Definitions
- the invention relates to an electromagnetic coil with a bobbin, a winding of coil wire and two contact pins to which the ends of the coil wire are connected.
- the electromagnetic coil When using the electromagnetic coil, it may come to relative movements, which are transmitted via a soldered circuit board or a plug on the pins and thereby lead to a load on the contact.
- the US 2004/0252003 A1 discloses an electromagnetic coil according to the preamble of claim 1, wherein contact pins are arranged at the end of an arcuate and resilient retaining element.
- the ends of the coil wire are fixed to contact stirrups, which are inserted into recesses of a holding device.
- a protruding from the recess part of the contact bracket each forms a contact pin.
- the invention is therefore based on the object to improve the electromagnetic coil to the effect that the contact is relieved.
- the electromagnetic coil according to the invention comprises a bobbin, a winding of coil wire and two contact pins, wherein the contact pins are secured to at least one resilient retaining element and movable relative to the bobbin.
- the holding member is arcuate and integrally formed with the bobbin, and the ends of the coil wire are fixed to the movable / resilient contact pins.
- the arcuate holding element has recesses for receiving the coil body to the contact pins Leading coil wire, wherein the coil wire is guided in the recesses in the region of the arc-shaped holding element from the contact pins to the point where the holding element is attached to the bobbin.
- the resilient contact pins can compensate for any relative movements and thereby avoid unwanted loading of the contact.
- the holding element can be supported on one or both sides of the bobbin.
- the contact pins are fastened in a middle region of the holding element.
- a wire deflection is provided in order to deflect the lead from the bobbin to the contact pins coil wire before it is received in the recess of the support member.
- the wire deflection facilitates in particular the handling with an automatic winding device.
- the electromagnetic coil shown in the drawing has a bobbin 1 with a winding of coil wire 2 and two contact pins 3, 4.
- the two ends 2a, 2b of the coil wire 2 are fixed to the contact pins 3 and 4, respectively. This can be done for example by soldering or Anwickeln.
- the contact pins 3, 4 are mounted on a resilient retaining element 5, which is formed in the illustrated embodiment arcuate and integral with the bobbin.
- the holding element is here supported with its two end portions 5a, 5b on the bobbin, wherein contact pins 3, 4 are fixed in a central region of the holding element.
- both contact pins 3, 4 are arranged on the same holding element, a separate, resilient retaining element can be provided in the invention for each contact pin.
- the coil wire 2 is guided in the region of the holding element 5 of the contact pins 3 and 4 to at least to the point at which the holding element is mounted on the bobbin in recesses 6, 7. In this way it is ensured that the contact pins 3, 4 are movable relative to the bobbin 1, but on the other hand, the coil wire is not damaged by these relative movements.
- a wire deflection 8 (FIG. Fig. 1 ) intended.
- the coil wire 2 coming from the winding can be guided before the wire deflection 8 in a groove 9 formed in the bobbin 1.
- the wire guide 8 thus deflects the coil wire from the groove 9 of the bobbin into the recess 6 or 7 of the holding element 5.
- the stroke of the holding element 5 can be limited by stops in both directions.
- stops 10, 11 are provided on one side of the holding element, which cooperate for example with a yoke 12 of the electromagnetic coil. From the center position of the holding element 5 is according to Figure 3 a stroke X2 possible.
- the stops in the other direction of movement are formed in the illustrated embodiment by the lower ends 3a, 4a of the contact pins 3, 4, which cooperate with a counter surface, in particular the bobbin 1 and allow a stroke X1.
- the spring properties of the holding element 5 can be adjusted by its geometry (length, width, thickness).
- the electromagnetic coil is further provided with positioning means, in particular a positioning pin 13, which is preferably formed integrally with the bobbin 1. This positioning pin is used to align the coil or for correct orientation of the movable or resilient contact pins 3, 4 in a housing.
- the one-piece or one-piece design of the holding element 5 with the bobbin 1 allows a cost-effective production. Furthermore, damage to the coil wire is avoided by its placement in the recess or groove of the holding element 5.

Description
- Fig. 1
- Fig. 2
- eine schematische Seitenansicht der
Fig. 1 , - Fig. 3
- Fig. 4
- eine Schnittdarstellung längs der Line A-A der
Fig. 3 .
Fig. 1 ) vorgesehen.
Fig.3 ein Hub X2 möglich.
