Claims (9)
- Utilisation d'un dispositif de coupe dans un dispositif d'étiquetage (1) pour détacher les diverses étiquettes d'un matériau d'étiquette présentant une forme de ruban ou de bande, sachant que le dispositif de coupe est équipé d'au moins un élément de machine (4) entraîné en rotation autour d'un axe de machine (3) et d'au moins un premier élément de couteau (5) formant une première lame (6) et prévu au niveau de l'élément de machine (4), lequel élément de couteau coopère, lorsque l'élément de machine (4) est en rotation, avec une deuxième lame (8) d'au moins un deuxième élément de couteau (7) en formant une fente de coupe (10), sachant que le premier élément de couteau (5) présente, au moins dans la zone de sa lame (6, 8), une dureté, qui est supérieure à la dureté du deuxième élément de couteau (7), et sachant que la lame est produite au niveau de l'élément de couteau de dureté inférieure par enlèvement de matériau à l'aide de la lame (6) de l'élément de couteau (5) réalisé de manière plus dure, et sachant que l'élément de couteau présentant la dureté inférieure du fait de sa dureté inférieure peut être usiné par enlèvement de matériau ou par enlèvement de copeaux par la lame au moins au nombre de une présentant une dureté plus importante, sachant que le deuxième élément de couteau (7) est constitué d'aluminium et est anodisé au niveau de sa surface.

- Utilisation d'un dispositif de coupe selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le deuxième élément de couteau (7) au moins au nombre de un est prévu de manière à ne pas tourner avec l'élément de machine (4) au niveau du dispositif de coupe (1), mais de manière à pouvoir avancer sur ledit élément de machine (4) ou sur une orbite du premier élément de couteau (5).
- Utilisation d'un dispositif de coupe selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisée en ce que le deuxième élément de couteau (7) au moins au nombre de un est prévu sur la périphérie d'un autre élément de machine (4a), lequel peut être entraîné en rotation autour d'un axe de machine (3a), et ce de manière adaptée à l'élément de machine (4).
- Utilisation d'un dispositif de coupe selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que l'autre élément de machine (4a) peut être entraîné en rotation dans le sens inverse ou dans le sens inverse par rapport à l'élément de machine (4).
- Utilisation d'un dispositif de coupe selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le premier élément de couteau (5) et/ou le deuxième élément de couteau (7) sont réalisés avec une surface (5.1, 7.1) plane formant la lame (6, 8), laquelle surface est orientée dans un plan (E) incluant la lame (6, 8), de manière transversale par rapport au déplacement du premier élément de couteau (5) lorsque l'élément de machine (4) est en rotation.
- Utilisation d'un dispositif de coupe selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par au moins deux premiers et/ou deuxièmes éléments de couteau (5, 7).
- Utilisation d'un dispositif de coupe selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la lame (6) du premier élément de couteau (5) au moins au nombre de un est orientée par son extension longitudinale en direction de l'axe de machine (3) de l'élément de machine (4) et se déplace, lorsque l'élément de machine (4) est en rotation, sur une surface cylindrique circulaire renfermant l'axe de machine (3).
- Utilisation d'un dispositif de coupe selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le premier élément de machine (4) et/ou le deuxième élément de machine (4a) sont un arbre de couteau ou un élément fonctionnel présentant une forme de tambour, par exemple un tambour d'étiquettes ou un tambour sous vide d'un dispositif d'étiquetage.
