Definitions

  • the present invention relates to an arrangement for creating a small game field comprising two longitudinal and two end walls enclosing an approximately rectangular field space, wherein the walls are each constructed in a modular manner of band elements in the form of panels or panels and vertical posts to which these band elements attached are, wherein in the end walls in each case gates are integrated, wherein vertical posts are provided with two-sided recordings, in each of which the ends of the plate-like band elements are inserted and wherein these band elements are fastened to the posts by fastening means.
  • An arrangement for the creation of a small game field, in particular for a football (soccer) -Kleinspielfeld for the outdoor area is for example in the EP 0 544 893 B1 described.
  • a small game field is usually provided in a place where there is not enough space for a soccer field full size, usually a smaller number of players (less than 22 people) the exercise of the game, for example, for training purposes on a the rules appropriate playing field to provide, which can be erected with reasonable assembly costs and, where appropriate, degradable and transportable.
  • the goal is usually to limit the playing field so that the ball does not leave the enclosed playing field space too often.
  • the band elements which consist of a rigid transparent plastic such as polycarbonate attached to vertical posts and upper and lower horizontal struts, in which the panel-like band elements are inserted. Welded connections are made between the upper horizontal struts and the posts. To anchor the lower ends the post is proposed the use of sleeves, which are poured into foundations. These measures require increased assembly costs and complicate a later degradation of the arrangement or individual elements of the arrangement.
  • An arrangement for the creation of a small game field according to the aforementioned type is from the DE 199 32 815 B4 known.
  • connecting elements are used with a vertical connecting strut on which are on both sides of the playing field U-profiles, in which the panel-like band elements can be inserted.
  • the band elements used are laminated rigid polyurethane foam sheets with sheet steel.
  • On a strut in the foot-side region of the post elements is also a mandrel which engages in a recess of the band member. The band element is therefore used during assembly from above into the U-post.
  • the U-profiles are integrally formed and the band member is pushed between the two legs (inner cheeks) of the U-profile and the attachment of the band members to the post elements is effected by screwing through the web of the U-profile into the front side of the band elements becomes.
  • the U-profile inside must be slightly wider than the band element is thick.
  • the band element must pull upwards. Since the band elements can have a weight of, for example, about 100 kg, this is not possible without a hoist and thus consuming.
  • the object of the invention is to provide, starting from the aforementioned prior art, an arrangement for the creation of a small game field of the type mentioned in which a vibration-damping mounting of the band elements to the post and easier disassembly of the band elements is possible.
  • the solution of the problem provides an inventive arrangement for the creation of a small game field of the aforementioned type with the characterizing features of the main claim.
  • vertical posts for mutually aligned band elements have a double-T-cross-sectional shape with two parallel T-legs and a connecting web, wherein one of the T-leg is detachable from the post and a screw in the web into this is connectable, whereby the inserted into the receptacles between the parallel T-legs band elements between these T-legs are clamped detected.
  • the band element can be easily removed, for example, in the event of damage.
  • the solution according to the invention provides a modular system with easily assembled and disassembled segments.
  • the plates of the band elements, nets, doors and all other damage-relevant components of the arrangement can be easily replaced if necessary.
  • the band elements are slidably mounted (clamped) that temperature and vibration induced changes in length of the panels of the band elements are added.
  • the corner posts are used correspondingly folded angle profiles. Due to installation, the panels in the post receptacles have the possibility of evasive movements in the lateral direction (ie in their longitudinal direction, but not transversely thereto) within predetermined clearances, whereby the length compensation is possible.
  • the posts With a necessary disassembly of a damaged band member, the posts can remain in their (firmly anchored) position, a T-leg is unscrewed and the corresponding band element is simply pushed out of the receptacle.
  • the connection between a band member and the respective post may be carried out independently of the attachment of the adjacent band member.
  • the solution according to the invention thus creates a kind of sandwich post, between the legs of the band element is clamped by the screwing. You can optionally place additional insulation strips between the legs (cheeks) and then produce a vibration-damping screw. It ensures a secure fit of the band elements, but at the same time for temperature and vibration-related changes in length of the band members a sliding bearing is formed.
  • each fastening elements in the posts or in a part thereof are screwed, but no screw is provided in the band element itself. This allows a quasi-positive detection of the band elements in a pure clamping connection, so that the said length changes remain possible during heating or vibrations.
  • the band elements with the posts, corner posts and / or the goalpost are each connected such that after releasing the fasteners of the connection, the band elements are each removable in a purely lateral movement without lifting the posts, corner posts, goalposts.
  • the band elements with the posts, corner posts and / or the goalpost are each connected such that after releasing the fasteners of the connection, the band elements are each removable in a purely lateral movement without lifting the posts, corner posts, goalposts.
  • there is a positive connection between the post and band element is created by pins from below, which requires a lifting of the band member when loosening.
  • a possible preferred constructive variant of the invention provides that the web of the double-T-post is a double web with two parallel spaced webs and a cavity between them, wherein a thread for the screw connection for fixing the one leg of the double-T-post is provided in the region of the double bridge. You can then, for example, provide a thread (blind thread) in this double bridge and screw it into this.
  • a flat abutment for example, a flat iron
  • the corner posts in at least one corner region of the small playing field is arranged opposite the other post higher corner posts, which has at least one additional diagonal bracing, which extends from the corner post to one of the band elements.
  • additional stiffening in the field of playfields and the corner posts are designed to be easy to maintain and allow a later non-destructive replacement of the band elements.
  • the raised corner post offers the possibility of attaching elements for fixing ball catch nets.
  • Such elements for attaching the ball-catching nets may preferably be arranged on at least one of the corner posts and / or on at least one upper-side extension of one of the goal posts. Since the goal is scored in games such as football, the need for increased ball nets at the front of the field is most likely. On the long sides, these are not necessarily required.
  • a further preferred development of the invention provides that at least one of the posts and / or corner posts has sound insulation profiles for the panels attached to the post. This measure leads to a significant improvement of sound insulation.
  • the attachment of the band elements takes place at the corner posts on a similar principle as at the posts of the long sides or end faces of the playing field, where the Band elements are aligned.
  • This can be solved for example so that at least one corner post inside and outside plates and / or supporting elements are mounted, which form two perpendicular to each other at a right angle receptacles each for the ends of the panels to be connected via corner band elements, either the outside plates or the inside support member by a screw in the corner post into it is connectable with it while the corner standing panels are detected by clamping.
  • the corner posts consist of a load-bearing square tube (the actual post), on the outside of each fixedly arranged at right angles to each other plates for supporting the corner to be connected band elements are provided and on the inside a two times by about 135 ° angled support / Clamping angle is provided, which is releasably connectable to the post by fferverbitati.
  • the band elements can also be clamped and sound-proofed in the corner area, with the possibility of sliding during thermal expansion.
  • the band elements may be sandwich panels with an insulating elastic filling of a suitable plastic and outer planar covers of, for example, metallic material (sheet metal layer or the like).
  • a preferred variant of the invention provides that the gates are constructed so that, for example, by simply loosening and lifting the rear gate sill a slight space maintenance is possible without it being necessary to solve the goal net.
  • the door construction therefore preferably comprises a lower rear frame construction (two cantilevers and a transverse profile) with at least one detachable element which can be raised / dismounted without loosening the goal net.
  • further support elements preferably flanges are attached to the goalpost on the outside, in order to achieve there also a support of the adjacent band elements.
  • At least one entrance door for entering the small playing field is integrated into one of the side surfaces of one of the rear doors projecting towards the front wall of the small game field.
  • a preferred constructive variant of the band elements which provides a stable and easy attachable to the post design, provides that the band elements each comprise panels which are bordered on the top and bottom side by horizontal U-profiles, the panels end against the U Profiles protrude a piece and this projecting section is in each case taken from a recording of one of the posts or corner posts.
  • the band elements thus executed can have lengths of up to 5 m, for example, as a result of which a small playfield can be set up comparatively quickly.
