Abstract

Längliche Stempelvorrichtung (1) mit einem zwei gegenüberliegende Enden (2', 2' ') aufweisenden stif tf örmigen Basisteil (2) , an dessen einem Ende (2') eine auf einer Drehachse (10) drehbar gelagerte Stempelrolle (3) angeordnet ist, zu deren Aufnahme in einer Transportstellung eine auf dem Basisteil (2) befestigbare Abdeckkappe (4, 4') vorgesehen ist, wobei auf dem gegenüberliegenden Ende (211) des Basisteils (2) eine weitere Farbauftragsvorrichtung (7, 15) vorgesehen ist, zu deren Aufnahme in einer Transportstellung eine weitere auf dem Basisteil (2) befestigbare Abdeckkappe (8, 81) vorgesehen ist, und der Basisteil (2) im Querschnitt im Wesentlichen rechteckig oder elliptisch ist und sich die Drehachse (10) der Stempelrolle (3) parallel zur längeren der beiden Querschnittsachsen (18 ', 18 ' ' ) erstreckt.

Description

Längliche Stempelvorrichtunq
Die Erfindung betrifft eine längliche Stempelvorrichtung mit einem stiftförmigen Basisteil, wobei an einem der beiden gegenüberliegenden Enden des Basisteils eine drehbar gelagerte Stempelrolle angeordnet ist und zur Aufnahme der Stempelrolle in einer Transportstellung eine auf dem Basisteil befestigbare Abdeckkappe vorgesehen ist, wobei auf dem gegenüberliegenden Ende des Basisteils eine weitere Farbauftragsvorrichtung vorgesehen ist und eine weitere auf dem Basisteil befestigbare Abdeckkappe zur Aufnahme der Farbauftragsvorrichtung in einer Transportstellung vorgesehen ist.
Derartige Stempelvorrichtungen, bei welchen auf einem stiftför- migen Basis- bzw. Griffteil eine drehbare Stempelrolle vorgesehen ist, sind bereits bekannt und werden insbesondere zur Markierung von Produkten in Lagerhallen und dergleichen eingesetzt. Hierbei ist es häufig erforderlich, auch andere Kennzeichnungen in der Lagerhalle vorzunehmen, wobei jedoch die bekannten länglichen Stempelvorrichtungen lediglich zum Aufbringen des auf der Stempelrolle vorgesehenen Stempelbilds geeignet sind. Für weitere Kennzeichnungen ist demzufolge eine weitere Stempelvorrichtung bzw. ein gesonderter Stift oder dergleichen erforderlich.
Aus der US 6,615,719 B ist eine Stempelvorrichtung mit einem gesonderten Griffteil bekannt, an dessen gegenüberliegenden Enden jeweils eine Stempelvorrichtung befestigt werden kann. Eine Stempelvorrichtung kann hierbei ein vorgefärbtes Stempelklischee aufweisen, das zur Ausbildung einer Stempelrolle um eine Drehachse gewickelt ist. Die Drehachse der Stempelrolle ist hierbei senkrecht zur längeren Erstreckungsrichtung eines Gehäuses angeordnet, so dass ein Farbauftrag mit der Stempelrolle äußerst unhandlich ist. Zur Abdeckung der Stempelrolle kann eine von dem Gehäuse frei abnehmbare Kappe vorgesehen sein. Am gegenüberliegenden Ende des Griffs kann eine andersartige Stempelvorrichtung mit einem ebenen Stempelklischee am gesonderten Griffteil befestigt werden. Aus der DE 195 26 444 A ist ein Schreibgerät bekannt, auf dessen hinterem Teil ein Stempel angebracht ist, der in einer Verschlusskappe aufgenommen wird und in dieser Position auf ein Stempelkissen drückt. Sobald die Kappe geöffnet wird, wird die Stempelplatte gleichzeitig mit dem Stempelkissen verschwenkt. Eine Stempelrolle ist hierin nicht gezeigt.
In der DE 3243970 A wird ebenso eine Stempelvorrichtung, die auf einem schaftförmigen Befestigungsteil befestigt ist, geoffenbart, wobei hier jedoch lediglich eine Stempelplatte gezeigt ist, die am gegenüberliegenden Ende zu einem Schreibgerät am Befestigungsteil angeordnet ist.
Auch aus der US 5,118,212 A ist ebenso ein Schreibgerät mit einer Stempelvorrichtung bekannt. Die Stempelplatte wird hierbei um 180 Grad gedreht und ist dann in der Stempelposition.
In der DE 28 27 542 A ist ebenso ein Schreibgerät mit einer Stempelvorrichtung geoffenbart, die im hinteren Teil aufgenommen ist und einen verschwenkbaren Stempelplattenträger und eine verschwenkbare Stempelkissenträger aufweist.
Aus der GB 2 169 561 A ist noch ein Schreibgerät bekannt, welches eine Abdeckkappe aufweist, an deren innerer Stirnfläche ein Farbkissen zum Einfärben eines Stempelkissens einer weiteren Abdeckkappe vorgesehen ist.
Ziel der vorliegenden Erfindung ist demzufolge eine handliche, längliche Stempelvorrichtung der eingangs angeführten Art zu schaffen, mit welcher nicht lediglich das auf der Stempelrolle vorgesehene Stempelbild auf eine Abdruckfläche aufgebracht werden kann, sondern womit gleichzeitig auch eine weitere Markierung aufgebracht werden kann, wobei insbesondere auch der Farbauftrag über die Stempelrolle für den Benutzer auf angenehme Art und Weise erfolgen können soll.
Erfindungsgemäß wird dies dadurch erzielt, dass der Basisteil im Querschnitt im Wesentlichen rechteckig oder elliptisch ist und sich die Drehachse der Stempelrolle parallel zur längeren der beiden Querschnittsachsen erstreckt. Durch Ausrichtung der Achse der Stempelrolle parallel zur längeren Erstreckungsrichtung des im Wesentlichen rechteckigen oder elliptischen Basisteils, wird eine ergonomisch günstige Handhaltung beim Abrollen der Stempelrolle ermöglicht. Hierbei kann der Basisteil im Wesentlichen mit seiner kürzeren Seite zwischen Daumen und Zeigefinger aufgelegt werden, und ein Farbauftrag über die Stempelrolle in angenehmer Weise erfolgen, wie dies beispielsweise mit der Textmarkierung mit einem Textmarker vergleichbar ist.
Eine konstruktiv einfache Ausgestaltung der Stempelrolle zum Aufbringen eines Stempelbilds ist gegeben, wenn die Stempelrolle ein eingefärbtes, um eine Drehachse gewickeltes Stempelklischee umfasst .
Wenn zumindest eine Abdeckkappe von einem Ende des Basisteils frei abnehmbar ist, ist zuverlässig gewährleistet, dass in der abgenommenen Stellung der Abdeckkappe die Stempelrolle bzw. die weitere Farbauftragsvorrichtung ungehindert verwendet werden können.
Wenn die die Stempelrolle aufnehmende Abdeckkappe am Basisteil schwenkbar gelagert ist, kann diese zum Überführen zwischen der Transportstellung und der Farbauftragsstellung auf einfache Weise am Basisteil verschwenkt werden, so dass auch während des Aufbringens des auf der Stempelrolle vorgesehenen Stempelbilds auf eine Abdruckfläche zuverlässig gewährleistet ist, dass die Abdeckkappe nicht unerwünschterweise verloren geht.
Um eine weitere Kennzeichnung mit der länglichen Stempelvorrichtung vornehmen zu können, ist es günstig, wenn als weitere Farbauftragsvorrichtung ein stiftförmiges Farbauftragselement vorgesehen ist. Hierbei ist es zur Hervorhebung von Textpassagen insbesondere vorteilhaft, wenn als weitere Farbauftragsvorrichtung ein eine fluoreszierende Farbe abgebender Leuchtstift, d.h. ein so genannter Highlighter oder Textmarker, vorgesehen ist.
Alternativ zu einem stiftförmigen Farbauftragselement, insbesondere einem Leuchtstift bzw. Textmarker ist es ebenso möglich, dass als weitere Farbauftragsvorrichtung ein eine Stempelplatte umfassender Stempel vorgesehen ist, wobei auf der Stempelplatte ein Stempelklischee angeordnet ist und die Stempelplatte an einem Haltearm des Basisteils schwenkbar gelagert ist. Hierdurch können mit ein und derselben länglichen Stempelvorrichtung über die Stempelrolle und die Stempelplatte zumindest zwei unterschiedliche Stempelbilder auf eine Abdruckflache aufgebracht werden.
Um das Stempelklischee in der Transportstellung nachzufärben ist es vorteilhaft, wenn der Stempel einen am Basisteil schwenkbar gelagerten, ein Farbkissen aufnehmenden Farbkissenträger aufweist, wobei in der aufgesteckten Transportstellung der Abdeckkappe das Stempelklischee auf dem Farbkissen aufliegt.
Die Erfindung wird nachstehend anhand von in den Zeichnungen dargestellten bevorzugten Ausführungsbeispielen, auf die sie jedoch nicht beschränkt sein soll, noch näher erläutert. Im Einzelnen zeigen in der Zeichnung:
Fig. 1 eine perspektivische Ansicht einer länglichen Stempelvorrichtung mit einer an einem Ende eines stiftförmigen Basisteils angeordneten Stempelrolle und einem an dem gegenüberliegenden Ende vorgesehenen Leuchtstift;
Fig. 2 einen Schnitt gemäß der Linie II-II in Fig. 1; Fig. 2a eine Draufsicht auf das die Stempelrolle aufweisende Ende der Stempelvorrichtung;
Fig. 3 und 4 perspektivische Ansichten einer länglichen Stempelvorrichtung, bei welcher auf dem der Stempelrolle gegenüberliegenden Ende des Basisteils eine schwenkbar gelagerte Stempelplatte vorgesehen ist;

In Fig. 1 ist eine längliche Stempelvorrichtung 1 mit einem im Wesentlichen stiftförmigen Basisteil 2 gezeigt, welcher zwei gegenüberliegende Enden 2, 2' aufweist. An dem Ende 2' des im Querschnitt im Wesentlichen rechteckigen Basisteils 2 ist hierbei eine Stempelrolle 3 drehbar gelagert.
Um während des Transports der Stempelvorrichtung 1, bzw. wenn gerade kein Farbauftrag vorgenommen werden soll, etwaige Verschmutzungen zu verhindern, ist eine Abdeckkappe 4 vorgesehen, welche auf dem Ende 2' aufgesteckt werden kann und in der aufgesteckten Stellung die Stempelrolle 3 abdeckt. Hinsichtlich eines zuverlässigen Aufschnappens der Abdeckkappe 4 auf dem Ende 21 des Basisteils 2 weist dieser an seinen Schmalseiten jeweils eine Rastnase 5 auf, welche in einer entsprechenden Rastnut in der Abdeckkappe 4 einschnappt.
Bei dem in Fig. 1 gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel ist an dem gegenüberliegenden Ende 2 ' ' des stiftförmigen Basisteils 2 ein stiftförmiges Farbauftragselement 6 eines Leuchtstiftes bzw. Textmarkers 7 ersichtlich, welches in den Basisteil 2 der länglichen Stempelvorrichtung 1 integriert ist. Auch auf dem Ende 2'1 des Basisteils 2 ist zur Vermeidung von Verschmutzung während des Nichtgebrauchs des Leuchtstiftes 7 eine Abdeckkappe 8 aufsteckbar.
In Fig. 2 ist im Detail die Stempelrolle 3 gezeigt, wobei in der Schnittdarstellung ersichtlich ist, dass ein ein Stempelbild aufweisendes Stempelklischee 9 um eine Drehachse 10 gewickelt ist. Die Drehachse 10 wird hierbei von zwei über eine reibschlüssige Stift-Loch-Verbindung 11 zusammengesetzten Achsabschnitten 12, 12' gebildet, welche jeweils eine seitliche Abdeckscheibe 13, 13' aufweisen. An die Abdeckscheiben 13, 13' schließen Lagerstifte 14, 14' an, die zur drehbaren Lagerung der Stempelrolle 3 in einer Lagerbuchse 3' des Basisteils 2 aufgenommen sind (vgl. Fig. 1) .
Wie insbesondere in Fig. 2a ersichtlich ist die Drehachse 10 parallel, und im gezeigten Fall sogar zusammenfallend, mit einer längeren Querschnitts- bzw. Symmetrieachse 18' des im Querschnitt rechteckigen Basisteils 2 angeordnet. Der in Fig. 1 gezeigte rechteckige Basisteil 2 weist ebenso wie der in den Fig. 3 bis 7 im Querschnitt im Wesentlichen elliptische Basisteil 2, wie in Fig. 2a ersichtlich, zwei Symmetrie- bzw. Querschnittach- sen 18', 18'' auf, wobei die Längserstreckung des Basisteils in Richtung der Querschnittsachse 18' eine größere ist als im Bereich der Querschnittsachse 18''. Um den Benutzer eine ergonomische Anwendung der Stempelrolle 3 zu ermöglichen, ist die Drehachse 10 der Stempelrolle 3 jeweils parallel bzw. zusammenfallend mit der Querschnittsachse 18' angeordnet.
In den Fig. 3 und 4 ist ein alternatives Ausführungsbeispiel gezeigt, bei welchem ein im Querschnitt im Wesentlichen elliptischer Basisteil 2 vorgesehen ist, und bei welchem an dem dem Ende 2' (an welchem die Stempelrolle 3 angeordnet ist) gegenüberliegenden Ende 2 ' ' anstelle des Leuchtstifts 7 ein Stempel 15 mit einer auf einem Haltearm 16 des Basisteils 2 schwenkbar gelagerten Stempelplatte 17 vorgesehen ist. Zum Aufbringen eines Stempelbilds ist auf der Stempelplatte 17 ein Stempelklischee 17' angeordnet, das in einer Transport- bzw. Einfärbestellung, in welcher eine in den Fig. 5a und 5b gezeigte Abdeckkappe 8' auf dem Basisteil 2 aufgesteckt ist, an einem Farbkissen 19 anliegt, das in einem am Basisteil 2 ebenfalls schwenkbar gelagerten Farbkissenträger 20 aufgenommen ist.
In Fig. 6 ist die Stempelvorrichtung 1 gemäß den Fig. 3 und 4 in einer Transportstellung gezeigt, in welcher die Abdeckkappe 8' über die Stempelplatte 17 und den Farbkissenträger 20 gestülpt ist und auf dem Basisteil 2 aufgeschnappt ist. Ebenso ist in Fig. 6 eine Abdeckkappe 4' in einer verschwenkten, über die Transportrolle 3 gestülpten Transportstellung gezeigt.
Wie in Fig. 7 ersichtlich, ist zum Überführen der Abdeckkappe 4' in eine Auftragsstellung die Abdeckkappe 4 ' um eine Schwenkachse 21 schwenkbar gelagert, welche parallel zu der schmäleren Querschnittsachse des im Querschnitt im Wesentlichen elliptischen Basisteils 2 angeordnet ist. Hierdurch ist zuverlässig gewährleistet, dass die Abdeckkappe 4' auch in der Auftragsstellung der Stempelrolle 3 nicht verloren geht.
Zudem kann die gesamte Stempelvorrichtung 1 mit Hilfe eines Aufsteckclips 22, welcher an der Abdeckkappe 8' angeordnet ist, auf einfache Weise in einer Hemd- bzw. Sakkotasche befestigt werden. Wesentlich ist jedoch lediglich, dass zusätzlich zu dem mit der Stempelrolle 3 aufzubringenden Stempelbild eine weitere Farbauftragsvorrichtung 7, 15 in einem einzigen im Querschnitt im Wesentlichen rechteckigen oder elliptischen Basisteil 2 integriert ist, wobei die Drehachse 10 der Stempelrolle 3 parallel zur Längserstreckungsrichtung des Basisteils im Querschnitt angeordnet ist.

Claims

_ O Q —Patentansprüche :
1. Längliche Stempelvorrichtung (1) mit einem zwei gegenüberliegende Enden (2', 2'1) aufweisenden stiftförmigen Basisteil (2), an dessen einem Ende (2') eine auf einer Drehachse (10) drehbar gelagerte Stempelrolle (3) angeordnet ist, zu deren Aufnahme in einer Transportstellung eine auf dem Basisteil (2) befestigbare Abdeckkappe (4, 4') vorgesehen ist, wobei auf dem gegenüberliegenden Ende (21 1) des Basisteils (2) eine weitere Farbauftragsvorrichtung (7, 15) vorgesehen ist, zu deren Aufnahme in einer Transportstellung eine weitere auf dem Basisteil (2) befestigbare Abdeckkappe (8, 8') vorgesehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Basisteil (2) im Querschnitt im Wesentlichen rechteckig oder elliptisch ist und sich die Drehachse (10) der Stempelrolle (3) parallel zur längeren der beiden Querschnittsachsen (18', 18' ') erstreckt.
2. Stempelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stempelrolle (3) ein eingefärbtes, um eine Drehachse
(10) gewickeltes Stempelklischee (9) umfasst.
3. Stempelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest eine Abdeckkappe (4, 8, 8') von einem Ende (21, 2'') des Basisteils (2) frei abnehmbar ist.
4. Stempelvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die die Stempelrolle (3) aufnehmende Abdeckkappe (41) am Basisteil (2) schwenkbar gelagert ist.
5. Stempelvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als weitere Farbauftragsvorrichtung (7) ein stiftförmiges Farbauftragselement (6) vorgesehen ist.
6. Stempelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als weitere Farbauftragsvorrichtung (7) ein eine fluoreszierende Farbe abgebender Leuchtstift vorgesehen ist.
7. Stempelvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als weitere Farbauftragsvorrichtung (15) ein eine Stempelplatte (17) umfassender Stempel (15) vorgesehen ist, wobei auf der Stempelplatte (17) ein Stempelklischee (17') angeordnet ist und die Stempelplatte (17) an einem Haltearm (16) des Basisteils (2) schwenkbar gelagert ist.

Stempelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stempel (15) einen am Basisteil (2) schwenkbar gelagerten, ein Farbkissen (19) aufnehmenden Farbkissenträger (20) aufweist, wobei in der aufgestecken Transportstellung der Abdeckkappe (8') das Stempelklischee (17') auf dem Farbkissen (19) aufliegt.
