Claims (15)

  1. Elément de retenue pour le réglage d'un couvercle d'un meuble entre une position de fermeture et une position d'ouverture, comprenant

    caractérisé en ce que
    le levier de réglage (25) est fixé sur la première pièce de ferrure (1) en étant pivotant entre la ligne d'action des forces (16) et le troisième axe (27) du corps.
  2. Elément de retenue selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que
    le levier de réglage (25) est fixé sur le levier de manoeuvre (19) en étant pivotant autour de l'axe de pivotement (20).
  3. Elément de retenue selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le levier de manoeuvre (19) est relié avec la première pièce de ferrure (1) par l'intermédiaire d'un tourillon (22) et en ce que le levier de réglage (25) est fixé sur le levier de manoeuvre (19) par l'intermédiaire du tourillon (22).
  4. Elément de retenue selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'entraînement mécanique (12) s'appuie par l'intermédiaire de moyens de logement (43) contre au moins une surface d'appui (44) du levier de réglage (25) et au moins une surface de retenue (45) du levier de manoeuvre (19).
  5. Elément de retenue selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4,
    caractérisé en ce que
    par pivotement du levier de réglage (25) par rapport au levier de manoeuvre (19), on peut faire varier l'écart entre la ligne d'action des forces (16) de l'entraînement mécanique (12) et l'axe de pivotement (20).
  6. Elément de retenue selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que
    la surface d'appui (44) du levier de réglage (25) et la surface de retenue (45) du levier de manoeuvre (19) forment un angle aigu.
  7. Elément de retenue selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6,
    caractérisé en ce que
    des moyens de réglage (31) sont prévus au moyen desquels le levier de réglage (25) peut être immobilisé dans différentes positions de pivotement par rapport au levier de manoeuvre (19).
  8. Elément de retenue selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la première pièce de ferrure (1) comporte une saillie (4) s'étendant sensiblement à la parallèle d'une surface de base (3) sur laquelle sont logés les deux bras de support (5, 6) et les deux leviers (19, 25).
  9. Elément de retenue selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le levier de manoeuvre (19) présente une section transversale en forme de U, dans laquelle le levier de réglage (25) est logé au moins en partie.
  10. Elément de retenue selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le bras de réglage (26) présente une section transversale en forme de U dans laquelle le premier bras de support (5) est logé au moins en partie.
  11. Elément de retenue selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10,
    caractérisé en ce qu'
    il est prévu un amortisseur (34) qui amortit le déplacement en pivotement du couvercle (4) jusqu'à l'atteinte de la position de fermeture, l'amortisseur (34) étant logé dans un boîtier (35) relié avec le premier bras de support (5).
  12. Elément de retenue selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que
    l'amortisseur (34) comprend un corps d'amortisseur (36) réglable en direction axiale par rapport au boîtier (35) qui interagit avec un élément de butée (37) de la première pièce de ferrure (1).
  13. Elément de retenue selon l'une quelconque des revendications 11 ou 12,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le premier bras de support (5) présente une section transversale en forme de U, dans laquelle l'amortisseur (34) est logé au moins en partie.
  14. Elément de retenue selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 13,
    caractérisé en ce que
    sur le bras de réglage (26) sont prévus des moyens de butée (46) sur lesquels s'appuie le premier bras de support (5) et au moyen desquels une position de pivotement du premier bras de support (5) par rapport au bras de réglage (26) est réglable.
  15. Elément de retenue selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce que
    les moyens de butée (46) sont disposés en étant déplaçables sur le bras de réglage (26), alors qu'il est prévu notamment qu'en position d'ouverture de l'élément de retenue, dans une première position de déplacement, les moyens de butée (46) soutiennent le premier bras de support (5) par l'intermédiaire d'une première surface d'appui (47) sous un premier angle et dans une deuxième position de déplacement, soutiennent le premier bras de support (5) par l'intermédiaire d'une deuxième surface d'appui (48) sous un deuxième angle plus petit.
