Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a protective tube according to the preamble of claim 1, an auxiliary tool according to the preamble of claim 10, a set with a protective tube and an auxiliary tool according to claim 22 and an arrangement with a supply of a protective tube and an auxiliary tool according to claim 25.
  • Protective hoses are used in a wide variety of areas, for example, to protect electrical and pneumatic lines and hoses against external influences. Also, such protective tubes are used to bundle multiple cables or individual wires. In order to give these protective tubes, usually made of plastic, a high stability, especially against external influences, and to make them flexible at the same time, they are designed as so-called wave tubes. The diameters of these tubes can be very different and usually range from a few millimeters to a few tens of millimeters or even more.
  • a cable protection conduit or a cable protection housing in the form of a long plastic tube is described in DE 200 13 481 U1.
  • the areas of the free edges overlap, so that the protective tube is closed in the region of the slot without leaving a free gap.
  • DE 200 13481 LH already mentioned above indicates an auxiliary tool called an insertion clip.
  • This insertion clamp comprises two mold parts, each consisting of a clamp holder and a clamp body, which are held by a clamp spring so that a cable guide cylinder can be opened against the pressure of the clamp spring to insert cables into the cable guide cylinder, and closed again by the pressure of the clamp spring is and is kept closed.

Simultaneously with the displacement of this auxiliary tool along the slot, cables can be inserted into the interior of the cable protection housing via the cable guide cylinder. Behind the Ein Industriesklammer the cable protection housing can close again.
  • the auxiliary tool should also be used in the context of a portable arrangement, with the lines, cables and the like, in a protective tube, even in long lengths, can be pulled in relieved at the installation.
  • a protective tube which is slotted in the longitudinal direction and has a closure element which keeps aligned the longitudinal edges along the slot in a plane to each other, which is characterized in that the closure element is a separate profile part having a cross-sectional shape such that a central web of this profile rests between the longitudinal edges of the hose and the top of the hose along the longitudinal edges is covered by the profile part and the inner sides of the hose is backed by the profile part.
  • the object is achieved with respect to the auxiliary tool by one which is suitable for a longitudinally slotted protective tube to spread the longitudinal edges of such a protective tube along the slot and to close again lying to each other, wherein the auxiliary tool two partial body, the its one longitudinal side are connected to a hinge part and between which a cavity o- the space for guiding cables, lines, and the like, is formed, wherein the part bodies along the hinge part to open and close again, and with guide parts on the outer surfaces of the partial body, with which the auxiliary tool, guided along the longitudinal edges in the region of the slot of the protective tube, can be moved, which is characterized in that the guide parts are arranged on the free, the hinge part opposite longitudinal edges and that in the region of the cavity between the Partial bodies guide elements are arranged, which, seen in a projection on the outside of the body part, from one end the part body from at an angle to the guide parts on the outside of the body parts and end approximately in the plane of these guide parts at the other end of the body part.
  • the invention is to be seen in a set consisting of a protective tube with profile part and an auxiliary tool.
  • the object is achieved by an arrangement with a supply of a protective hose and an auxiliary tool, which is characterized in that the auxiliary tool is fixedly mounted on a working platform, that are arranged on the working platform guide parts to supply a protective tube to the auxiliary tool and lead away from this, with storage units on the inlet side of the auxiliary tool for protective hose, for in the protective hose to be introduced cables, lines and the like and for the profile part.
  • the protective tube along the slot is closed by a profile part, which inserts between the longitudinal edges of the tube along the slot.
  • a profile part which inserts between the longitudinal edges of the tube along the slot.
  • the longitudinal edges are fixed in their orientation to each other.
  • Such a profile part can be used for protective tubes of different diameters slotted in the longitudinal direction; Also, such a profile part can be manufactured as an endless part, to then cut it to the length required in each case.
  • Such a closure element or profile part can be made in the form of a double "U” or a double “T” when viewed in cross-section.
