Claims (5)

  1. Verfahren zum Herstellen von Stahlbrammen, umfassend einen Stranggießprozess (2) zum Stranggießen von geschmolzenem Stahl, um Brammen (1) zu formen, wobei Brammen einem Heißwalzprozess (21) und einem Kaltwalzprozess (22), um Bleche (7) zu formen, unterzogen werden, wobei das Verfahren ferner dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass es umfasst:
    einen Konditionierprozess für die Brammen (1) zum Konditionieren von Oberflächen der Brammen (1) nach dem Stranggießprozess,
    wobei nach dem Stranggießprozess und vor dem Konditionierprozess für die Brammen (1) ein Überprüfungsprozess für die Brammen (1) an den Brammen (1) durchgeführt wird, um Oberflächenschichtfehlerdaten (5A) für die Brammen (1) zu erfassen, welche Ausmaße und dreidimensionale Positionen von Oberflächenschichtfehlern in den Brammen (1) festlegen, und wobei in Bezug auf die erfassten Oberflächenschichtfehlerdaten für die Brammen (1) eine Bestimmung darüber vorgenommen wird, ob ein beliebiger Oberflächenschichtfehler, der auf der Grundlage von vorgegebenen Konditioniernormen (8) beseitigt werden muss, vorliegt oder nicht, woraufhin, wenn ein derartiger beliebiger Oberflächenschichtfehler, der beseitigt werden muss, vorliegt, der beliebige Oberflächenschichtfehler in dem Konditionierprozess für die Brammen (1) beseitigt wird; und
    wobei die Konditioniernormen (8) zusammengesetzt sind aus einem Schritt, in welchem die Oberflächenschichtfehlerdaten (5A) für die Brammen (1), welche die Ausmaße und die dreidimensionalen Positionen der Oberflächenschichtfehler in den Brammen (1) festlegen, mit Oberflächenfehlerdaten (6A) für die Bleche (7), welche Ausmaße und zweidimensionale Positionen der Oberflächenfehler in den Blechen (7) festlegen, die aus den Brammen (1) gewonnen wurden, verglichen und in Gegenüberstellung damit überprüft werden, und in welchem Merkmale der Oberflächenschichtfehler der Brammen (1), welche die Oberflächenfehler der Bleche (7) werden, extrahiert werden, und welcher wiederholt an den Brammen (1) durchgeführt wird, derart, dass der beliebige Oberflächenschichtfehler, der entsprechend dem Stahltyp und dem Prozess beseitigt werden muss, bestimmt und klassifiziert wird, so dass die Oberflächenschichtfehler angezeigt werden können.
  2. Verfahren zum Herstellen von Stahlbrammen nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Oberflächenschichtfehler beliebige aus der Gruppe umfassend Einschlüsse, Lunker und Risse sind.
  3. Konditioniersystem für Oberflächenschichtfehler von Brammen (1), wobei Brammen durch Ausführen eines Stranggießprozesses (2) geformt werden und einem Warmwalzprozess (21) und einem Kaltwalzprozess (22), um Bleche zu formen, unterzogen werden, wobei das Konditioniersystem dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass es:
    ein Mittel (12) zum Messen der Oberflächenschichtfehler der Brammen (1), ein Mittel (13) zum Messen von Oberflächenfehlern von Blechen (7), eine Datenbank (5C) der Oberfläcizenschichtfehler der Brammen (1), eine Datenbank (6C) der Oberflächenfehler der Bleche (7),
    eine Konditioniernormendatenbank (14), ein Berechnungsmittel (15) und ein Mittel (11) zum Konditionieren der Brammen (1) umfasst,
    wobei die Datenbank (5C) der Oberflächenschichtfehler der Brammen (1) Oberflächenschichtfehlerdaten (5A) für die Brammen (1) speichert, welche durch das Mittel (12) zum Messen der Oberflächenschichtfehler der Brammen (1) gemessen werden und welche Ausmaße und dreidimensionale Positionen der Oberflächenschichtfehler der Brammen (1) festlegen, derart, dass die Oberflächenschichtfehlerdaten (5A) für die Brammen (1) eingegeben und ausgegeben werden können,
    wobei die Datenbank (6C) der Oberflächenfehler der Bleche (7) Oberflächenfehlerdaten (6A) für die Bleche (7) speichert, welche durch das Mittel (13) zum Messen der Oberflächenfehler der Bleche (7) gemessen werden und welche Ausmaße und zweidimensionale Positionen der Oberflächenfehler der Bleche (7), die als Materialien aus den Brammen (1) gewonnen wurden, festlegen, derart, dass die Oberflächenfehlerdaten (6A) für die Bleche (7) eingegeben und ausgegeben werden kann,
    wobei die Konditioniernormendatenbank (14) erfasst wird, wenn ein Schritt, in welchem anhand des Berechnungsmittels (15) die Oberflächenschichtfehlerdaten für die Brammen (1), welche in der Datenbank (5C) der Oberflächenschichtfehler der Brammen (1) gespeichert sind, mit den Oberflächenfehlerdaten für die Bleche (7), welche in der Datenbank (6C) der Oberflächenfehler der Bleche (7), die als Materialien aus den Brammen (1) gewonnen werden, gespeichert sind, verglichen werden und in Gegenüberstellung miteinander überprüft werden, und in welchem Merkmale der Oberflächenschichtfehler der Brammen (1), welche die Oberflächenschichtfehler der Bleche (7) werden, extrahiert werden, wiederholt an den Brammen (1) durchgeführt wird, so dass jeder beliebige Oberflächenschichtfehler, der beseitigt werden muss, in der Konditioniernormendatenbank (14) gespeichert wird, um als Daten des zu bestimmenden, zu klassifizierenden und zu beseitigenden Oberflächenschichtfehlers eingegeben und ausgegeben werden zu können,
    wobei in Bezug auf jede beliebige Konditionierbramme das Mittel (12) zum Messen der Oberflächenschichtfehler der Brammen (1) den Oberflächenschichtfehler davon misst, um Oberflächenschichtfehlerdaten für die beliebige Konditionierbramme zu bilden; wobei anhand des Berechnungsmittels (15) die Oberflächenschichtfehlerdaten mit den Daten des Oberflächenschichtfehlers, der beseitigt werden muss, verglichen und in Gegenüberstellung damit überprüft werden, wobei die Daten des Oberflächenschichtfehlers, der beseitigt werden muss, aus der Konditioniernormendatenbank (14) ausgegeben werden; und wobei eine Bestimmung darüber vorgenommen wird, ob ein beliebiger Oberflächenschichtfehler, der in der beliebigen Konditionierbramme beseitigt werden muss, vorliegt oder nicht, so dass, wenn ein derartiger beliebiger Oberflächenschichtfehler, der beseitigt werden muss, in der Bramme (1) vorliegt, ein Signal, welches verwendet wird, um den beliebigen Oberflächenschichtfehler, der beseitigt werden muss, zu beseitigen, an das Mittel (11) zum Konditionieren der Brammen ausgegeben wird.
  4. Konditioniersystem für Oberflächenschichtfehler von Brammen nach Anspruch 3, wobei das Mittel (12) zum Messen der Oberflächenschichtfehler der Brammen (1) mindestens eine der folgenden Fehlermessvorrichtungen ist: eine Fehlermessvorrichtung vom Ultraschallreflexionstyp, eine Fehlermessvorrichtung vom transmittierenden Typ mittels Strahlung und eine Fehlermessvorrichtung vom magnetischen Streuflusstyp.
  5. Konditioniersystem für Oberflächenschichtfehler von Brammen nach entweder Anspruch 3 oder Anspruch 4, wobei das Mittel (13) zum Messen von Oberflächenfehlern von Blechen mindestens eine der folgenden Fehlermessvorrichtungen ist: eine auf kontinuierlicher Online-Fotografie und Bilddatenverarbeitung aufbauende Oberflächenfehlermessvorrichtung und eine Fehlermessvorrichtung vom magnetischen Streuflusstyp.
