Claims (12)
- Dispositif (1) pour frapper une pluralité de prépliages dans une couche de matériau (22), comprenant un corps de cylindre principal (2) placé sur un arbre rotatif (3) de manière résistante à la torsion et une pluralité d'éléments de support (8, 9) encastrés dans le corps de cylindre principal (2) pour positionner et/ou fixer un premier tôle de feuille métallique (5) ayant une première arête de prépliage (6) sur la surface périphérique (4) du corps de cylindre principal (2),
caractérisé en ce
qu'un dispositif de support (13) est prévu qui peut être tourné angulairement autour de l'axe longitudinal (7) de l'arbre rotatif (3) et qui est conçu pour positionner et/ou fixer au moins un second tôle de feuille métallique (11) additionnel ayant une seconde arête de prépliage (14). - Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que
le dispositif de support (13) comprend deux corps de cylindre supplémentaires (13) qui sont disposés sur les deux côtés de bout du corps de cylindre principal (2) et qui sont logés de manière réglable rotativement sur l'arbre rotatif (3). - Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 2,
caractérisé en ce
qu'un ou chaque corps de cylindre supplémentaire (13) peut être fixé relativement à l'arbre rotatif (3) au moyen d'un système de serrage et/ou au moyen d'une pluralité d'aimants dans la région des surfaces de couverture du corps de cylindre supplémentaire (13) et du corps de cylindre principal (2), qui sont à chaque fois opposé l'une à l'autre des côtés frontaux. - Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 2 ou 3,
caractérisé en ce
qu'une pluralité d'éléments de support (8a, 9a) est encastrée dans le ou chaque corps de cylindre supplémentaire (13) pour fixer le second tôle de feuille métallique (11) sur la surface périphérique (16) du ou de chaque corps de cylindre supplémentaire (13). - Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4,
caractérisé en ce
qu'un élément d'aimant (8, 8a) est prévu comme élément de support (8, 8a, 9, 9a). - Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5,
qu'une broche (9, 9a) est prévue comme élément de support (8, 8a, 9, 9a), l'axe longitudinal de la dite broche (9, 9a) étant orienté essentiellement radialement à la surface périphérique (4) du corps de cylindre principal (2) ou d'un corps de cylindre supplémentaire (13). - Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 2 et selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce
qu'un listel de serrage est prévu pour positionner et/ou fixer le premier tôle de feuille métallique (5) ou le second tôle de feuille métallique (11) sur le corps de cylindre principal (2) ou sur un ou chaque corps de cylindre supplémentaire (13). - Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 2 et selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que
le premier et/ou le second tôle de feuille métallique (5, 11) sont à chaque fois in chaque case courbés in correspondance avec le corps de cylindre principal (2) ou le ou chaque corps de cylindre supplémentaire (13), afin de former un contact sur la surface entière ou sur une surface locale avec la surface périphérique (4, 16) du dit corps de cylindre principal (2) ou le ou chaque corps de cylindre supplémentaire (13). - Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8,
caractérisé en ce que
le premier tôle de feuille métallique (5) et le second tôle de feuille métallique (11) ont des formes des bords finaux (17, 18) qui sond à chaque fois en correspondance l'une avec l'autre, de façon que le second tôle de feuille métallique (11) peut être positionné de manière variable relativement au premier tôle de feuille métallique (5) en ce qui concerne le sens de rotation (20) de l'arbre rotatif (3), les tôles de feuille métallique (5, 11) s'engrenant mutuellement au même temps. - Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 9,
caractérisé en ce que
le premier tôle de feuille métallique (5) et le second tôle de feuille métallique (11) sont munis d'un système d'endentement conçu pour l'engrènement. - Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10,
caractérisé en ce que
le corps de cylindre principal (2) et/ou un ou chaque corps de cylindre supplémentaire (13) sont munis à chaque fois d'une pluralité d'ouvertures d'air d'aspiration (25) qui débouchent dans la surface périphérique (4, 16) respective et qui sont conçues pour être accouplées à un système d'aspiration d'air. - Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11,
caractérisé en ce que
le corps de cylindre principal (2) et/ou le ou chaque corps de cylindre supplémentaire (13) ont un diamètre dans la gamme de 60 mm à 300 mm.
