  • Another important aspect of ⁇ the design of the apparatus according tor the present invention is associated with positioning of the thruster means 4, 4' with respect to the rod 2 which must ⁇ be able to rotate without being subject to influences of any-kind, since, from its rotation with the rim-mounted as shown in Figure 3, it is possible to deduce the data relatingrto the position and the degree of damage to be repaired.
