Claims (17)

  1. Panneau de meuble avec une ferrure de volet (1) intégrée ou insérée, qui comprend un mécanisme à leviers (20) avec plusieurs leviers pour guider un volet d'un meuble, laquelle ferrure de volet (1) présente une unité de ressort élastique (40) qui agit sur au moins un levier du mécanisme à leviers (20) avec une précontrainte réglable et laquelle ferrure de volet (1) comporte un boîtier (10) comprenant deux faces (11) parallèles espacées l'une de l'autre, dans lequel
    la ferrure de volet (1) est insérée à travers une ouverture (4) dans une face avant du panneau de meuble dans une poche formée derrière l'ouverture (4) dans le panneau de meuble, ou la ferrure de volet (1) est intégrée dans cette poche lors de la fabrication du panneau de meuble, ou la ferrure de volet (1) est insérée latéralement à travers une poche formée à partir d'une surface latérale (5) du panneau de meuble et qui présente une ouverture (4) sur la face frontale (3), le mécanisme à leviers (20) entrant, dans une position fermée du volet guidé, dans une ouverture de la face frontale de la ferrure de volet (1) et l'ouverture (4) dans la face frontale du panneau de meuble, et la précontrainte de l'unité de ressort élastique (40) et/ou le rapport de multiplication entre l'unité de ressort élastique (40) et le mécanisme à leviers (20) pouvant être réglés par un élément de réglage muni d'un réceptacle d'outil (423),
    caractérisé en ce que tous les axes d'articulation du mécanisme à leviers (20) sont positionnés, quand la ferrure de volet (1) est fermée, entre les faces (11) du boîtier (10), et en ce que le réceptacle d'outil (423) est accessible à travers l'ouverture (4) dans la face frontale du panneau de meuble et l'ouverture dans la face frontale de la ferrure de volet (1).
  2. Panneau de meuble selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la ferrure de volet (1) présente une unité de broche (42) avec une broche (421), avec laquelle une bride à patin élastique (412) peut être déplacée, la broche (421) étant couplée à l'élément de déplacement.
  3. Panneau de meuble selon la revendication 2, dans lequel la broche (421) est couplée à l'élément de déplacement par un engrenage angulaire.
  4. Panneau de meuble selon la revendication 2 ou 3, dans lequel la bride à patin élastique (412) est guidée de façon coulissante et linéaire dans un rail de guidage (427) disposé parallèlement à la broche (421).
  5. Panneau de meuble selon la revendication 4, dans lequel le rail de guidage (427) est en forme de U.
  6. Panneau de meuble selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, dans lequel l'unité de ressort (40) agit par l'intermédiaire d'un rouleau presseur (43) sur une partie de commande (221) de l'un des leviers du mécanisme à leviers (20) et maintient la ferrure de volet (1) dans la position de fin de course fermée et/ou une position de fin de course ouverte.
  7. Panneau de meuble selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, dans lequel les faces (11) de la ferrure de volet (1) s'appuient jusqu'à l'ouverture (4) dans la face frontale du panneau de meuble.
  8. Panneau de meuble selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, dans lequel l'unité de broche (42) est fixée sur au moins une des faces (11).
  9. Panneau de meuble selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, dans lequel les faces (11) présentent un écartement intérieur inférieur à 16 mm et de préférence inférieur à 14 mm.
  10. Panneau de meuble selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, dans lequel l'ouverture (4) à travers laquelle le mécanisme à leviers (20) de la ferrure de volet (1) se déploie est formée dans une face frontale antérieure (3) du panneau de meuble.
  11. Panneau de meuble selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, qui ne présente presque pas de différence d'épaisseur dans la zone de la ferrure de volet (1) et en dehors de cette zone.
  12. Panneau de meuble selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11, dans lequel le réceptacle d'outil (423) est accessible à travers l'ouverture (4) dans la face frontale du panneau de meuble.
  13. Panneau de meuble selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11, dans lequel le réceptacle d'outil (423) est ajustable à travers une ouverture dans la face frontale du panneau de meuble différente de l'ouverture (4) dans la face frontale du panneau de meuble à travers laquelle le mécanisme à leviers (20) de la ferrure de volet (1) se déploie.
  14. Panneau de meuble selon la revendication 12 ou 13, dans lequel des graduations (428) visibles pour l'utilisateur sont disposées sur l'élément de déplacement.
  15. Corps de meuble avec au moins une ferrure de volet (1), caractérisé en ce que la ferrure de volet (1) est insérée ou intégrée dans un panneau de meuble selon l'une des revendications 1 à 14.
  16. Corps de meuble selon la revendication 15, dont au moins une paroi latérale (2) est formée par le panneau de meuble.
  17. Meuble avec un corps de meuble et un volet guidé, caractérisé en ce que le corps de meuble présente au moins un panneau de meuble selon l'une des revendications 1 à 14.
