- Dispositif constitué d'un matériau plat repliable destiné à former des casiers de réception de récipients, avec- au moins deux bandes longitudinales (5, 6) parallèles- au moins deux ailes transversales (22, 23, 26, 27, 32, 33, 36, 37) raccordées aux bandes longitudinales par le biais de premières lignes de pliage (16, 17, 18, 19), des ailes transversales raccordées à des bandes longitudinales (5, 6) voisines étant raccordées entre elles dans des zones de chevauchement (24, 34) et- au moins une bande transversale (7) raccordée à deux bandes longitudinales voisines par le biais de deuxièmes lignes de pliage (3, 4), caractérisé en ce quela bande transversale (7) présente au moins un tronçon qui, dans une interruption d'autres premières lignes de pliage et/ou de la deuxième ligne de pliage (103, 104 ; 3, 4), est raccordé à une aile transversale (12, 13).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, avec au moins une bande transversale (7) raccordée à deux bandes longitudinales voisines par le biais d'ailes transversales (12, 13) et de premières lignes de pliage (103, 104) ou un tronçon d'une bande transversale (7).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, dans lequel au moins une aile transversale (22) est, dans une interruption de la première ligne de pliage (16), raccordée à une autre aile transversale (26).
- Dispositif selon une des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel au moins une aile transversale (22) est découpée à partir d'une bande longitudinale (5).
- Dispositif selon une des revendications 1 à 4, dans lequel au moins une zone de chevauchement présente au moins une languette, une attache (24, 34) ou une autre saillie qui dépasse d'une aile transversale (23, 33).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5, dans lequel il est affecté à la saillie une découpe (25, 35) complémentaire d'une aile transversale (13, 27) qui est voisine de l'aile transversale (23, 33) portant la saillie, dans la même bande longitudinale (6).
- Dispositif selon une des revendications 1 à 6, dans lequel les ailes transversales (23, 33, 26, 36) sont raccordées les unes aux autres par le biais de collages.
- Dispositif selon une des revendications 1 à 7, dans lequel les bandes longitudinales (5, 6) présentent respectivement plusieurs ailes transversales (22, 23, 26, 27, 32, 33, 36, 37).
- Dispositif selon une des revendications 2 à 8, dans lequel la bande transversale (7) ou le tronçon de la bande transversale (7) est raccordé(e) d'un seul tenant à au moins une aile transversale (12, 13).
- Dispositif selon une des revendications 1 à 9, dans lequel au moins une bande longitudinale (5, 6) présente au moins une zone d'extrémité (10, 11) qui dépasse de la deuxième ligne de pliage (3, 4) d'une bande transversale (7) voisine ou de la première ligne de pliage d'une aile transversale voisine.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 10, dans lequel la zone d'extrémité (10, 11) dépasse de la deuxième ligne de pliage (3, 4) ou de la première ligne de pliage sur une distance correspondant au diamètre d'un récipient.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 11, dans lequel les deux bandes longitudinales (5, 6) extérieures présentent respectivement au moins une zone d'extrémité (10, 11) faisant saillie sur une distance correspondant au diamètre d'un récipient.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 11 ou la revendication 12, dans lequel les zones d'extrémité (10, 11) en saillie des bandes longitudinales (5, 6) extérieures sont diamétralement opposées.
- Dispositif selon une des revendications 1 à 13, dans lequel au moins une aile transversale (22, 23, 26, 27, 32, 33, 36, 37), qui est raccordée à une bande longitudinale (5, 6) disposée à l'extérieur, présente, au-dessus de la ligne de pliage raccordant l'arête transversale à la bande longitudinale, une projection maximale qui correspond au diamètre d'un récipient.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 14, dans lequel les bandes longitudinales (5, 6) extérieures présentent respectivement au moins deux ailes transversales avec une projection correspondante.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 14 ou 15, dans lequel la bande longitudinale (5, 6) extérieure a deux ailes transversales avec une projection correspondante à hauteur de deux zones d'extrémité diamétralement opposées.
- Dispositif selon une des revendications 1 à 16, qui a deux ou trois bandes longitudinales (5, 6).
- Dispositif selon une des revendications 1 à 17, qui a une ou deux bandes transversales (7).
- Dispositif selon une des revendications 1 à 18, qui est replié de sorte que des bandes longitudinales (5, 6) voisines sont l'une sur l'autre, et de sorte que les ailes transversales (22, 23, 26, 27, 32, 33, 36, 37) sont au moins partiellement pliées vers l'intérieur dans les bandes longitudinales (5, 6) auxquelles elles sont raccordées.
- Dispositif selon une des revendications 1 à 19, qui est dressé de sorte que les bandes transversales (7) et les ailes transversales (22, 23, 26, 27, 32, 33, 36, 37) sont disposées transversalement aux bandes longitudinales (5, 6).
- Dispositif selon une des revendications 1 à 20, qui délimite six, neuf, douze, seize, dix-huit, vingt ou vingt-quatre casiers.
- Dispositif selon une des revendications 1 à 21, en carton.
- Pièce découpée pour la formation d'un dispositif selon une des revendications 1 à 22, avec une bande (2) constituée à partir d'un matériau plat repliable, qui présente au moins deux premières et/ou deuxièmes lignes de pliage (103, 104, 3, 4) dirigées perpendiculairement à sa direction longitudinale qui limitent, elles-mêmes et/ou leurs prolongements imaginaires, respectivement une bande longitudinale (5, 6) sur un côté et une bande transversale (7) sur les deux côtés, qui présente dans chaque bande longitudinale (5, 6) au moins une premières ligne de pliage, (16, 17, 18, 19) s'étendant perpendiculairement à la direction longitudinale, des extrémités de laquelle part une découpe délimitant une aile transversale (22, 23, 26, 27, 32, 33, 36, 37), des ailes transversales de bandes longitudinales voisines dont les premières lignes de pliage ont la même distance à la bande transversale, s'étirant dans la direction longitudinale de la bande sur des distances à leurs premières lignes de pliage dont la somme dépasse la largeur de la bande transversale (7) voisine, caractérisé en ce que,
dans le cas de la pièce découpée, les premières lignes de pliage (103, 104) délimitant la bande transversale (7) ou un tronçon de la bande transversale (7) sont interrompues, des ailes transversales (12, 13) partent à partir des extrémités extérieures des premières lignes de pliage (103, 104) dans des découpes limitant la bande longitudinale (5, 6), lesquelles ailes transversales sont raccordées entre les extrémités intérieures des premières lignes de pliage à la bande transversale (7) ou à un tronçon de la bande transversale (7). - Pièce découpée selon la revendication 23, dans laquelle la bande transversale (7) ou au moins un tronçon de la bande transversale (7) est raccordé(e) à la bande longitudinale (5, 6) par le biais des deuxièmes lignes de pliage (3, 4).
- Pièce découpée selon la revendication 23 ou 24, dans laquelle au moins deux ailes transversales (22, 23, 26, 27, 32, 33, 36, 37) sont articulées sur la bande longitudinale (5, 6) par le biais d'une première ligne de pliage (16, 17, 18, 19) interrompue, une bande transversale étant délimitée par une ligne de découpe qui part des extrémités extérieures de la première ligne de pliage interrompue, et une autre aile transversale étant délimitée par une première ligne de découpe qui part des extrémités intérieures de la même première ligne de pliage interrompue et qui s'étend sur l'autre côté de la première ligne de pliage interrompue.
- Pièce découpée selon une des revendications 23 à 25, dans laquelle, dans au moins une bande longitudinale (5, 6), des ailes transversales (23, 33) voisines présentent au moins une languette faisant saillie dans la direction longitudinale, une attache ou une autre saillie (24, 34), et une découpe (25, 35) recevant ceux-ci.
- Pièce découpée selon une des revendications 23 à 26, dans laquelle les premières et/ou les deuxièmes lignes de pliage (103, 104, 3, 4) qui délimitent une bande transversale (7) ou un tronçon de la bande transversale (7) sont des lignes de pliage interrompues dont partent, depuis leurs extrémités intérieures et/ou extérieures, des découpes qui délimitent une zone d'extrémité en saillie des bandes longitudinales.
- Pièce découpée selon une des revendications 23 à 27, en carton.
- Emballage avec un suremballage en matériau plat repliable contenant au moins un dispositif (1) selon une des revendications 1 à 22.
- Emballage selon la revendication 29, dans lequel le suremballage (44) est essentiellement de forme parallélépipédique.
- Emballage selon la revendication 30, dans lequel le dispositif (1) est raccordé au suremballage (44) par le biais d'attaches côté extrémité à des bandes longitudinales et/ou à des ailes transversales.
- Emballage selon la revendication 31, dans lequel les attaches sont raccordées au suremballage (44) par le biais de collages.
- Emballage selon une des revendications 29 à 32, dans lequel les parois latérales du suremballage (44) sont raccordées les unes aux autres par des lignes de pliage, et le suremballage est plié en une enveloppe à plat dans laquelle est disposé le dispositif (1) replié.
- Emballage selon une des revendications 29 à 33, dans lequel le suremballage (44) et le dispositif (1) sont dressés.
- Emballage selon une des revendications 29 à 34, dans lequel le suremballage (44) est composé de carton.
- Emballage selon une des revendications 29 à 35, contenant des récipients qui sont insérés dans les casiers formés par le dispositif (1).
- Emballage selon la revendication 36, dans lequel les récipients sont des bouteilles.
