Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Schnappverschluss (1) zum lösbaren Fixieren eines einen Behälter zum Verpacken von Gütern verschließenden, mit einer Plombe (15) gesicherten Deckels, bestehend aus einem den Deckel und den Rand des Behälters miteinander verbindenden Verriegelungselement (2), einem Abstützelement (3) zur Anlage am Deckel und einem das Verriegelungs- und das Abstützelement (2,3) miteinander verbindenden bügelförmigen Federelement (4), wobei das Verriegelungselement (2) mit einem in Richtung Abstützelement (3) vorstehenden, keilförmig zulaufenden Vorsprung (5) und das Abstützelement mit einer Aufnahmeöffnung (12) für eine bolzenartige Plombe (15) versehen ist, wobei die Aufnahmeöffnung (12) mit jeweils einer durchgehenden Bohrung im Deckel und im Behälterrand fluchtet.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen Schnappverschluss zum lösbaren Fixieren eines einen Behälter zum Verpacken von Gütern verschließenden, mit einer Plombe gesicherten Deckels.
  • Derartige Behälter werden am Fließband mit hochwertigen Waren, beispielsweise Teile für die Automobilindustrie, beladen. Der Deckel ist in der Regel einseitig über Scharniere am Behälterrand befestigt. Nach dem Beladen muss der Deckel geschlossen werden, wobei zum Fixieren beispielsweise eine Rastvorrichtung betätigt wird. Zur zusätzlichen Sicherung des Inhalts in dem geschlossenen Behälter wird eine Plombe eingesetzt.
  • Sowohl beim Schließen des Behälters als auch beim späteren Öffnen sind somit jeweils zwei Arbeitsgänge erforderlich, nämlich das Verrasten des Deckels und das Einsetzen der Plombe beim Schließen und die Entfernung der Plombe (durch Zerstörung) und der Betätigung der Rastvorrichtung zum Öffnen des Deckels.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Deckelverschluss anzugeben, der es ermöglicht, Schließvorgang und Verplombung bzw. Öffnungsvorgang und Entplombung jeweils gleichzeitig zu erledigen.
  • Die Erfindung löst diese Aufgabe mit Hilfe eines Schnappverschlusses, der aus einem den Deckel und den Behälterrand miteinander verbindenden Verriegelungselement besteht, sowie einem Abstützelement zur Anlage am Deckel und einem das Verriegelungs- und das Abstützelement miteinander verbindenden bügelförmigen Federelement, wobei das Verriegelungselement mit einem in Richtung Abstützelement vorstehenden keilförmig zulaufenden Vorsprung versehen ist und das Abstützelement mit einer Aufnahmeöffnung für die bolzenartige Plombe, wobei die Aufnahmeöffnung mit jeweils einer durchgehenden Bohrung im Deckel und im Behälterrand fluchtet.
  • Sowohl im Deckel als auch im Behälterrand ist jeweils ein Schlitz vorgesehen, die bei aufgelegtem Deckel miteinander fluchten. Bei Anlieferung des zu füllenden Behälters ist bei geöffnetem Deckel das bügelförmige Federelement durch den Schlitz im Deckel gesteckt bis sowohl das Verriegelungselement als auch das Abstützelement auf der Deckeloberfläche aufsitzen. Da in der Aufnahmeöffnung im Abstützelement bereits die Plombe eingesteckt ist, gelangt dann diese beim Einführen des Federelements in den Schlitz des Behälterrandes durch die miteinander fluchtenden Bohrungen im Deckel und Behälterrand in ihre Sicherungsposition. Die Plombe ist an ihrer Unterseite spreitzdübelartig geformt, so dass beim Durchtritt durch die miteinander fluchtenden Bohrungen durch die Aufspreizung der Plombenspitze ein sicherer Halt gegeben ist. Ein Durchrutschen durch die Bohrung wird dadurch verhindert, dass am oberen Ende der Plombe ein kubusförmiges Kopfstück angeformt ist. Zwischen diesem Kopfstück und dem eigentlichen Plombenbolzen ist eine Sollbruchstelle vorhanden.
  • Nachdem der Behälter mit seinem Inhalt auf diese Art und Weise sicher verschlossen ist, kann er versandt werden.
  • Beim Kunden wird der Behälter ebenfalls in einem Arbeitsgang geöffnet, indem gegen die Kraft des Federelements das Verriegelungselement mit dem keilförmig zulaufenden Vorsprung gegen den Kopf der Plombe gedrückt wird, so dass der keilförmige Vorsprung mit seiner vorderen Schneide den Kopf der Plombe an der Sollbruchstelle abtrennt. Der Plombenbolzen fällt durch die Bohrung nach unten und der Deckel ist entriegelt.
  • Dabei ist gemäß Anspruch 2 das Verriegelungselement derart ausgestaltet, dass es unterhalb des keilförmigen Vorsprungs eine Schulter aufweist, die einen Steg zumindest an drei seiner Seitenflächen überragt, der an seinem der Schulter entgegen gesetzten Ende in das bügelförmige Federelement übergeht, dessen stegseitiges Ende über den Steg vorsteht, derart, dass der Abstand zwischen der Schulter und dem Überstand der gemeinsamen Dicke von Behälterrand und Deckel entspricht.
  • Durch die Schulter, den Steg und den Überstand wird nach dem Einführen des bügelförmigen Federelements in die Schlitzkombination in Deckel und Behälterrand erreicht, dass gegen die Kraft der Feder die so geformte Klaue den Schlitzrand aufnimmt, wodurch die Feder wieder entlastet wird. Der Steg zwischen Verriegelungselement und bügelförmigem Federelement ist dann sicher gegen den Schlitzrand gedrückt.
  • Zum sicheren Sitz des Abstützelements auf dem Deckel ist gemäß Anspruch 3 vorgesehen, dass dieses an seiner dem Verriegelungselement entgegen gesetzten Stirnseite eine nach unten über die Abstützfläche herabreichende Nase aufweist, die den Deckelrand übergreift.
  • Zum Betätigen des keilförmig zulaufenden Vorsprungs des Verriegelungselements ist dieser mit einer ergonomisch geformten Handhabe versehen, derart, dass im keilförmig zulaufenden Vorsprung eine Eingriffsmulde eingeformt ist.
  • Die Aufnahmeöffnung im Abstützelement für die Plombe ist seitlich offen.
  • Der erfindungsgemäße Schnappverschluss ist gemäß Anspruch 7 einteilig ausgebildet und im Spritzgießverfahren aus Kunststoff hergestellt, was auch für die Plombe gilt.
  • Die Erfindung wird im folgenden anhand von Zeichnungen dargestellt und erläutert.

  • In der Figur 1 ist ein erfindungsgemäßer Schnappverschluss dargestellt und allgemein mit dem Bezugszeichen 1 versehen. Er besteht aus einem Verriegelungselement 2, einem Abstützelement 3 sowie einem Federelement 4, welches das Verriegelungselement 2 mit dem Abstützelement 3 verbindet. Das Verriegelungselement 2 weist an seinem oberen Ende einen keilförmig zulaufenden Vorsprung 5 auf, welcher auf einem Schaft 6 sitzt, der an seinem dem Vorsprung 5 entgegen gesetzten Ende in eine Schulter 7 übergeht. Die Schulter 7 überragt einen Steg 8, welcher in den Bügel 9 des Federelements 4 übergeht, wobei das stegseitige Ende des Bügels 9 ebenfalls über den Steg vorsteht und hier einen Überstand 10 bildet, der zusammen mit der Unterseite der Schulter 7 eine Aussparung 11 formt, deren Zweck weiter unten erklärt wird. Der Bügel 9 des Federelements 4 ist in etwa V-förmig ausgebildet und weist an seinem dem Verriegelungselement 2 gegenüberliegenden Ende das Abstützelement 3 auf. Das Abstützelement 3 ist mit einer durchgängigen zu einer Seite hin offenen Bohrung 12 versehen und an der dem Bügel 9 abgewandten Seite mit einer nach unten über die Abstützfläche 13 vorstehenden Nase 14.
  • In die einseitig offene Bohrung 12 wird eine in der Figur 2 dargestellte Plombe 15 gesteckt. Die Plombe 15 besteht aus einem Kopfteil 16, dem Plombenbolzen 17, an dessen Spitze federnde Spreizen 18 vorgesehen sind.
  • Zwischen Kopfteil 16 und Bolzen 17 ist der Bolzen 17 verjüngt ausgebildet, so dass eine Sollbruchstelle 19 gegeben ist.
  • Wie aus der Figur 3 hervorgeht, wird vor Befüllung eines Behälters 20, an dem ein Deckel 21 über Scharniere angelenkt ist, der mit der Plombe 15 in der Aufnahmeöffnung 12 versehene Schnappverschluss 1 durch einen im Deckelrand vorgesehenen Schlitz eingesteckt, wobei das Federelement durch den Schlitz gesteckt wird bis die Schulter 7 auf der Deckeloberfläche aufsitzt sowie auch die Abstützfläche 13 des Abstützelements 3. Dabei umgreift die Nase 14 den Rand des Deckels. Wird nun der Deckel auf den Behälterrand 22 aufgesetzt, tritt das bügelförmige Federelement 4 durch einen Schlitz im Behälterrand 22, der im geschlossenen Zustand mit dem Schlitz im Deckelrand fluchtet.
  • Die durch die Schulter 7 und den Überstand 10 gebildete Aussparung 11 federt dabei in die Eingriffposition, so dass die Randbereiche der Schlitze im Deckel und im Behälterrand zwischen Schulter 7 und Überstand 10 aufgenommen sind und der Deckel verriegelt ist. Bei diesem Vorgang des Einrastens wird gleichzeitig die Plombe 15 durch eine mit der Aufnahmeöffnung 12 fluchtende Bohrung im Deckel sowie im Behälterrand gedrückt, so dass die Spitze der Plombe 15 unterhalb des Behälterrandes 22 vortritt und die Spreizen 18 in der in Figur 2 dargestellten Stellung sind, so dass ein Herausziehen der Plombe nach oben verhindert wird.
  • Dieser Zustand ist in Figur 4 dargestellt.
  • Wenn der so verplombte und verriegelte Behälter geöffnet werden soll, wird das Verriegelungselement 2, das hierfür mit einer ergonomisch geformten Griffmulde 23 versehen ist, gegen die Kraft des Federelementes 4 in Richtung Abstützelement 3 bewegt, wobei der keilförmig zulaufende, schneidenförmige Vorsprung 5 gegen das Kopfteil 16 der Plombe 15 gedrückt wird, der hiermit vom Plombenbolzen 17 in Höhe der Sollbruchstelle 19 abgetrennt wird. Bei diesem Vorgang löst sich die durch die Schulter 7 und den Überstand 10 gebildete Aussparung 11 vom Rand der Schlitze im Deckel sowie im Behälterrand, wodurch die Verriegelung aufgehoben wird und der Deckel abgenommen werden kann.

Claims (7)

  1. Schnappverschluss (1) zum lösbaren Fixieren eines einen Behälter (20) zum Verpacken von Gütern verschließenden, mit einer Plombe (15) gesicherten Deckels (21), bestehend aus einem den Deckel (21) und den Rand (22) des Behälters (20) miteinander verbindenden Verriegelungselement (2), einem Abstützelement (3) zur Anlage am Deckel (21) und einem das Verriegelungs- und das Abstützelement (2, 3) miteinander verbindenden bügelförmigen Federelement (4), wobei das Verriegelungselement (2) mit einem in Richtung Abstützelement (3) vorstehenden, keilförmig zulaufenden Vorsprung (5) und das Abstützelement (3) mit einer Aufnahmeöffnung (12) für eine bolzenartige Plombe (15) versehen ist, wobei die Aufnahmeöffnung (12) mit jeweils einer durchgehenden Bohrung im Deckel (21) und im Behälterrand (22) fluchtet.
  2. Schnappverschluss nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass das Verriegelungselement (2) unterhalb des keilförmigen Vorsprungs (5) eine Schulter (7) aufweist, die einen Steg (8) zumindest an drei seiner Seitenflächen überragt, welcher an seinem der Schulter (7) entgegen gesetzten Ende in das bügelartige Federelement (4) übergeht, dessen stegseitiges Ende (10) über den Steg (8) vorsteht, derart, dass der Abstand zwischen der Schulter (7) und dem Überstand (10) der Dicke von Behälterrand (22) und Deckel(21) entspricht.
  3. Schnappverschluss nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass das Abstützelement (3) an seiner dem Verriegelungselement (2) entgegen gesetzten Stirnseite eine nach unten über die Abstützfläche(13) hinabreichende Nase (14) aufweist.
  4. Schnappverschluss nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass im keilförmig zulaufenden Vorsprung (5) des Verriegelungselements (2) eine Eingriffmulde (23) eingeformt ist.
  5. Schnappverschluss nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Aufnahmeöffnung (12) für die bolzenartige Plombe (15) im Abstützelement (3) auf einer Seite nach außen hin offen ist.
  6. Schnappverschluss nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass das Federelement (4), welches das Verriegelungselement (2) mit dem Abstützelement (3) verbindet, V-förmig ausgebildet ist.
  7. Schnappverschluss nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass es ein spritzgegossenes, einstückiges Kunststoffteil ist.
