Definitions
- the present invention relates to an arrangement for creating a small game field comprising two longitudinal and two end walls enclosing an approximately rectangular field space, wherein the walls are each constructed in a modular manner of band elements in the form of panels or panels and vertical posts to which these band elements attached are, wherein in the end walls in each case gates are integrated, wherein vertical posts are provided with two-sided recordings, in each of which the ends of the plate-like band elements are inserted and wherein these band elements are fastened to the posts by fastening means.
- An arrangement for the creation of a small game field, in particular for a football (soccer) -Kleinspielfeld for the outdoor area is for example in the EP 0 544 893 B1 described.
- a small game field is usually provided in a place where there is not enough space for a soccer field full size, usually a smaller number of players (less than 22 people) the exercise of the game, for example, for training purposes on a the rules appropriate playing field to provide, which can be erected with reasonable assembly costs and, where appropriate, degradable and transportable.
- the goal is usually to limit the playing field so that the ball does not leave the enclosed playing field space too often.
- the band elements which consist of a rigid transparent plastic such as polycarbonate attached to vertical posts and upper and lower horizontal struts, in which the panel-like band elements are inserted. Welded connections are made between the upper horizontal struts and the posts. To anchor the lower ends the post is proposed the use of sleeves, which are poured into foundations. These measures require increased assembly costs and complicate a later degradation of the arrangement or individual elements of the arrangement.
- An arrangement for the creation of a small game field according to the aforementioned type is from the DE 199 32 815 B4 known.
- connecting elements are used with a vertical connecting strut on which are on both sides of the playing field U-profiles, in which the panel-like band elements can be inserted.
- the band elements used are laminated rigid polyurethane foam sheets with sheet steel.
- On a strut in the foot-side region of the post elements is also a mandrel which engages in a recess of the band member. The band element is therefore used during assembly from above into the U-post.
- the U-profiles are integrally formed and the band member is pushed between the two legs (inner cheeks) of the U-profile and the attachment of the band members to the post elements is effected by screwing through the web of the U-profile into the front side of the band elements becomes.
- the U-profile inside must be slightly wider than the band element is thick.
- the band element must pull upwards. Since the band elements can have a weight of, for example, about 100 kg, this is not possible without a hoist and thus consuming.
- the object of the invention is to provide, starting from the aforementioned prior art, an arrangement for the creation of a small game field of the type mentioned in which a vibration-damping mounting of the band elements to the post and easier disassembly of the band elements is possible.
- the solution of the problem provides an inventive arrangement for the creation of a small game field of the aforementioned type with the characterizing features of the main claim.
- vertical posts for mutually aligned band elements have a double-T-cross-sectional shape with two parallel T-legs and a connecting web, wherein one of the T-leg is detachable from the post and a screw in the web into this is connectable, whereby the inserted into the receptacles between the parallel T-legs band elements between these T-legs are clamped detected.
- the band element can be easily removed, for example, in the event of damage.
- the solution according to the invention provides a modular system with easily assembled and disassembled segments.
- the plates of the band elements, nets, doors and all other damage-relevant components of the arrangement can be easily replaced if necessary.
- the band elements are slidably mounted (clamped) that temperature and vibration induced changes in length of the panels of the band elements are added.
- the corner posts are used correspondingly folded angle profiles. Due to installation, the panels in the post receptacles have the possibility of evasive movements in the lateral direction (ie in their longitudinal direction, but not transversely thereto) within predetermined clearances, whereby the length compensation is possible.
- the posts With a necessary disassembly of a damaged band member, the posts can remain in their (firmly anchored) position, a T-leg is unscrewed and the corresponding band element is simply pushed out of the receptacle.
- the connection between a band member and the respective post may be carried out independently of the attachment of the adjacent band member.
- the solution according to the invention thus creates a kind of sandwich post, between the legs of the band element is clamped by the screwing. You can optionally place additional insulation strips between the legs (cheeks) and then produce a vibration-damping screw. It ensures a secure fit of the band elements, but at the same time for temperature and vibration-related changes in length of the band members a sliding bearing is formed.
- each fastening elements in the posts or in a part thereof are screwed, but no screw is provided in the band element itself. This allows a quasi-positive detection of the band elements in a pure clamping connection, so that the said length changes remain possible during heating or vibrations.
- the band elements with the posts, corner posts and / or the goalpost are each connected such that after releasing the fasteners of the connection, the band elements are each removable in a purely lateral movement without lifting the posts, corner posts, goalposts.
- the band elements with the posts, corner posts and / or the goalpost are each connected such that after releasing the fasteners of the connection, the band elements are each removable in a purely lateral movement without lifting the posts, corner posts, goalposts.
- there is a positive connection between the post and band element is created by pins from below, which requires a lifting of the band member when loosening.
- a possible preferred constructive variant of the invention provides that the web of the double-T-post is a double web with two parallel spaced webs and a cavity between them, wherein a thread for the screw connection for fixing the one leg of the double-T-post is provided in the region of the double bridge. You can then, for example, provide a thread (blind thread) in this double bridge and screw it into this.
- a flat abutment for example, a flat iron
- the corner posts in at least one corner region of the small playing field is arranged opposite the other post higher corner posts, which has at least one additional diagonal bracing, which extends from the corner post to one of the band elements.
- additional stiffening in the field of playfields and the corner posts are designed to be easy to maintain and allow a later non-destructive replacement of the band elements.
- the raised corner post offers the possibility of attaching elements for fixing ball catch nets.
- Such elements for attaching the ball-catching nets may preferably be arranged on at least one of the corner posts and / or on at least one upper-side extension of one of the goal posts. Since the goal is scored in games such as football, the need for increased ball nets at the front of the field is most likely. On the long sides, these are not necessarily required.
- a further preferred development of the invention provides that at least one of the posts and / or corner posts has sound insulation profiles for the panels attached to the post. This measure leads to a significant improvement of sound insulation.
- the attachment of the band elements takes place at the corner posts on a similar principle as at the posts of the long sides or end faces of the playing field, where the Band elements are aligned.
- This can be solved for example so that at least one corner post inside and outside plates and / or supporting elements are mounted, which form two perpendicular to each other at a right angle receptacles each for the ends of the panels to be connected via corner band elements, either the outside plates or the inside support member by a screw in the corner post into it is connectable with it while the corner standing panels are detected by clamping.
- the corner posts consist of a load-bearing square tube (the actual post), on the outside of each fixedly arranged at right angles to each other plates for supporting the corner to be connected band elements are provided and on the inside a two times by about 135 ° angled support / Clamping angle is provided, which is releasably connectable to the post by fferverbitati.
- the band elements can also be clamped and sound-proofed in the corner area, with the possibility of sliding during thermal expansion.
- the band elements may be sandwich panels with an insulating elastic filling of a suitable plastic and outer planar covers of, for example, metallic material (sheet metal layer or the like).
- a preferred variant of the invention provides that the gates are constructed so that, for example, by simply loosening and lifting the rear gate sill a slight space maintenance is possible without it being necessary to solve the goal net.
- the door construction therefore preferably comprises a lower rear frame construction (two cantilevers and a transverse profile) with at least one detachable element which can be raised / dismounted without loosening the goal net.
- further support elements preferably flanges are attached to the goalpost on the outside, in order to achieve there also a support of the adjacent band elements.
- At least one entrance door for entering the small playing field is integrated into one of the side surfaces of one of the rear doors projecting towards the front wall of the small game field.
- a preferred constructive variant of the band elements which provides a stable and easy attachable to the post design, provides that the band elements each comprise panels which are bordered on the top and bottom side by horizontal U-profiles, the panels end against the U Profiles protrude a piece and this projecting section is in each case taken from a recording of one of the posts or corner posts.
- the band elements thus executed can have lengths of up to 5 m, for example, as a result of which a small playfield can be set up comparatively quickly.
- FIG. 1 shows in perspective an exemplary mini-game field according to the present invention.
- the small game field according to the invention comprises four walls which surround a rectangular playing field, namely two walls 10, 11 on the longitudinal sides and two walls 12, 13 on the end sides.
- the modular constructed walls comprise a system of band elements 16, soft, for example, four per band longitudinal side strip elements 16 and per end face (goal side) of two band elements 16, each with a length of several meters, each arranged at the end faces approximately centrally a gate 14 is as well as arranged on both sides of entrance doors 15, for example, in the gate area are available, through which the playing field is entered.
- These doors 15 may for example be integrated in the gates 14, such that the doors are located on one of the side surfaces of the gates 14 where a Door joint is installed so that you can open the door by a pivoting movement and enter through the side surface of the gate in the field.
- band elements 16 are shown in an enlarged view in the side view in FIG. 2 recognizable.
- These band elements 16 are preferably made of plastic plates 16 a with outer metallic cover (for example, so-called thermal sandwich panels), which are bordered at the top and bottom by horizontally extending towards the plate open U-profiles 16 b.
- the plates 16 a each end a piece against the U-profiles, in which they are inserted, before, so that the projecting end piece 16 c of a plate in the receptacle of one of the posts 17, 19 can be inserted, as below below with reference to FIG. 3 will be explained in more detail.
- This view shows an enlarged horizontal section through a connecting region between a corner post 19 and two band elements 16.
- the band elements 16 are on the long sides, for example, each of three double-T-clamping posts 17, which are used in quiver foundations both vibration damping and slidably clamped (see FIG. 1 ).
- a detailed view of such a double-T-clamping post 17 is shown in FIG FIG. 4 shown, with the two U-profiles 16 b of the two respectively right and left adjacent to the post band elements 16 are partially shown.
- the temperature and vibration-related changes in length of the band elements 16 are of z.
- band elements 16 can be anchored in the center of their longitudinal axis down to the ground, for example with a suitable ground anchor in a small concrete foundation vibration-reducing.
- the bottom anchoring of the subsurface reaching portion 17 a of the double-T post 17 is in FIG. 4 recognizable. This can be done, for example, in a conduit.
- These double-T clamping posts 17 may be arranged, for example, at the 1 ⁇ 4-points of the longitudinal band of the playing field.
- the cross section of such a double-T-post 17 results from the enlarged sectional view according to FIG. 5 , Accordingly, this comprises two parallel T-legs 17 b and 17 c each of flat iron with centrally welded web 18, said web 18 is formed from a U-profile, so that it forms a double web with two parallel webs, each perpendicular to the two legs 17 b, 17 c run and connect them together.
- the double web 18 is provided with a thread 18 a for attachment, so that for example after assembly (insertion) of the band members 16 and optionally inserting a sound / vibration damping clamping band (not shown) by means of screws 18 b, for example, Cylinder head (or Linsensenkkopf-Allen) screws the elements of the double-T-post 17, namely the leg 17 c and connected to the double web 18 leg 17 b can be statically non-positively screwed together.
- screws 18 b for example, Cylinder head (or Linsensenkkopf-Allen) screws the elements of the double-T-post 17, namely the leg 17 c and connected to the double web 18 leg 17 b can be statically non-positively screwed together.
- the above-mentioned web 18 projects on the upper side a piece on the flat iron (legs 17 b and c) addition and is both with a transverse bore parallel to the longitudinal axis of the field for mounting fixation of the band members 16, as well as with a transverse bore disposed therebelow perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the playing field for provided the screw connection of a joint cover U-profile after strip mounting.
- This joint-covering U-profile for the double-T-clamping post 17 is provided on both sides with rounded in a radius corners that cut the long edges of the flat bars straight at the bottom of curvature to exclude risk of injury in the connection areas.
- FIGS. 1 to 3 shows a view of the corner of the field in which you look from outside the field on the front page, so that on the right in the representation, a part of the gate 14 can be seen.
- system clamping posts 19 of, for example, 3 m height or more with additional diagonal bracing 20 and ball catch net receiving elements 21 are provided, as well as the longitudinal side clamping posts 17, a trouble-free installation and the subsequent non-destructive replacement ensure the band elements 16.
- each of an extension 19 a of the corner posts 19 upward from obliquely (approximately at an angle of 45 °) to the respective upper horizontal U-profiles 16 b, 16 surround the plates of the band members.
- the details of the construction of the corner posts 16 result from the representation of a horizontal section according to FIG. 3 ,
- the Eck-clamping posts consist for example of a load-bearing square tube 19 b, which offset at two offset by 90 ° sides to the outer edge with welded plates 19 c for external support of the band members 16 is provided (which also for stiffening and force introduction of the posts to the foundation contribute).
- the two plates 19 c are therefore at a right angle to each other.
- corner post 19 When looking at the cross-sectional shape of the in FIG. 3 shown corner post 19 with that of the other posts 17 according to FIG.
- the corner posts have a similar profile, with the difference that here the two recordings formed from the plates 19 c and the support / clamping angle 19 d for the two adjacent in the corner band elements 16 are not aligned, but accordingly are aligned at an angle of about 90 ° to each other.
- the longitudinal expansion of the two band members 16 can in turn be controlled by plastic bearings (as in the double-T-clamping post 17) are added.
- Eckpfostenrohr are for example approximately at the level of the lower edge of the cover U-profile of the band member 16 two preferably offset by 90 ° and a few mm offset from each other through holes for the introduction of the band height fixing mounting auxiliary pins, which are removed after completion of tape assembly and during tape assembly contribute to the horizontal alignment of the band elements.
- the gate 14 comprises two spaced gate posts 23, which are interconnected on the upper side by the slat 36.
- the goal posts 23 are for example about 2 m high and have at their upper ends in each case a screwed-on vertical extension 31, for example, about 1 m.
- the goalposts 23 consist for example of a load-bearing square steel tube, which at the torauswertigen side slightly offset to the outer edge with welded flanges 30 (see also FIG. 9 ) is provided to the outer support of the respectively adjacent to be mounted band members 16 (not shown here) of the front side of the small playing field.
- the longitudinal expansion of the two band elements 16 is again by plastic bearings (for example made of polystyrene) (as in the double-T-clamping post 17) recorded controlled.
- the goal posts 23 can be mitred in one embodiment as a system door with side doors and Tornetzrahmensystem at the level of the slat 36, which also consists for example of a square tube, as well as the door slat 36 and welded to the door slat.
- an angular fitting 35 which as in FIG. 7 sees, for example, is arranged on the upper side in the corner areas on the door batten 36, on the one hand, the two frame corners can be stiffened constructively and on the other hand can be mounted on this fitting piece 35, the vertical extension 31 of the goal posts 23 upwards, which also for example from square Pipe exist and can serve for attaching a ball catching net. This is located on the fitting piece 35 as in FIG.
- a sleeve-shaped receiving tube 33 can optionally be arranged in this corner region (posts / laths) optionally via a spacer, into which the horizontally extending arcuate door space shaping tube 34 can be inserted and locked, for example, with a screw connection.
- the angular fitting 35 can be screwed with screws through the upper leg in the bar 36 and with other screws through the vertical leg in the Torpfosten- / slat tube construction, so that on the one hand a secure fit of this fitting 35 and on the other a constructive reinforcement the goal frame corner is effected.
- a frame structure is attached at the bottom of the back of the two goal posts, each comprising a horizontal cantilever arm 37 extending from the back of the goal post 23 extends at right angles to the rear and further comprises a profile 38 which extends horizontally in the plane of the rear gate space boundary across the gate width and the two cantilevers 37 connects to each other.
- the door frame consists for example of tubes which are parallel U-shaped bent within the goal area molding tubes 34 and welded non-positively to the respective horizontal upper ends with a vertically extending sleeve / pliers construction.
- This sleeve / pliers construction is at the top the sleeve-shaped receptacle for an upper removable pivot axis journal of the door axis (not shown), and below a receiving pliers for the (for threading the ball catchment network of the door) removable door post tube.
- the rear cross-connection between the two cantilevers 37 forming profile 38 is, for example, a U-profile, which is open at the bottom for a clamping screw locking, and can be reinforced by welded flat iron angle in addition to the rocker cantilevers rigid, and forms the Recording for the ball-catching supporting / tensioning tube 39, which is arranged on the top of the profile 38 and parallel to this and which may be wrapped, for example, under special stress with a plastic tube, which minimizes the friction to the ball net and thus the risk of damage to this here highly loaded and tensioned ball net reduced.
- the ball catch net support / tensioning tube 39 can be mounted, for example, on saddle spacers frictionally to the U-transverse profile 38 at some distance from each other with clamping screws and nuts.
- the U-shaped door tubular frame receives at several points in each case a locking stop to the goal space forming tube 34 and between them one with, for example, a carriage bolt As an eccentrically held axis shutter (not shown), so that the door 15 can be opened or closed by 180 ° rotation to a provided below the door tube stop.
- the rear gate nets are on ropes, (one side provided with thimble, the other side provided with a rope tensioner with eyelet,) by threading through the upper net stitches on the corner posts 19 and the goal posts 23.
- the corner / goal posts are provided for this purpose, for example, with welded ring or chain link-shaped eyelets at the upper end of the respective posts to which the ball catch net rope are mounted by means of closable chain links and the rope thimble or the cable tensioner to the opposing posts ,
- the ball catch nets are mounted by means of pipes on distance-creating spacers and by means of screws frictionally after the ball catch net tensioning tubes were threaded into the eyes of the ball catching net.
- the vertical sides and the surface of the batten 36 obtained also ball catch net tension tubes, which are attached in the required lengths and mounting distances frictionally example, screwed on saddle spacers.
- the upper, horizontally parallel to the vertical surface of the door slat running, attachment of the goal net is also by means of a ball catch tensioning tube 40, which with saddle spacers on the vertical surface of the slat 36 non-positively, for example with screws (flat head playing field side on the bar) at the appropriate intervals is mounted to each other.
- These tensioning screws allow a longer tensioning path for tensioning the gate ball net if its span length is a few cm longer than the final distance between the inner edge of the batten and the outer edge of the ball catch tensioning tube.
- the protruding screw length and lock nut can be concealed by a small protective tube with washer and cap nut. With this construction, it is possible, in particular, to adequately tension the gate ball net in order to minimize permanent load damage.
- Open pipe ends can optionally be closed with plastic lamella plugs (lids).
