Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Verpackungsbehälter für Gebäckteile, bestehend aus einem Unterteil (2) mit einer bodenseitigen Auflagefläche (3), an die sich zwei Seitenwände (4, 5) und eine Rückwand (6) anschließen, und einem an der Rückwand (6) des Unterteiles (2) schwenkbar angeordneten haubenförmigen Oberteil (7), welches gegenüber dem Unterteil (2) von einer geschlossenen Position in eine aufgeklappte Position und umgekehrt schwenkbar ist, und eine dachseitige Wand (9), eine Vorderwand (10) sowie zwei sich an die dachseitige Wand (9) seitlich anschließende Seitenwände (11, 12) aufweist, und wobei an Begrenzungsrändern von Unterteil (2) und Oberteil (7) Verschlussmittel (19, 20) angeordnet sind, um das Oberteil (7) und das Unterteil (2) durch Form- und/oder Kraftschluss in der geschlossenen Position zu halten. Um zu erreichen, dass in der aufgeklappten Position des Oberteiles (7) das Befüllen selbst mit weichen und empfindlichen Gebäckteilen, wie Cremeschnitten, problemlos möglich ist, schlägt die Erfindung vor, die beiden Seitenwände (4, 5) des Unterteiles (2) derart auszubilden, dass sie jeweils einen sich von der Rückwand (6) nach vorne bis auf die Auflagefläche (3) des Unterteiles hin verjüngenden Verlauf aufweisen. Außerdem ist die dachseitige Wand (9) des Oberteiles (7) derart gewählt, dass sie in der aufgeklappten Position des Oberteiles (7) mindestens in einem Teilbereich als rückwärtige Abstützfläche (21) für das Unterteil (2) dient und ihre Vorderwand (10) vorzugsweise eine die Auflagefläche (3) des Unterteiles (2) verlängernde bodenseitige Abstützfläche bildet.

Description

    Technisches Gebiet
  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen Verpackungsbehälter für Gebäckteile, insbesondere Kuchen, bestehend aus einem Unterteil mit einer bodenseitigen Auflagefläche, an die sich zwei Seitenwände und eine Rückwand anschließen, wobei die beiden Seitenwände jeweils einen sich von der Rückwand zur Vorderseite nach vorne hin verjüngenden Verlauf aufweisen, und einem an der Rückwand des Unterteiles schwenkbar angeordneten haubenförmigen Oberteil, welches gegenüber dem Unterteil von einer geschlossenen Position in eine aufgeklappte Position und umgekehrt schwenkbar ist, und eine dachseitige Wand, eine Vorderwand sowie zwei sich an die dachseitige Wand seitlich anschließende Seitenwände aufweist, die sich in der geschlossenen Position des Oberteiles mit ihren den Begrenzungsrändern der Seitenwänden des Unterteiles zugewandten Begrenzungsrändern an diesen abstützen und wobei an den Begrenzungsrändern von Unterteil und Oberteil Mittel angeordnet sind, um das Oberteil und das Unterteil durch Form- und/oder Kraftschluss in der geschlossenen Position zu halten.
  • Derartige Verpackungsbehälter sind bekannt. Sie werden in der Regel aus Kunststoff gefertigt, wobei bevorzugt ein transparenter Kunststoff zur Anwendung kommt, um die Ware schon in ihrer Verpackung erkennen und begutachten zu können. Bei den zu verpackenden Gebäckteilen handelt es sich häufig um relativ empfindliche Teile, welche weder einen harten Zugriff noch sonstigen Druck oder Stöße vertragen. Das gilt insbesondere dann, wenn es sich bei den Gebäckteilen beispielsweise um Cremeschnitten handelt, welche weich und ohne stabile Kontur sind, so dass es Mühe macht, sie unbeschadet in einen Verpackungsbehälter umzusetzen. Solche Gebäckteile sind daher in der Regel auch nicht automatisch, sondern lediglich manuell in entsprechende Verpackungen einsetzbar. Je weicher und fragiler dabei ein Gebäckstück ist, je störanfälliger erweist sich das Befüllen des Verpackungsbehälters. Dabei kann der Verpackungsbehälter beispielsweise durch unzureichende Bodenfreiheit beim Absetzen des Produktes oder durch eine unzureichende Standfestigkeit, welche nur schwer mit einer Hand zu kompensieren ist, Anlass zu Störungen bei dem Befüllen mit den Gebäckteilen geben.
    • Darstellung der Erfindung
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Verpackungsbehälter der eingangs erwähnten Art anzugeben, bei dem in der aufgeklappten Position das Befüllen selbst mit weichen und empfindlichen Gebäckteilen, wie Cremeschnitten, problemlos möglich ist.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß durch die Merkmale des Anspruchs 1 gelöst. Weitere, besonders vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung offenbaren die Unteransprüche.
  • Die Erfindung beruht im wesentlichen auf dem Gedanken, die beiden Seitenwände des Unterteiles derart auszubilden, dass sie jeweils einen sich von der Rückwand zur Vorderseite nach vorne bis auf die Auflagefläche des Unterteiles hin verjüngenden Verlauf aufweisen, wobei sich an die Auflagefläche vorderseitig ein vorderer Begrenzungsrand anschließt. Außerdem ist die dachseitige Wand des Oberteiles derart gewählt, dass sie in der aufgeklappten Position des Oberteiles mindestens in einem Teilbereich eine rückwärtige Abstützfläche für das Unterteil und ihre Vorderwand, vorzugsweise mindestens teilweise eine die Auflagefläche des Unterteiles verlängernde bodenseitige Abstützfläche bildet.
  • Durch den sich bis zur Auflagefläche hin verjüngenden Verlauf der Seitenwände des Unterteiles wird erreicht, dass der Verpackungsbehälter in der aufgeklappten Position im Wesentlichen barrierefrei von vorne mit einem Gebäckteil (oder auch mehreren) befüllt werden kann. Durch die rückseitige Abstützung des Unterteiles mittels des Oberteiles ist es möglich, Ober- und Unterteil mit nur einer Hand in eine feste Zwangslage zu bringen und darin zu halten. Dabei gibt das Oberteil nicht nur die Öffnung des Verpackungsbehälters frei, sondern bildet eine äußerst wirksame rückwärtige Abstützfläche, so dass der offene Verpackungsbehälter optimal und sicher am dafür vorgesehenen Platz mit einer Hand gehalten werden kann, während er mit der anderen Hand befüllt wird.
  • Bei einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist der Verpackungsbehälter quaderförmig ausgebildet und die Breite der dachseitigen Wand des Oberteiles vorzugsweise derart gewählt, dass sie etwa der Höhe der Rückwand des Unterteiles entspricht. Dadurch ergeben sich in der aufgeklappten Position des Oberteiles größtmögliche Kontaktflächen zwischen der Rückwand des Unterteiles und der dachseitigen Wand des Oberteiles sowie gegebenenfalls auch eine größtmögliche Abstützfläche der Vorderwand des Oberteiles an dem Boden, sofern der Verpackungsbehälter bei seiner bestimmungsgemäßen Verwendung auf diesem aufliegt bzw. gegen diesen gedrückt wird.
  • Vorzugsweise kann die Auflagefläche des Unterteiles Längsrippen umfassen, die von seinem vorderen Begrenzungsrand zur Rückwand des Unterteiles verlaufen, und deren Höhe beispielsweise derart gewählt ist, dass sie etwa bis zur Höhe des vorderen Begrenzungsrandes reichen.
  • Als vorteilhaft hat es sich ferner erwiesen, wenn die Längsrippen so weit voneinander beabstandet sind, dass ein Gebäckstück mit Hilfe eines Gebäckhebers (beispielsweise eines Messers oder eines Schiebers etc.) in das Unterteil abgesetzt oder diesem entnommen werden kann, wobei der Gebäckheber derart ausgebildet sein kann, daß er in den Zwischenraum zwischen zwei Längsrippen einführbar ist.
  • Um eine schnelle und sichere Verbindung von Ober- und Unterteil herzustellen, hat es sich als besonders vorteilhaft erwiesen, wenn die Begrenzungsränder von Ober- und Unterteil in der geschlossenen Position flach aufeinanderliegen und lediglich an den vorderen Begrenzungsrändern von Ober- und Unterteil Verschlussmittel vorgesehen sind. Als Verschlussmittel können Mittel dienen, die an dem vorderen Begrenzungsrand des Unterteiles nach oben vorspringende Verschluss- oder Haltenoppen umfassen, welche jeweils eine nach außen gerichtete Einbuchtung aufweisen, in die in der geschlossenen Position des Oberteiles ein nach innen gerichteter Vorsprung des Begrenzungsrandes des Oberteiles eingreift.
  • Bei einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung sind an den vorderen Begrenzungsrändern von Ober- und Unterteil insgesamt zwei Verschlussmittel vorgesehen, die jeweils an einem der beiden seitlichen Endbereiche der Begrenzungsränder angeordnet sind.

  • In den Fig.1-3 ist mit 1 ein erfindungsgemäßer quaderförmiger Verpackungsbehälter beispielsweise für Cremeschnitten bezeichnet. Der Verpackungsbehälter 1 umfasst ein aus einem durchsichtigen Kunststoff bestehendes Unterteil 2 mit einer bodenseitigen Auflagefläche 3, an die sich zwei Seitenwände 4, 5 und eine Rückwand 6 anschließen, wobei die beiden Seitenwände 4, 5 jeweils einen sich von der Rückwand 6 bis zu dem vorderseitigen Bereich der Auflagefläche 3 hin verjüngenden Verlauf aufweisen.
  • Mit der Rückwand 6 des Unterteiles 2 ist ein ebenfalls aus einem durchsichtigen Kunststoff bestehendes haubenförmiges Oberteil 7 über ein Scharnier 8 schwenkbar verbunden, welches gegenüber dem Unterteil 2 von einer geschlossenen Position (Fig.1 und 2) in eine aufgeklappte Position (Fig.3) und umgekehrt schwenkbar ist.
  • Das haubenförmige Oberteil 7 umfasst eine dachseitige Wand 9, eine Vorderwand 10 sowie zwei sich an die dachseitige Wand 9 seitlich anschließende Seitenwände 11, 12. In der geschlossenen Position des Oberteiles 7 stützen sich die den Begrenzungsrändern 13, 14 der Seitenwände 4, 5 des Unterteiles 2 zugewandten Begrenzungsränder 15, 16 des Oberteiles 7 an diesen ab und liegen dabei flach aufeinander. An den vorderseitigen Begrenzungsrändern 17, 18 von Unterteil 2 und Oberteil 7, die ebenfalls flach aufeinanderliegen, sind seitlich zwei Verschlussmittel 19, 20 angeordnet, um das Oberteil 7 und das Unterteil 2 durch Form- und/oder Kraftschluss in der geschlossenen Position zu halten.
  • Wie den Fig.1-3 entnommen werden kann, ist die Breite B der dachseitigen Wand 9 des Oberteiles 7 derart gewählt, dass sie etwa gleich der Höhe H der Rückwand 6 des Unterteiles 2 ist. Dadurch ergibt sich in der aufgeklappten Position des Oberteiles 7 (Fig.3) eine relativ große Kontaktfläche 21 zwischen der Rückwand 6 des Unterteiles 2 und der dachseitigen Wand 9 des Oberteiles 7 (eine vollständige Anlage der Rückwand 6 des Unterteiles 2 an die dachseitige Wand 9 verhindert hier die Anordnung des Scharnieres 8). Außerdem bildet die Vorderwand 10 des Oberteiles 7 in diesem Fall eine in der Ebene des Bodens 22 (Fig.1), auf dem sich der Verpackungsbehälter 1 befindet, verlaufende und die Auflagefläche 3 des Unterteiles 2 verlängernde bodenseitige Abstützfläche.
  • Wie in den Fig.2 und 3 durch gestrichelte Linien angedeutet ist, umfasst die Auflagefläche 3 des Unterteiles 2 Längsrippen 23, die von dem Begrenzungsrand 17 zur Rückwand 6 verlaufen, wobei die Höhe der Längsrippen 23 derart gewählt sind, dass sie etwa bis zur Höhe des vorderen Begrenzungsrandes 17 reichen.
  • Die Verschlussmittel 19, 20 zur Verbindung von Oberteil 7 und Unterteil 2 (vgl. auch Fig.4) umfassen jeweils an dem vorderen Begrenzungsrand 17 des Unterteiles 2 seitlich nach oben vorspringende Verschluss- oder Haltenoppen 24, welche jeweils eine nach außen gerichtete Einbuchtung 25 aufweisen in die ein entsprechender, nach innen gerichteter Vorsprung 26 des vorderen Begrenzungsrandes 18 des Oberteiles 7 eingreift.
  • Soll nun der beispielsweise durch Tiefziehen hergestellte Verpackungsbehälter 1 mit einer Cremeschnitte (nicht dargestellt) gefüllt werden, so wird der geschlossene Verpackungsbehälter 1 (Fig.1 und 2) zunächst geöffnet, indem beispielsweise mit der linken Hand das Unterteil 2 umgriffen und mit der rechten Hand das Oberteil 7 in seine aufgeklappte Position geschwenkt wird (Fig.3). Anschließend wird mit der linken Hand der gesamte Verpackungsbehälter 1 gehalten, wobei mit dem Daumen gegen die Rückwand 6 des Unterteiles 2 und mit dem Zeigefinger gegen die dachseitige Wand 9 des Oberteiles 7 gedrückt wird. Mit der rechten Hand wird dann die Cremeschnitte beispielsweise mittels eines relativ flachen Tortenhebers auf die Längsrippen 23 der Auflagefläche 3 des Unterteiles 2 gelegt.
  • Abschließend kann dann der Verpackungsbehälter 1 verschlossen werden, indem das Oberteil 7 in seine geschlossene Position einfach verschwenkt wird. Diesem Bewegungsvorgang steht kein Widerstand entgegen, da das Oberteil 7 dem Unterteil 2 lediglich berührungslos angenähert wird. Erst kurz vor dem Aufliegen des Oberteils 7 auf dem Unterteil 2 kommt es zur Berührung der Verschlussmittel 19,20. Dann braucht die das Oberteil 7 führende Hand des Verpackers lediglich einen geringfügigen Druck in Richtung auf die Auflagefläche 3 des Unterteils 2 auszuüben, um ohne nennenswerte Verformung von Ober- oder Unterteil 7,2 die Verschlussmittel 19, 20 in Eingriff miteinander zu bringen und damit den Verpackungsbehälter in eine ordnungsgemäße Schließposition, welche später noch durch Anbringen einer selbstklebenden Banderole dauerhaft (für Transportzwecke) gesichert werden kann.
  • Anzumerken bleibt auch noch, dass das Verschließen so einfach und problemlos vonstatten geht, dass es praktisch beim Weiterreichen des Verpackungsbehälters mit ein und derselben Hand erfolgen kann und ein separater, zusätzlicher Arbeitsgang für das Verschließen praktisch entfällt.
  • Die Erfindung ist selbstverständlich nicht auf das vorstehend beschriebene Ausführungsbeispiel beschränkt. So kann beispielsweise statt zwei auch nur ein Verschlussmittel vorgesehen sein, welches sich dann vorzugsweise im mittleren Bereich der vorderen Begrenzungsränder befindet.

Claims (11)

  1. Verpackungsbehälter für Gebäckteile, insbesondere Kuchen, bestehend aus einem Unterteil (2) mit einer bodenseitigen Auflagefläche (3), an die sich zwei Seitenwände (4, 5) und eine Rückwand (6) anschließen, wobei die beiden Seitenwände (4, 5) jeweils einen sich von der Rückwand (6) nach vorne hin verjüngenden Verlauf aufweisen, und einem an der Rückwand (6) des Unterteiles (2) schwenkbar angeordneten haubenförmigen Oberteil (7), welches gegenüber dem Unterteil (2) von einer geschlossenen Position in eine aufgeklappte Position und umgekehrt schwenkbar ist, und eine dachseitige Wand (9), eine Vorderwand (10) sowie zwei sich an die dachseitige Wand (9) seitlich anschließende Seitenwände (11, 12) aufweist, die sich in der geschlossenen Position des Oberteiles (7) mit ihren den Begrenzungsrändern (13, 14) der Seitenwänden (4, 5) des Unterteiles (2) zugewandten Begrenzungsrändern (15, 16) an diesen abstützen und wobei an Begrenzungsrändern von Unterteil (2) und Oberteil (7) Verschlussmittel (19, 20) angeordnet sind, um das Oberteil (7) und das Unterteil (2) durch Form- und/oder Kraftschluss in der geschlossenen Position zu halten, mit den Merkmalen:
    a) die beiden Seitenwände (4, 5) des Unterteiles (2) weisen jeweils einen sich von der Rückwand (6) nach vorne bis auf die Auflagefläche (3) des Unterteiles (2) hin verjüngenden Verlauf auf, wobei sich an die Auflagefläche (3) vorderseitig ein vorderer Begrenzungsrand (17) anschließt, und
    b) die dachseitige Wand (9) des Oberteiles (7) ist derart ausgebildet, dass sie in der aufgeklappten Position mindestens in einem Teilbereich eine rückwärtige Abstützfläche (21) für das Unterteil (2) bildet und ihre Vorderwand (10) mindestens teilweise eine die Auflagefläche (3) des Unterteiles (2) verlängernde bodenseitige Abstützfläche bildet.
  2. Verpackungsbehälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Breite (B) der dachseitigen Wand (9) des Oberteiles (7) etwa der Höhe (H) der Rückwand (6) des Unterteiles (2) entspricht.
  3. Verpackungsbehälter nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auflagefläche (3) des Unterteiles (2) etwa von dem vorderen Begrenzungsrand (17) zur Rückwand (6) verlaufende Längsrippen (23) umfasst.
  4. Verpackungsbehälter nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Höhe der Längsrippen (23) derart gewählt ist, dass sie etwa bis zur Höhe des vorderen Begrenzungsrandes (17) reichen.
  5. Verpackungsbehälter nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Längsrippen (23) so weit voneinander beabstandet sind, dass ein Gebäckstück mit Hilfe eines Gebäckhebers in das Unterteil (2) abgesetzt oder diesem entnommen werden kann, wobei der Gebäckheber in den Zwischenraum zwischen zwei Längsrippen (23) einführbar ist.
  6. Verpackungsbehälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Begrenzungsränder (13-18) von Ober- und Unterteil (7, 2) in der geschlossenen Position des Oberteiles (7) flach aufeinanderliegen.
  7. Verpackungsbehälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an dem vorderen Begrenzungsrand (17) des Unterteiles (2) mindestens ein etwas vorstehender Verschluss- oder Haltenoppen (24) vorgesehen ist, welcher eine Einbuchtung (25) aufweist, in die ein kleiner, an dem vorderen Begrenzungsrand (18) des Oberteiles (7) angeordneter Vorsprung (26) eingreift.
  8. Verpackungsbehälter nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an den vorderen Begrenzungsrändern (17, 18) von Ober- und Unterteil (7, 2) insgesamt zwei Verschlussmittel (19, 20) vorgesehen sind, die jeweils an den seitlichen Endbereichen der Begrenzungsränder (17, 18) angeordnet sind.
  9. Verpackungsbehälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sowohl das Oberteil (7) als auch das Unterteil (2) aus einem transparenten Kunststoff bestehen.
  10. Verpackungsbehälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verpackungsbehälter (1) quaderförmig ausgebildet ist.
  11. Verpackungsbehälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er aus einem transparenten Kunststoff besteht.
