Claims (13)

  1. Elément de retenue pour le déplacement d'un abattant (4) d'un meuble entre une position de fermeture et une position d'ouverture, comprenant
    un premier élément de ferrure (1), qui peut être relié au corps (2) d'un meuble,
    un deuxième élément de ferrure (3), qui peut être relié à l'abattant (4),
    un premier bras support (5), qui est fixé sur le premier élément de ferrure (1), de manière à pouvoir pivoter autour d'un premier axe du corps (7) et sur le deuxième élément de ferrure (3) de manière à pouvoir pivoter autour d'un premier axe de l'abattant (8),
    un deuxième bras support (6), qui est fixé sur le premier élément de ferrure (1), de manière à pouvoir pivoter autour d'un deuxième axe du corps (9) et sur le deuxième élément de ferrure (3) de manière à pouvoir pivoter autour d'un deuxième axe de l'abattant (10),
    un levier (19), qui est fixé sur le premier élément de ferrure (1), de manière à pouvoir pivoter autour d'un axe de pivotement (20),
    un bras de réglage (26), qui avec un écart par rapport à l'axe de pivotement (20) est relié de manière à pouvoir pivoter avec le levier (19) et qui est fixé sur le deuxième élément de ferrure (3), de manière à pouvoir pivoter autour d'un troisième axe de l'abattant (28), ainsi
    qu'un entraînement mécanique (12), qui soumet le levier (19) à une force dans une première direction de pivotement,
    dans la position d'ouverture de l'abattant (4), le premier support (5) et le deuxième bras support (6) se croisant.
  2. Elément de retenue selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les axes du corps (7, 9), les axes de l'abattant (8, 10) et l'axe de pivotement (20) sont placés à la parallèle les uns des autres.
  3. Elément de retenue selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'entraînement mécanique est conçu sous la forme d'un accumulateur à ressort (12), qui d'une part est appuyé contre le premier élément de ferrure (1) et d'autre part contre le levier (19).
  4. Elément de retenue selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que l'accumulateur à ressort (12) comprend un élément de ressort de pression (17).
  5. Elément de retenue selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que des moyens de réglage (25) sont prévus pour le déplacement du point d'impact de la force sur lequel l'accumulateur à ressort (12) agit sur le levier (19).
  6. Elément de retenue selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de réglages comprennent un levier de réglage (25) qui est fixé de manière à pouvoir pivoter sur le levier (19) et qui peut être immobilisé dans différentes positions de pivotement par rapport au levier (19) et
    en ce que l'accumulateur à ressort (12) est fixé de manière à pouvoir pivoter sur le levier de réglage (25).
  7. Elément de retenue selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le levier (19) comporte un premier tronçon de levier (23) partant du premier axe de pivotement (20) et un deuxième tronçon de levier (24) opposé au premier tronçon de levier (23), partant de l'axe de pivotement (20), le bras de réglage (26) étant fixé de manière à pouvoir pivoter sur le premier tronçon de levier (23) et l'entraînement mécanique (12) s'engageant sur le deuxième tronçon de levier (24).
  8. Elément de retenue selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le levier (19) comporte un perçage central (21) par lequel il est logé en rotation sur un tenon (22), le tenon (22) étant relié au premier élément de ferrure (1).
  9. Elément de retenue selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que le levier (19) comporte une encoche (40), qui à partir d'un contour extérieur (41) du levier (19) débouche dans le perçage central (21).
  10. Elément de retenue selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que l'encoche (40) est placée de telle sorte que, lors de l'introduction d'une force du bras de réglage (26) et de l'accumulateur à ressort (12) dans le levier (19), par la paroi qui délimite le perçage central (21), le levier (19) se contraint sur le tenon (22).
  11. Elément de retenue selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu un amortisseur (34) qui amortit le mouvement pivotant de l'abattant (4) jusqu'à l'atteinte de la position de fermeture.
  12. Elément de retenue selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que l'amortisseur (34) comporte un boîtier (35) qui est relié avec le premier bras support (5),
    en ce qu'un coulisseau (36) est déplaçable en direction axiale par rapport au boîtier (35), le coulisseau (36) étant soumis à une force dans une position sortie, et
    en ce qu'un élément de butée (37) est fixé sur le premier élément de ferrure (2),
    lors du passage de l'abattant (4) dans la position de fermeture, le coulisseau (36) se rapprochant de l'élément de butée (37) jusqu'à venir s'appuyer sur ce dernier et passe dans une position rentrée.
  13. Elément de retenue selon la revendication 12, l'amortisseur (34) étant conçu de sorte que
    le coulisseau (36) soit maintenu dans le boîtier (35) dans une position de repose entre une position entièrement rentrée et une position entièrement sortie,
    en ce que par insertion dans la position entièrement rentrée, le coulisseau (36) est libéré et en ce qu'il est déplacé jusque dans la position entièrement sortie à l'aide de moyens à ressort placés dans le boîtier (35) et
    en ce que lors d'un nouveau déplacement du coulisseau (36) jusque dans la position entièrement rentrée, ce dernier est bloqué et poussé vers l'extérieur jusque dans la position de repos.
