Abstract

Avec un dispositif pour assurer l'intégrité d'une fermeture de tube contre l'ouverture indésirable de celui-ci avant la distribution au consommateur final, il doit être possible de réaliser un système de protection de tube faisant immédiatement apparaître, par exemple à l'acheteur, l'intégrité de ce dernier tout en garantissant en même temps que le tube n'est pas altéré dans sa maniabilité, également chez le vendeur, et que le système de protection du tube puisse être facilement réalisé. On y parvient grâce au fait que le dispositif est constitué d'une pièce découpée en carton (1a) entourant la fermeture de tube (2) et une zone du corps de tube (3), cette pièce découpée en carton (1a) étant munie d'un mélange auto-adhésif (10) pour la fixation sur le corps de tube (3).

Claims (7)

  1. Dispositif pour assurer l'intégrité d'une fermeture de tube contre une ouverture non souhaitée de celui-ci avant qu'il ne soit livré à l'utilisateur, ce dispositif étant caractérisé par le fait qu'il est formé par une ébauche en carton (1a) entourant la fermeture (2) du tube et une zone du corps (3) de celui-ci, l'ébauche en carton (1a) étant pourvue d'une matière adhésive (10) servant à sa fixation sur le corps (3) du tube.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que l'ébauche en carton (1a) est constituée par une bande fermée pourvue d'une ouverture de passage (7) pour la fermeture (2) du tube et pour une zone (3a) du corps du tube.
  3. Dispositif selon l'une ou l'autre des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait que les zones (5, 5a) de l'ébauche prévues pour l'ouverture de passage (7) et directement adjacentes à celle-ci sont pourvues d'une couche (10) de matière adhésive.
  4. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par le fait que les zones (10) pourvues de la matière adhésive comportent des entailles (11) partant de l'ouverture de passage.
  5. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé par le fait que l'on prévoit, sur une bande de carton, plusieurs ébauches (1a) de ce dispositif situées les unes à côté des autres et pourvues d'entailles (11), de poinçonnages (7) et de lignes poinçonnées (4), ainsi que de zones (10) de matière adhésive, les ébauches contigüe pouvant être séparées l'une de l'autre par une ligne perforée (9).
  6. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé par le fait que l'ébauche en carton (1a) est pourvue, au moins sur sa face tournée vers l'extérieur, d'une enveloppe en carton pouvant être imprimée.
  7. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé par le fait que la matière adhésive (10) est constituée par une matière adhésive fondant à la chaleur et qui est étudiée de manière à pouvoir être enlevée de la surface du tube sans y laisser de résidus.
