Claims (9)
- Centre buffer having a coupling device (100; 100') for supporting a coupling arm (3) in an elastic, articulated fashion on a rail vehicle (1), wherein a carrier (2) supports a joint bolt or central bolt (13), forming the extension of the coupling arm (3), against forces acting in the event of deflection in the horizontal plane and/or the vertical plane, in particular- against compressive loading and tensile loading, and- against horizontal and vertical transverse forces, wherein a pressure plate (4) which is arranged on the coupling arm (3) is supported with respect to a bearing plate (5) of the carrier (2) by means of at least one elastic element (6; 6'),characterized
in that the elastic element (6; 6') has- an inner support section (6i, 6i') and- an outer support section (6a; 6a') which is made narrower compared to the inner support section (6i; 6i') and surrounds the inner support section (bi; bi'). - Centre buffer coupling having a device according to Claim 1, characterized in that the elastic element (6; 6') is of essentially rotationally symmetrical design with respect to the axis of symmetry (S) of the coupling arm (3).
- Centre buffer coupling having a device according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the elastic element (6; 6') is arranged essentially concentrically with respect to the axis of symmetry (S) of the coupling arm (3).
- Centre buffer coupling having a device according to Claim 1, characterized in that the pressure plate (4) has at least one circumferential support section (14; 14') which can be made to abut against the circumferential outer support section (6a; 6a'), in particular against the part of the circumferential outer support section (6a; 6a') facing the pressure plate (4).
- Centre buffer coupling having a device according to at least one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the bearing plate (5) has at least one circumferential support section (15) which can be made to abut against the circumferential outer support section (6a; 6a'), in particular against the part of the circumferential outer support section (6a; 6a') facing the bearing plate (5).
- Centre buffer coupling having a device according to at least one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the outer support section (6a; 6a') interacts with the pressure plate (4) and/or with the bearing plate (5) in such a way that- at small deflection angles (a) the coupling arm (3) can be deflected relatively freely and/or pivoted relatively freely with respect to the carrier (2), and- at relatively large deflection angles (α), in particular when there is contact between the elastic element (6, 6')- and the support section (14; 14') of the pressure plate (4) and/or- and the support section (15) of the bearing plate (5),a restoring torque is produced which becomes increasingly strong at even larger deflection angles (α) and/or when the carrier (2) and coupling arm (3) are pressed together.
- Centre buffer coupling having a device according to at least one of Claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the elastic element (6') has an asymmetrical profile.
- Centre buffer coupling having a device according to at least one of Claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the outer support section (6a') which surrounds the inner support section (6i') has a recess (16') which runs around in an annular shape in the end region of said outer support section (6a') facing the bearing plate (5).
- Use of a centre buffer coupling having at least one device (100; 100') according to at least one of Claims 1 to 8 for connecting individual wagons of multi-component rail vehicles (1), in particular railway goods wagon units or rail car units.
