- Dispositif de fixation (1) destiné à relier un élément de meuble pivotant (2) à un quadrilatère articulé (6), le quadrilatère articulé (6) comprenant une première pièce de fixation destinée à être fixée à l'élément de meuble pivotant (2) et une deuxième pièce de fixation (10) destinée à être fixée à un corps de meuble (4) et plusieurs leviers pivotants (7, 8) étant prévus entre les deux pièces de fixation (9, 10) et étant montées sur celles-ci à la manière d'un quadrilatère articulé, un dispositif d'amortissement (15) étant associé aux leviers pivotants (7, 8), le dispositif d'amortissement (15) étant opérant aussi bien dans le sens d'ouverture que dans le sens de fermeture de l'élément de meuble pivotant (2) et l'amortissement en ouverture et en fermeture du dispositif d'amortissement (15) s'effectuant par le biais de l'un des leviers de pivotement (7, 8) du quadrilatère articulé (6), caractérisé en ce qu'une extrémité d'un levier de pivotement (7, 8) est conformée en came (16) et peut être reliée à une came qui est associée au dispositif d'amortissement (15), et un coulisseau (18), guidé dans un guide longitudinal (17) du dispositif (1), étant disposé entre le levier pivotant (7, 8) muni de la came (16) et l'élément d'amortissement (15).
- Dispositif de fixation (1) destiné à relier un élément de meuble pivotant (2), par exemple une porte relevable et abaissable d'un placard de cuisine, à un quadrilatère articulé (6), le quadrilatère articulé (6) comprenant une première pièce de fixation destinée à être fixée à l'élément de meuble pivotant (2) et une deuxième pièce de fixation (10) destinée à être fixée à un corps de meuble (4) et plusieurs leviers pivotants (7, 8) étant prévus entre les deux pièces de fixation (9, 10) et étant montées sur celles-ci à la manière d'un quadrilatère articulé, un dispositif d'amortissement (15) étant associé aux leviers pivotants (7, 8), le dispositif d'amortissement (15) étant opérant aussi bien dans le sens d'ouverture que dans le sens de fermeture de l'élément de meuble pivotant (2) et l'amortissement en ouverture et en fermeture du dispositif d'amortissement (15) s'effectuant par le biais de l'un des leviers de pivotement (7, 8) du quadrilatère articulé (6), un amortisseur en rotation (21) opérant d'un côté étant prévu sur une plaque de base du dispositif (1) par rapport à la zone de pivotement d'un levier pivotant (7, 8) et l'un des leviers pivotants (7, 8) étant dégagé de façon à faire saillie de son point de rotation (22) et étant conformé en segment de dent extérieur (23), caractérisé en ce qu'un segment de denture intérieur (24) étant prévu du côté d'un levier pivotant (7, 8) au niveau de son de rotation (22) et en ce que le segment de dent extérieur (23) et le segment de denture intérieur sont prévu du côté du même levier pivotant (7) au niveau de point de rotation (22).
- Dispositif de fixation selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le coulisseau (18) est muni, sur son côté tourné vers le levier pivotant (7, 8), d'un contour (19) sur lequel la came (16) du levier pivotant (7, 8) glisse.
- Dispositif de fixation selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les leviers de pivotement (7, 8) ont une largeur de levier et/ou une forme de levier pour lesquelles les leviers pivotants (7, 8) se chevauchent à peu près pendant tout leur mouvement de pivotement au moins dans leurs zones où il y a un risque de blessures.
- Dispositif de fixation selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce qu'une fente éventuelle, se produisant pendant le mouvement de pivotement, dans le chevauchement des leviers pivotants, en vue de côté, mesure environ 4 mm maximum.
- Dispositif de fixation selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que les leviers pivotants (7, 8) ont une largeur de levier qui est d'environ 2:3 ou moins, par rapport à la distance en hauteur (12,13) des points d'appui des leviers pivotants (7, 8) sur la pièce de fixation (9) associée à l'élément de meuble pivotant (2).
- Dispositif de fixation selon l'une des revendications 4 à 6, caractérisé en ce que, lorsque l'élément de meuble est dans la position fermée, les leviers pivotants (7, 8) se recouvrent dans leur largeur de levier à peu près au moins dans la zone médiane de leur extension longitudinale.
- Dispositif de fixation selon l'une des revendications 4 à 7, caractérisé en ce que, lorsque l'élément de meuble pivoter (2) effectue un mouvement de pivotement, un levier pivotant (8) est situé devant l'autre (7) jusqu'à ce qu'il le dépasse au moins à peu près.
- Dispositif de fixation selon l'une des revendications 4 à 8, caractérisé en ce que les leviers pivotants (7, 8) ont une forme de croissant ou d'angle ou une forme incurvée après une allure rectiligne.
- Dispositif de fixation selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que les deux leviers pivotants (7, 8) ont une largeur et/ou une forme de base à peu près uniforme.
- Dispositif de fixation selon l'une des revendications 4 à 10, caractérisé en ce que la distance latérale entre le levier pivotant (7) et le levier pivotant (8), en vue de face, est d'environ 4 mm maximum.
- Dispositif de fixation selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu un paquet de ressorts de compression (33) qui est conçu comme un accumulateur de force (34) précontraint et sécurisé.
- Dispositif de fixation selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que le paquet de ressorts de compression (33) est conçu pour être encliquetable et interchangeable sans outils dans une ferrure du dispositif de fixation (1).
- Dispositif de fixation selon l'une des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisé en ce que des quadrilatères articulés (6), reliés par une tige de synchronisation (25), sont prévus des deux côtés du dispositif de fixation.
- Dispositif de fixation selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce que la tige de synchronisation (25) est disposée coaxialement à l'axe de pivotement (5) de l'un des leviers pivotants (8) qui est prévu au niveau la pièce de fixation (10) associé au corps de meuble (4).
- Dispositif de fixation selon la revendication 14 ou 15, dans lequel le point de liaison de la tige de synchronisation (25) est situé à une distance de l'axe de pivotement (5) du levier pivotant (8) fixé à la pièce de fixation (10) du corps de meuble (8).
- Dispositif de fixation selon l'une des revendications 14 à 16, caractérisé en ce que les extrémités de la tige de synchronisation (25) ont une forme de demi-coque (26) élargie avec des extrémités coudées (27) qui peuvent être fixées dans un élément formant coussinet (28) de forme correspondante et destinée à être fixé à un quadrilatère articulé.
- Dispositif de fixation selon la revendication 17, caractérisé en ce que la tige de synchronisation (25) peut être immobilisée par serrage à leurs extrémités coudées au niveau de l'élément formant coussinet (28).
- Dispositif de fixation selon la revendication 17 ou 18, caractérisé en ce que les extrémités coudées de la demi-coque (26) forment des attaches d'entraînement plates (27) qui s'accrochent des contre-dépouilles (29) correspondantes en forme de cavité dans les coussinets (28) et en ce que la tige de synchronisation (25) est centrée, par l'intermédiaire l'élément en demi-coque (26), sur une pièce ronde correspondante (31) du coussinet (28).
- Dispositif de fixation selon la revendication 18 ou 19, caractérisé en ce que le serrage de la tige de synchronisation (25) sur le coussinet (28) se fait par le biais d'une vis de serrage (30), le sens de vissage de la vis de serrage (30) ayant une orientation oblique.
