Claims (13)

  1. Selbstreinigende Einheit, bestehend aus:
    • einer Bodenführungs (2)- oder Fahrschiene (1) mit Rolle(n) oder Nockenrad/Nockenrädern für Landfahrzeuge; und
    • einem Füllmaterial (10), das eine Füllung (11) bildet,
    wobei die Schiene in einer Verwahrung (4) untergebracht ist, die in einer festen Basis (5) gebildet ist und in der Verwahrung (4) montiert und gehalten ist, so dass sie bodeneben ist oder nur leicht über die Bodenebene hinausragt, wobei diese selbstreinigende Einheit mindestens eine Lücke (12) auf der Schienenseite aufwiest, die der Durchführung der Nocke(n) (10) sowie dem Füllmaterial (10) entspricht und wobei der Bodenführungs (2)- oder Fahrschiene (1), die in der Verwahrung (4) mittels des Füllmaterials (10) befestigt ist, und dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass
    • sich ein komprimierbares und elastisches Auskleidungsmaterial (14) über dem Füllmaterial (10), befindet; dadurch dass
    • das komprimierbare und elastische Auskleidungsmaterial (14) vor Ort in die Lücke oder Lücken (12) außerhalb des dynamischen Bereichs der Nocke(n) gegossen wird und die Lücke oder Lücken zumindest teilweise auskleidet, indem sie mindestens teilweise geschlossen werden; und dadurch dass
    • das komprimierbare und elastische Auskleidungsmaterial (14) unter allen normalen Einsatz- oder Umweltbedingungen außerhalb des dynamischen Bereichs der Nocke(n) (15) der Rolle(n) oder des Rads (der Räder) bleibt, die sich über die Schiene bewegen.
  2. Einheit gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schiene auf dem Füllmaterial (10) liegt oder von diesem eingespannt wird.
  3. Einheit gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Füllmaterial (10) dasselbe Material ist, wie das komprimierbare und elastische Auskleidungsmaterial (14).
  4. Einheit gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das komprimierbare und elastische Auskleidungsmaterial (14) dazu vorgesehen ist, um die Entfernung durch Absenken eines Hindernisses (36, 37) in oder mit dem Auskleidungsmaterial (14) zu ermöglichen, wenn es sich auf der Passage der Nocke(n) befindet.
  5. Einheit gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das komprimierbare und elastische Auskleidungsmaterial (14) ein Material ist, das eine oder mehrere der folgenden Eigenschaften aufweist: elektrisch isolierendes, undurchlässiges Material mit schwacher Wärmeausdehnung, das kein Wasser im Innern zurückhält.
  6. Einheit nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das komprimierbare und elastische Auskleidungsmaterial (14) ein Material vom Typ Polymer, Elastomer, Plastomer, zellularem Kunststoff, Schaumstoff mit geschlossenen Zellen, Polymerharz oder Verbundmaterial ist.
  7. Einheit nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das komprimierbare und elastische Auskleidungsmaterial (14) ein Polyurethan- Schaumstoff ist.
  8. Einheit nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das komprimierbare und elastische Auskleidungsmaterial (14) mineralische oder organische Zuschlagsstoffe enthält.
  9. Einheit gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das komprimierbare und elastische Auskleidungsmaterial (14) eine Auskleidung (13) bildet, die eine offene, V-förmige Ausformung im oberen Bereich zeigt und die Schiene, zumindest in ihrem Mittelteil einspannt und beiderseits der Schiene jeweils einen Bereich (29, 30) begrenzt, der hinunterführend geneigt ist und von einer Längsrille (31, 32) gefolgt ist.
  10. Einheit gemäß dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Oberseite der Auskleidung (13) deutlich horizontal ist.
  11. Einheit gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsrolle(n) zu einer Führungseinheit mit einer oder zwei geneigten Rollen (23, 24) gehören.
  12. Einheit gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich bei der Schiene um eine Rillenschiene (9) handelt und dass das Auskleidungsmaterial (14) die Rille (9) ausfüllt.
  13. Einheit gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich bei der Schiene um eine Fahr- (1) oder Führungsschiene (2) handelt, die zur Aufnahme einer Rolle oder eines Rades mit zwei Nocken (34, 35) geeignet ist.
