Definitions

  • the invention relates to a submarine.
  • larger submarines e.g. military used submarines
  • emergency exit hatches over which the crew can leave the submarine in a Unterwasserhavarie.
  • These emergency exit hatches are preferably arranged in an area of the submarine in which the outer skin of the submarine is formed by an upper deck.
  • panels are arranged on the outside of the cover which closes the emergency exit door in a pressure-tight manner, forming part of the outer skin. The panels are firmly attached to the hull and / or to the lid and must be removed from the outside of the submarine before opening the lid using specially designed tools.
  • DSRV Deep Submergence Rescue Vehicle
  • the water in the docking apron Before evacuating the crew of a damaged submarine, the water in the docking apron must first be pumped out. Subsequently, a crew member of the rescue submarine can enter the docking apron and disassemble and remove the outside of the cover of the emergency exit hatch arranged trim. The dismantling and removal of the panel is difficult and time-consuming because of the comparatively cramped conditions in the docking apron and delays considerably the rescue of the persons located in the damaged submarine.
  • a submarine which has within the pressure hull, ie the pressure-tight outer shell of the submarine a lockable with a hinged lid lock pressure body for exposing and catching divers.
  • a lockable with a hinged lid lock pressure body for exposing and catching divers.
  • an opening is formed on the pressure body of the submarine, which is covered by a wegbewegbaren pressure body section.
  • This pressure-body section can be pivoted into a region adjoining the outer edge of the pressure-body opening, wherein it bears flat against the outside of the pressure-body. Due to this pivoting of the
  • the invention has the object to provide a submarine of the aforementioned type, from which the crew can be rescued easier and faster by means of a rescue submarine as described above in the event of an underwater disaster.
  • the submarine according to the invention has a pressure body on which at least one emergency exit hatch is formed.
  • This emergency exit hatch is pressure-tightly closed by a cover hinged to the pressure body.
  • a cover hinged to the pressure body On the outside of the cover, a two-part panel is arranged, which forms part of an outer skin of the submarine. According to the invention, the cover and the panel are coupled to each other in a movement.
  • the basic idea of the invention is to connect the covering cooperatively with the cover in such a way that the covering together with the cover can be moved into a position in which the opening cross section of the emergency exit hatch is essentially completely released. Accordingly, in the submarine according to the invention, when the crew is to be evacuated into a rescue submarine, it is no longer necessary to disassemble and remove the fairing from a person located in the docking apron of the rescue submarine.
  • the lid closing the emergency exit hatch either from inside the pressure hull or from the inside of the docking apron and then pivoting the lid into the docking apron, at the same time moving the shroud into the docking apron to obstruct the exit route through the docking apron in the rescue submarine.
  • the time required for the preparation of the evacuation is significantly reduced.
  • the cladding is formed in two parts, wherein the two trim parts are pivotable. In this case, it is particularly provided to divide the cladding parallel to the pivot axis of the cover in two in a direction of the longitudinal extent of the pressure hull of the submarine successively arranged trim parts. In this way, the trim parts by a suitable motion coupling be pivoted together with the lid together with this in a particularly space-saving position within the docking apron.
  • the cladding has a first cladding part, which is fixedly connected to the lid.
  • the first trim part is thus coupled directly to the lid and pivotable about the pivot axis of the lid.
  • this trim part is dimensioned so that it does not or only slightly extends beyond the outer contour of the lid, so that the first trim part together with the lid after pivoting into a docking apron of a rescue submarine there occupies substantially the same space as a single lid
  • the first trim part is preferably that which is furthest apart from the pivot axis of the cover of the two trim parts.
  • the cladding on a second trim part which is pivotable about a spaced from the pivot axis of the lid pivot axis.
  • the second trim part is therefore not directly connected to the lid. Instead, it is hinged elsewhere on the submarine and motion coupled to the lid via suitable gear means.
  • the second trim panel is expediently immediately adjacent to the pivot axis of the lid, preferably arranged overlapping.
  • the pivot axis of the second panel part can in this case be arranged in the pivoting direction of the cover behind the pivot axis of the lid, wherein the pivot axis of the second panel part in the direction of the longitudinal extent of the pressure hull of the submarine and / or in a direction normal to this longitudinal extent of the pivot axis of the lid is spaced ,
  • the pivot axis of the lid and the pivot axis of the second trim panel are aligned parallel to each other.
  • a further advantageous embodiment of the submarine according to the invention provides that the second trim part is hinged to the outer skin.
  • the articulation of the second trim part is expediently provided on the underside of the outer skin.
  • this trim panel is not directly hinged to a provided on the outer skin bearing, but at least one arranged between the bearing and the second trim part connecting part to the bearing pivotally connected, wherein the connecting part is formed in that it engages around the outer skin of the submarine in the pivoted-on state of the second covering part, whereby the second covering part in the pivoted-on state is arranged above the outer skin.
  • the space requirement of the two trim parts in the docking apron can be reduced by such a movement coupling with the lid, in which facing away in a closed position of the lid facing away from each other flat sides of the trim parts in an open position of the lid.
  • the first and second cowlings are arranged adjacent to each other to form part of the outer skin of the submarine, typically in a common plane substantially parallel to the longitudinal extent of the submarine's pressure hull.
  • the aforementioned development provides that the two cover parts are moved on pivoting the lid on different pivoting paths so that they are arranged in the open position of the lid in the direction transverse to the pivot axis and parallel to the outer skin partially overlapping each other.
  • the emergency exit hatch facing flat side of a trim part, preferably of the second trim part, a flat side of the other trim part, preferably the first trim part, opposite, which forms a part of the outside of the submarine in the closed position of the lid. Due to this configuration, the cladding formed by the two trim parts in the open position of the lid on a relation to its closed position significantly smaller size and is so advantageous adapted to the small space in the docking apron.
  • the movement coupling of the lid with the second trim part is preferably carried out via a coupling gear.
  • a pivoting movement of the cover via an eccentrically hinged to the pivot axis of the lid coupling, which is also hinged to the second trim panel eccentric to the pivot axis are transmitted.
  • at least one eccentric disc is rotatably disposed on the pivot axis of the lid and the pivot axis of the second trim panel, wherein the eccentric discs are connected by means of a push rod hinged thereto as a coupling.
  • the eccentric discs on the shaft of the lid and the bearing pin of the second trim panel results in different distances from the center of the respective eccentric to the articulation point of the coupling rod a translation.
  • the second trim part pivots less than the lid with the firmly connected trim part. The space requirement in the docking apron is thus reduced.
  • a pressure body 2 of a submarine not shown in detail on an opening 4, in which engages a substantially annular Notaustrainsluk 6, wherein the Notaustrainsluk 6 circumferentially at the opening 4 and a projecting on the peripheral side Investment shoulder 8 on the outside of the pressure hull 2 is supported.
  • An exit opening 10 of the emergency exit hatch 6 is closed by a substantially dome-shaped lid 12 pressure-tight.
  • the cover 12 is rotatably connected via a two projecting on its outside lever 14, which are arranged parallel to each other connected on the pressure body side hinged shaft 16.
  • the shaft 16 forms a pivot axis about which the cover 12 in a the exit opening 10 of the emergency exit hatch 6 closing position ( Fig. 1 and 3 ) and an exit opening 10 releasing position ( Fig. 5 to 8 ) is pivotable.
  • an outer skin 20 of the submarine is arranged, which is spaced apart from the pressure hull 2 via support components 18.
  • the outer skin 20 has directly outside the emergency exit hatch 6 an opening 22 which, as in particular from Fig. 2 becomes clear, is closed by detachable outer skin parts 24, 26 and 28 and a two-part panel with a first trim part 30 and a second trim part 32, wherein said parts are flush outside in the outer skin 20.
  • the cover 12 At the end facing away from the levers 14, the cover 12 has on its outer side two parallel to the shaft 16 aligned Auflagerbaumaschine 34, the bearing surfaces 36 are aligned parallel to the outer skin 20 in the closed position of the lid 12. Between the Auflagerbau former 34 and the levers 14, the cover 12 on the outside two parallel to the shaft 16 aligned, outwardly projecting projections 38, whose end faces lie in a common plane with the bearing surfaces 36 of the Auflagerbaumaschinemaschine 34.
  • the cowling 30, which corresponds to the position of the bearing surfaces 36 has two recesses 40 and corresponding to the position of the end faces of the projections 38 two recesses 42, wherein it passes through the recesses 40 and 42 guided screws to the support members 34 and the projections 38 is screwed.
