Definitions
- the invention relates to a facade stone for placement on an insulated masonry, wherein the masonry is covered in particular within the soil by means of a sheet-like insulating material, as well as an insulation for a masonry with the masonry at least partially, in particular within the soil covering, sheet insulating material and with a or more façade bricks.
- the sheet-like insulating material is, for example, a nub or cup-shaped impressions having film that allows venting of the insulating material.
- the foil of insulating material usually protrudes from the soil, which is visually disadvantageous, so that the insulation is often shortened so that the upper edge is not visible in the field of paving or bulk.
- the disadvantage here is that moisture and dirt between insulating material and masonry can penetrate.
- a facade stone according to the preamble of claim 1 is in the US-A-5433049 described.
- a facade stone for placement on an insulated masonry, wherein the masonry is covered in particular within the soil with an insulating material, comprising a substantially planar surface element and at least one spacer, wherein the spacer is arranged substantially perpendicular to the surface element and wherein the spacer has a first region which can be applied to the masonry above the insulating material.
- Under a masonry is for the purposes of this invention is any, fortified structure or building part to understand, which extends at least partially into the soil, in particular foundations and cellar and house walls.
- the surface element is preferably aligned substantially parallel to the masonry, for example a house wall.
- the facade stone according to the invention has at least two spacers, which are arranged between the surface element and the masonry. The fact that the spacers rest against the masonry with the first area, a distance between the surface element and the masonry is set. According to the invention, the first region of the spacer abuts against the masonry above the insulating material. Embossments, such as knobs allow a ventilation of the insulating material. An upper edge of the insulating material usually protrudes from the ground. Above this edge, according to the invention, the first region of the spacer is present.
- the facade stone on a cover which covers a gap between the masonry and the surface element, so that advantageously the penetration of foreign bodies or animals behind the surface element is prevented and a visually appealing upper end of the facade stone is given.
- the cover is air and moisture permeable, so that the rear ventilation of the insulating material and / or drainage of rainwater is made possible.
- the facade stone according to the invention has the advantage that the optically unfavorable acting part of the insulating material, for example, a so-called knobbed foil, which protrudes from the soil, is covered by the surface element.
- the spacer or spacers keep the surface element at a distance from the masonry, so that in particular there is a gap between the masonry and the facade stone according to the invention, whereby the rear ventilation of the facade stone and in particular the dimpled film is advantageously made possible.
- Another advantage is that the first area of each spacer does not press on the insulating material, for example the dimpled foil, which could otherwise be damaged, or whereby the rear ventilation could be restricted.
- a second region of the spacer can be applied to the insulating material of the masonry.
- the spacer or covers thus advantageously cover the edge region of the insulating material, wherein the first region above the insulating material can be applied to the masonry and the second part underneath can be applied to the provided with insulating masonry.
- the second region over the first region spans in the direction of the surface element.
- the second region of the spacer advantageously has a greater distance from the masonry, so that the insulating material, for example a bubble foil, is not damaged, for example crushed, by the application of the second region.
- the rear ventilation of the insulating material is given and the insulating material is simultaneously held by the second region of the spacer to the masonry.
- the insulating material may be connected to the masonry. However, this is usually not the case, because within the soil, the insulating material is pressed by the weight of the soil to the masonry.
- the spacer is designed as a web, which is particularly preferably aligned in the installed state perpendicular to the earth's surface, wherein the first region and the second region are formed, for example step-shaped. Also particularly preferably, the spacer is integrally connected to the surface element.
- the surface element is produced with the spacer as a cast part made of concrete, in particular polymer concrete, which can be provided particularly advantageous colored in a desired color available.
- the cover is preferably a metal grate or perforated plate, in particular made of stainless steel and thus advantageously insensitive, durable and appealing in appearance.
- the cover is particularly preferably arranged removable and / or hinged to the facade stone, which advantageously an access allowed to the gap between the masonry and the surface element.
- the cover is formed integrally with the surface element and / or with the spacer, which allows a particularly simple and cost-effective production, in particular as a casting of polymer concrete.
- the cover preferably has at least on the side which bears against the masonry, a means for discharging liquid, which is shaped so that the liquid between the insulating material and the surface element runs.
- the means for deriving is formed in particular on the cover, for example as an obliquely arranged baffle.
- at least one frame part of the cover itself can be arranged obliquely, so that, for example, rainwater is conducted away from the masonry.
- both long sides preferably have a means for discharging liquids, so that accidental insertion of the cover with the means on the non-recessed side is advantageously prevented.
- the facade stone according to the invention has an adjusting means with which the distance between the masonry and the surface element is adjustable.
- an alignment of the surface element for example, parallel to the masonry particularly advantageous.
- unevenness of the masonry can be compensated, as a result of which the façade brick according to the invention can be used to particular advantage even in so-called old buildings, which often have no rectilinear masonry.
- the person skilled in the art understands that a plurality of facade stones according to the invention can be arranged along the masonry.
- the surface element therefore has connecting means for connecting and / or fixing the height of another surface element on its end faces.
- a subsequent height shift, for example, by a sagging of a facade stone, would lead to a disadvantageous appearance, which is advantageously prevented by the connection means.
- the connection means on both end sides of the surface element is arranged, for example, approximately centrally Groove. Only after the orientation of the façade stones is done, two façade stones are fixed to each other by means of an insert in their grooves in height.
- Another subject of the invention is an insulation for a masonry with a masonry at least partially, in particular within the soil covering, sheet insulating material and with one or more facade stones according to the invention, wherein the facade stones are arranged in an edge region of the insulating material and wherein the surface element conceals the edge region.
- the façade stone forms a visually appealing conclusion of the masonry at the transition into the soil.
- the facade stone according to the invention is preferably partially disposed within the soil. It advantageously prevents the penetration of moisture and / or foreign bodies in the space between insulating material and masonry.
- FIG. 1 shows a facade stone according to the invention in a perspective view.
- FIG. 2 shows in section the insulation according to the invention with the facade stone according to FIG. 1 ,
- FIG. 3 is a one-piece design of the facade stone with cover shown in perspective.
- FIG. 4 a further embodiment of the facade brick according to the invention is shown.
- FIG. 1 an inventive facade stone 1 is shown in perspective.
- two spacers 3 are arranged on one of the large-area sides.
- the skilled person understands that the side, on which the spacers 3 are arranged, in the installed state of the facade stone 1, for example, facing a house wall.
- a further, in particular similar, surface element 2 of a further facade stone 1 can be arranged in an abutting manner.
- the non-visible, large-scale side of the surface element 2 is in particular a visually appealing, smooth surface, which serves as a screen.
- the surface element 2 is preferably cast from polymer concrete. This is easy to work with and can be colored as desired, for example in the color of a facade.
- the spacers 3 may also be made of polymer concrete and are preferably manufactured in one piece with the surface element 2 in a casting process.
- the spacers 3 have a step, whereby they are divided into a first region 4 and a second region 5.
- the first region 4 rests against a masonry, not shown, while the second region preferably has a distance to the masonry, in which an insulating material 7 takes place, as in the FIG. 2 is shown.
- FIG. 2 an insulation according to the invention for a masonry 8 is shown.
- the masonry 8 may be any building, which is shown here only partially schematically.
- An insulating material 7 protects the masonry 8 from the ingress of moisture from the surrounding soil 10.
- the skilled worker knows that the insulating material 7 can surround the entire, located in the soil 10 part of a masonry 8.
- the insulating material 7 has formations 16, which for example have the shape of nubs, so that a ventilation of the insulating material 7, a so-called bubble wrap, is possible, whereby the heat insulation of the masonry 8 is improved.
- To the insulation according to the invention also includes the facade stone 1, which is shown here in the installation situation on the masonry 8. This forms a visual responsive completion of an upper edge of the insulating material 7, which protrudes from the soil 10. At the same time, the insulating material 7 is held by the facade stone 1, which in turn extends into the soil 10 in part, to the masonry 8. This prevents the ingress of dirt and water into the intermediate space between masonry 8 and insulating material 7.
- the surface element 2 is held at a distance from the masonry 8.
- the first region 4 of the spacer 3 rests against the masonry 8 above the insulating material 7.
- the second region 5 of the spacer 3, however, is applied to the insulating material 7. Due to the fact that the second region 5 is displaced away from the masonry 8 in relation to the first region 4, there remains sufficient space for the insulating material 7. This is held tightly against the masonry 8, but not crushed.
- the step distance between the first region 4 and the second region 5 corresponds approximately to the thickness of the insulating material 7 including the formations 16.
- the façade brick 1 according to the invention projects beyond the ground 10 and optionally also, as shown, beyond a floor covering 11, for example a paving.
- a floor covering 11 for example a paving.
- the penetration of water or foreign bodies between the insulating material 7 and the masonry 8 is therefore hardly possible. Since the insulating material 7 is pressed by the second region 5 of the spacer 3 against the masonry 8, it is relatively close.
- the skilled artisan will recognize that foreign body and water, as far as they ever get between the masonry 8 and the surface element 2, for the most part in the space between insulating material 7 and surface element 2 pass, which is harmless.
- a cover 9 prevents, for example, leaves in large quantities or animals can penetrate.
- the cover 9 is for example a grate or perforated plate made of stainless steel.
- FIG. 3 an embodiment of the facade brick 1 according to the invention with integrally formed on the surface element 2 cover 9 is shown.
- the cover 9 has openings 13 to ensure the ventilation of the insulating material.
- the facade stone 1 can, as shown, with the surface element 2, the stepped spacers 3, this each with the first area 4 and second Region 5, as well as the cover 9 are cast integrally, for example made of polymer concrete.
- a groove is formed on the end face 6 of the surface element 2 as a connection means 12.
- both end faces of the surface elements 2 have grooves 12. These are, after the surface elements 2 are aligned, connected to each other by a connecting element, and thus fixed against each other in height.
- the grooves 12 may be undercut, whereby the composite of the surface elements 2 is reinforced with each other.
- the facade stone 1 with the surface element 2 and the spacer 3 is shown in a schematic side view.
- a cover 9 rests on the spacers 3, for example.
- the cover 9 On the side facing the masonry (see FIG. 2 ), the cover 9 has a means 14 for discharging liquids. If, for example, rainwater trickles down on the masonry, or if rain falls on the cover 9, the water is deflected, as shown by the arrow A, and thus at least for the most part passes between the insulating material 7 and the surface element 2 and not between the masonry and the insulating material 7.
- the means 14 may, as shown, be an obliquely armed leg of the cover 9, which is possible both in a separate cover 9 made of metal, as well as in a cast concrete cover 9.
- an adjusting means 15 is arranged on the spacer 3, which serves to adjust the distance between the surface element 2 and the masonry.
- the adjustment means may be an adjusting screw which can be screwed into a thread in the spacer 3.
- the thread is, for example, a Teflon plug inserted in a blind hole.
