläche 21 weiters ein Kippmoment auf die Auflage zu übertragen.
  • Die Auflagefläche 21 kann gummiert ausgebildet sein, Dabei kann die Gummierung durch eine aufgebrachte Schicht und/oder mittels eines Einlageelementes 26 ausgebildet sein. Die Gummierung stellt sicher, dass die Auflage durch die Auflagefläche 21 nicht beschädigt, insbesondere zerkratzt, wird. Weiters kann durch die Gummierung mittels einer geeigneten Materialwahl einfach die Übertragung einer Querkraft von dem Auflageelement auf die Auflage ermöglicht werden. Durch die Querkraft kann ein unbeabsichtigtes Abrutschen der Auflagefläche 21 von der Auflage vermieden werden. Mit der Querkraft kann zumindest ein Teil eines Kippmomentes aufgebracht werden, wobei sich das Winkelelement 4 und/oder das Hakenelement 5 vorzugsweise seitlich abstützen.
  • Es kann vorgesehen sein, dass - in Gebrauchslage gesehen - die Unterseite 41 des Winkelelementes 4 und die Auflagefläche 21 in einer Ebene liegen. Dabei kann über die Unterseite 41 zumindest ein Teil eines Kippmomentes aufgebracht werden.
  • Weiteres kann vorgesehen sein, dass die Vorrichtung 1 mittels einer Klemmvorrichtung die Auflage C-förmig umgreifen kann, wodurch ein sicherer Halt der Vorrichtung 1 an der Auflage sichergestellt werden kann. Dabei kann die Klemmvorrichtung vorzugsweise lösbar an dem Winkelelement 4 angesetzt werden.
  • Das Auflageelement 2 kann gegenüber dem Hakenelement 5 um eine im Wesentlichen normal zur Schwenkachse 46 angeordneten Kippachse 47 kippbar sein. In Fig. 3 ist im Vergleich zu Fig. 1 eine um 90° gekippte Lage des Auflageelementes 2 dargestellt. Durch das Kippen des Auflageelementes 2 kann das Auflageelement 2 einfach an schräge Auflagen angepasst werden, wobei ein guter Kontakt der Auflagefläche 21 mit der Auflage sichergestellt werden kann. Weiters bietet das Kippen des Auflageelementes 2 die Möglichkeit das Auflageelement 2 in der geschlossenen Position in die Ebene des Hakenelementes 5 und des Winkelelementes 4 zu kippen, wodurch die Aufbewahrung der Vorrichtung 1 besonders platzsparend erfolgen kann.
  • Die Vorrichtung 1 kann als dekoratives Element, insbesondere als Schmuckstück, eingesetzt werden und beispielsweise an einer Handtasche 9 befestigt werden, wie dies in Fig. 2 gezeigt ist. Es kann vorgesehen sein, dass die Vorrichtung 1 eine erste Broschenvorrichtung aufweist. Mit der ersten Broschenvorrichtung kann die Vorrichtung 1 einfach als Brosche verwendet werden. Dabei umfasst die erste Broschenvorrichtung eine Anstecknadel. Die erste Broschenvorrichtung kann lösbar mit der Vorrichtung 1 verbunden sein. Dadurch kann die erste Broschenvorrichtung einfach und schnell für weitere Anwendungen bereitgestellt werden.
  • Die der Auflagefläche 21 gegenüberliegende Oberseite 22 des Auflageelementes 2 kann mit einem Schnellverschluss 31 ausgebildet sein.
  • In den Fig. 1 bis 7 und 12 bis 17 ist das Schmuckteil 7 mittels des Schnellverschlusses 31 mit der Vorrichtung 1 verbunden, wobei das Schmuckteil 7 in einer aufgesetzten Position ist.
  • In Fig. 8 ist eine Ausführungsform des Schnellverschlusses 31 mit einem aus der Oberseite 22 ragenden Fortsatz 34 mit einem Bajonettverschluss 32 dargestellt. Der Bajonettverschluss 32 kann aus dem Fortsatz 34 ragende Stifte 33 umfassen, wobei die Stifte 33 federbelastet sind und auf der der Oberseite 22 des Auflageelementes 2 abgewandten Seite abgeschrägt ausgebildet sind. Dadurch kann das Schmuckteil 7 durch bloßes Aufdrücken mit dem Auflageelement 2 verbunden werden. Eine weitere Betätigung des Schnellverschlusses 31 kann erst bei dem Lösen der Verbindung erforderlich sein.
  • Als günstig erscheint, wenn der Schnellverschluss 31 als Sicherheitsverschluss ausgebildet ist. Dabei kann nach dem Aufsetzen des Schmuckteiles 7 eine zusätzliche Drehung, beispielsweise um etwa eine Vierteldrehung, zur Fixierung des Schmuckteiles 7 erforderlich sein. Eine Ausführungsform des Schnellverschlusses 31 ist ein Magnet-Bajonettverschluss 32. An der Oberseite 22 kann ein Haltemagnet 35 angeordnet sein, wobei der Haltemagnet 35 und der Verschluss-Magnet vorzugsweise einstückig ausgebildet sind. Mit dem Haltemagneten 35 kann eine Haltekraft zwischen dem Schmuckteil 7 und dem Auflageelement 2 sichergestellt werden, die insbesondere eine Sicherung gegen ein unbeabsichtigtes Verdrehen des Schmuckteiles 7 und eine dadurch bedingte Betätigung des Schnellverschlusses 31 darstellt. Dabei ist das Schmuckteil 7 zum Zusammenwirken mit dem Haltemagneten 35 in der aufgesetzten Position ausgebildet.
  • Das Schmuckteil 7 kann für eine Vielzahl weiterer Anwendungen vorgesehen sein. Beispielsweise kann es mit anderen Gegenständen verbunden werden, welche den Schnellverschluss 31 aufweisen. Dies können beispielsweise Ringe, Schnallen, Broschen, Dosen, Etuis, oder andere derartige Gegenstände sein.
  • Weiters kann das Schmuckteil 7 eine Anhängeröse 72 aufweisen, wodurch es einfach als Anhänger getragen oder mit anderen Gegenständen verbunden werden kann. Eine Ausführungsform mit einer Anhängeröse 72 ist in Fig. 11 gezeigt.
  • Das Schmuckteil 7 kann, wie in Fig. 10 dargestellt, eine Aufnahme für die erste Broschenvorrichtung und/oder eine zweite Broschenvorrichtung 73 aufweisen, wodurch das Schmuckteil 7 einfach als Brosche getragen werden kann oder an anderen Gegenständen befestigt werden kann.
  • Die Vorrichtung 1 und/oder das Schmuckteil 7 können mit einer elektronischen Schaltung verbunden sein, welche weiters eine Sende- und/oder Empfangseinrichtung umfassen kann. Es kann vorgesehen sein, dass mit der elektronischen Schaltung das Läuten eines Mobiltelefons od. dgl. detektiert und eine Anzeigeeinrichtung, insbesondere umfassend ein Leuchtmittel und/oder ein akustisches Ausgabegerät, aktiviert wird. Weiters kann die elektronische Schaltung eine elektronische Liftkarte und/oder eine Zugangskennung umfassen.
  • Es kann auch vorgesehen sein, dass mittels der elektronischen Schaltung das Auffinden der Vorrichtung 1 und/oder des Schmuckteiles 7 erleichtert wird. Dabei kann mittels eines vorgebbaren Signals die Anzeigeeinrichtung aktiviert werden.
  • Weiters kann eine Kennung vorgesehen sein, die bei Diebstahl die Zuordnung der Vorrichtung 1 und/oder des Schmuckteiles 7 zu seiner rechtmäßigen InhaberIn erleichtert.
  • Bei der Vorrichtung 1 zum Halten von Taschen kann vorgesehen sein, dass das Hakenelement 5 in dem in die Vertiefung 23 greifenden Bereich einen Magneten 57 aufweist.
  • Bei der Vorrichtung 1 zum Halten von Taschen kann vorgesehen sein, dass das Hakenelement 5 in einer ersten Stellung einen Anschlag aufweist, wobei das Hakenelement 5 in der ersten Stellung - in Gebrauchslage gesehen - im Wesentlichen unterhalb der Auflagefläche 21 angeordnet ist.
  • Bei der Vorrichtung 1 zum Halten von Taschen kann vorgesehen sein, dass die Auflagefläche 21 gummiert ausgebildet ist, insbesondere mittels eines Einlageelementes 26.
  • Bei der Vorrichtung 1 zum Halten von Taschen kann vorgesehen sein, dass - in Gebrauchslage gesehen - die Unterseite 41 des Winkelelementes 4 und die Auflagefläche 21 in einer Ebene liegen.
  • Bei der Vorrichtung 1 zum Halten von Taschen kann vorgesehen sein, dass das Hakenelement 5 ausgehend von der mit dem Auflageelement 2 den Verschluss ausbildenden Lage um die Drehachse 56 im Wesentlichen um eine Vierteldrehung nach links drehbar ist.
  • Bei der Vorrichtung 1 zum Halten von Taschen kann vorgesehen sein, dass das Hakenelement 5 zur Ausbildung der Drehachse 56 einen in einer Kulisse geführten Fortsatz aufweist, wobei der Fortsatz vorzugsweise gefedert mit dem Hakenelement 5 verbunden ist und wobei die Kulisse vorzugsweise in einer Zwischenhülse ausgebildet ist.
  • Weitere erfindungsgemäße Ausführungsformen weisen lediglich einen Teil der beschriebenen Merkmale auf, wobei jede Merkmalskombination, insbesondere auch von verschiedenen beschriebenen Ausführungsformen, vorgesehen sein kann.

Claims (15)

  1. Vorrichtung (1) zum Halten von Taschen, vorzugsweise Handtaschen (9) die ein Auflageelement (2) mit einer Auflagefläche (21), ein mit dem Auflageelement (2) verbundenes Winkelelement (4) und ein Hakenelement (5) umfasst, wobei das Hakenelement (5) gegenüber dem Winkelelement (4) um eine Schwenkachse (46) verschwenkbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet dass das Auflageelement (2) mit dem Hakenelement (5) in einer geschlossenen Stellung einen Verschluss ausbildet.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auflageelement (2) eine Vertiefung (23) für die Aufnahme wenigstens eines Teiles des Hakenelementes (5) aufweist.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auflageelement (2) einen mit der Vertiefung (23) zusammenwirkenden Verschluss-Magneten aufweist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anordnung des Hakenelementes (5) in einer zweiten Stellung vorgesehen ist, wobei das Hakenelement (5) in der zweiten Stellung den - in Gebrauchslage gesehen - unterhalb der Auflagefläche (21) liegenden Raum freigibt.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Hakenelement (5) um eine zur Schwenkachse (46) normale Drehachse (56) drehbar ist.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auflageelement (2) gegenüber dem Hakenelement (5) um eine im Wesentlichen normal zur Schwenkachse (46) angeordnete Kippachse (47) kippbar ist.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es eine, vorzugsweise lösbar verbundene, erste Broschenvorrichtung aufweist.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die der Auflagefläche (21) gegenüberliegende Oberseite (22) des Auflageelementes (2) mit einem Schnellverschluss (31) ausgebildet ist.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Oberseite (22) ein Haltemagnet (35) angeordnet ist, wobei der Haltemagnet (35) und der Verschluss-Magnet vorzugsweise einstückig ausgebildet sind.
  10. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Schnellverschluss (31) einen aus der Oberseite (22) ragenden Fortsatz (34) mit einem Bajonettverschluss (32) umfasst.
  11. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bajonettverschluss (32) aus dem Fortsatz (34) ragende Stifte (33) umfasst, wobei die Stifte (33) federbelastet sind und auf der der Oberseite (22) des Auflageelementes (2) abgewandten Seite abgeschrägt ausgebildet sind.
  12. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mittels des Schnellverschlusses (31) ein Schmuckteil (7) verbunden ist, wobei das Schmuckteil (7) in einer aufgesetzten Position ist.
  13. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schmuckteil (7) zum Zusammenwirken mit dem Haltemagneten (35) in der aufgesetzten Position ausgebildet ist.
  14. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schmuckteil (7) eine Anhängeröse (72) aufweist.
  15. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schmuckteil (7) eine Aufnahme für die erste Broschenvorrichtung und/oder eine zweite Broschenvorrichtung (73) aufweist.
