Claims (25)

  1. Scellé par film rétractable (101, 201, 301, 401) comprenant au moins un poinçonnage (102, 402, 602, 702) disposé le long du pourtour d'un récipient (203, 303) à sceller, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un poinçonnage (102, 402, 602, 702) présente au moins deux coins et les zones définies par les lignes de poinçonnage sont configurées de telle sorte qu'au moins une fenêtre (205) communicante soit produite par un processus de rétraction.
  2. Scellé par film rétractable (101, 201, 301, 401) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le poinçonnage (102, 402, 602, 702) présente la forme d'un T ou la forme d'un H.

    b) rétraction du scellé par film (101, 201, 301, 401) sur un récipient (203, 303) de telle sorte qu'au moins une fenêtre (205) soit formée dans la zone des poinçonnages (102, 402, 602, 702) du scellé par film.
  13. Procédé selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que le processus de rétraction est un processus induit physiquement.
  14. Procédé selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que le processus de rétraction est un processus de rétraction à chaud ou un processus induit par rayonnement.
