Abstract

L'invention concerne une installation utilisée pour encoller des fibres pour la production de panneaux de fibres, notamment de panneaux MDF ou de panneaux dérivés du bois similaires. Ladite installation comprend un dispositif pour acheminer les fibres, muni d'au moins une conduite d'amenée de fibres qui peut être soumise à l'action d'air de refoulement pour assurer le transport des fibres et débouche dans un tuyau de sortie de fibres, par le biais d'un parcours modifié, en courbe, des fibres, une trémie par gravité montée en aval du tuyau de sortie de fibres, une encolleuse munie de buses de pulvérisation pour pulvériser les fibres qui sortent du tuyau de sortie de fibres et les fibres qui entrent dans la trémie par gravité avec des gouttes de colle, ainsi qu'un dispositif collecteur monté en aval de la trémie par gravité, qui est muni d'une bande transporteuse perméable à l'air et sert à recueillir et éventuellement à évacuer les fibres, de même qu'un dispositif d'aspiration pour aspirer l'air sortant de la trémie à travers la bande transporteuse. Ledit dispositif d'aspiration présente une ou plusieurs caisses aspirantes auxquelles sont raccordées une ou plusieurs conduites d'aspiration. Cette installation se caractérise en ce que les caisses aspirantes sont conçues sous forme de caisses de nettoyage avec au moins un dispositif de nettoyage pour éliminer des fibres qui entrent dans les caisses aspirantes, en passant à travers la bande transporteuse.
