Definitions

  • the invention relates to a support sleeve for thin and / or high heels of women's shoes with a provided for receiving a paragraph, as closed at one end cap body having a relation to the base of the male heel substantially larger base and fastener for attachment to the heel , Which support sleeve on its inner circumference circumferential ribs or fins for fixing on the shoulder which form a thread, such that the support sleeve can be screwed from below onto the shoulder.
  • So-called "high heels” of women's shoes usually have only a very small contact area, so that they exert a correspondingly high pressure on the ground. Walking with such shoes on numerous surfaces is therefore problematic. This applies, for example, to lawns, cobblestone streets, gravel paths, or even areas with holes in the floor, such as manhole covers, gratings, wooden planks, etc. Because of the high pressure exerted, there is more than a risk of the wearer moving in soft ground areas. On the other hand, the high pressure can also damage many surfaces such as parquet floors, plastic floors, etc., so that entry of such floors is often prohibited, at least in public buildings, for wearers of high heel shoes.
  • the invention has for its object to provide a device that allows wearers of shoes with thin and / or high heels to support sufficiently on soft or irregular ground surfaces.
  • the support sleeve consists of a lower, fixed part and an upper, soft, thin-walled part, which serves to cover the upper part of the recorded paragraph and that the upper, designed as a cuff area collapsible or rollable is or consists of individual slats.
  • the load of the wearer may well be distributed to a surface which is many times larger than the base of the recorded heel.
  • the surface pressure is thereby significantly reduced compared to that of the male heel, so that damage to sensitive wood and plastic floors can be avoided. Even a sinking in lawns or on gravel paths can be excluded.
  • the support sleeve according to the invention should be easy and can be mounted on a shoe heel with a few simple steps. This makes standing and walking much more comfortable. Depending on the embodiment of the kick can be cushioned and thus relieved back and spine. The heels themselves are protected from damage.
  • the support sleeve thus has a bottom on which the normal shoe heel is supported.
  • the support sleeve according to the invention are on the inner circumferential surface elastic circumferential threads, which are displaced by the incoming shoe heel and hold the paragraph after insertion.
  • the support sleeve has a sleeve body, in which the sleeve bore has on the inside projecting, forming a thread ribs, such that the support sleeve can be screwed onto the shoulder from below.
  • the support sleeve is closed at one end by a bottom, so that could also be spoken by a support cap.
  • the support cap is screwed onto the high heel from below and considerably increases the footprint of the heel.
  • the support sleeve is preferably made of elastic TPU or silicone rubber. Determining the Shore hardness can be left to a specialist. Firstly, the ribs with the threads on the inside of the sleeve bore must be relatively soft so that they do not damage sensitive heels. On the other hand, however, the closed ground must be strong enough to carry the load of the heel. The support sleeve could therefore also have locally different hardness.
  • the support sleeve need not be substantially cylindrical on the outside, as the term sleeve might suggest. Rather, the support sleeve on the outside have a rounded, finally even spherical shape. In particular, the shape of the support sleeve can also be subordinated to optical, decorative aspects. This can be done by color, but also by form.
  • the thread-shaped ribs inside the sleeve bore may be formed on their back substantially wedge-shaped, so that they can hold well on the heel that they are supposed to protect. On the other hand, they should not damage those heels that are covered with fine leather, for example.
  • the material is therefore preferably relatively soft, especially in the region of these threads.
  • a flexible cuff is provided in the upper region of the heel on the support sleeve, which can be pushed together like an accordion if the height of the heel is correspondingly smaller.
  • a vent hole may be provided, for example, in the bottom surface or in a less conspicuous lateral position.
  • the shape of the base of the support sleeve can be chosen arbitrarily.
  • fashionable aspects can play a role.
  • a conventional support sleeve is shown in the open position in a vertical section.
  • the support sleeve is designated 10.
  • the support sleeve can be opened in the manner of a calyx and collapse around this after inserting a shoe heel.
  • the support sleeve has individual, outwardly bendable strips 12,14, which emanate from the periphery of a lower bottom 16.
  • the strips In the lower inner region, the strips have inwardly directed projections 18, 20, which are loaded by an entering shoe heel. As a result, the strips are at least slightly bent inwards.
  • the strips 12, 14 are placed around the shoe heel, not shown around and compressed.
  • a pre-rolled on the paragraph rubber ring, such as an O-ring 22 can be rolled down from the upper end of the heel onto the support sleeve and insert into a circumferential groove 24 on the outside of the strips 12,14.
  • the strips remain in the in Fig. 2 shown closed position around the heel of the shoe around.
  • the shoe heel which is pushed into the interior of the support sleeve, has a substantially smaller footprint than the support sleeve 10
  • the bottom 16 has a linsenfömige curvature in the embodiment shown.
  • a suitable stiffening such as a metal plate, be inserted.
  • Fig. 3 shows another embodiment of the support sleeve.
  • This embodiment is particularly suitable for paragraphs of different heights, as it is composed of individual, superimposed rings 26.28,30 of elastomeric materials, such as natural rubber or silicone rubber or an elastomeric plastic.
  • the cross sections of the individual rings are in 4 and 5 shown.
  • the ring 26 from the upper position is a simple, elastic ring, while the ring 30 in the lower position have a solid bottom 32 on which the male heel must be supported.
  • this bottom 32 has a vent hole 34, which may be useful if the paragraph is taken under air seal. To close the vent hole 34, an unillustrated plug can be provided.
  • support sleeve 40 consists of a lower, fixed part 42 and an upper, soft, thin-walled part 44, which serves to cover the upper part of the recorded paragraph and thereby allows adaptation to the height of the paragraph.
  • the upper, flexible part 44 can be concertina-like pushed together or rolled up in the manner of a turtle neck or otherwise collapse. This is in Fig. 7 clarified.
  • the lower part is made of relatively rigid material and has on its inner circumferential wall ribs or fins 46, which are formed in the illustrated embodiment as a kind of threads. These fins 46 serve to hold the support sleeve 40 on the heel of a shoe.
  • a rigid plate 48 In the lower part of the receiving opening for the heel is a rigid plate 48, on which the heel is supported.
  • a support sleeve according to the invention can be formed in a further embodiment by a helically coiled spring which is coated with a rubber-like material made of natural or silicone rubber.
  • the end of the coil spring can be flattened and closed in the middle. Due to the helical shape, a very favorable force transmission of the vertical forces is achieved on the support sleeve.
  • Fig. 8 shows a further embodiment of a conventional support sleeve.
  • the support sleeve is indeed sleeve-shaped and has an inner cavity.
  • the outer shape is, however, strongly spherical rounded and otherwise provided with facets that serve the purposes of decoration.
  • a thread thread of elastic ribs is shown inside hinted form a thread 50, which allow it to screw the support sleeve downright on a high heel. In this way, the support sleeve obtains a tight fit on the shoulder, without the risk that the paragraph is damaged when attaching the support sleeve.
  • Fig. 9 shows an enlarged vertical section through a support sleeve according to Fig. 1 , Is recognizable in Fig. 9 in particular the thread 50 in the interior of the sleeve bore. Visible is also the strongly rounded outer shape.
  • the ribs 50 are tapered in a wedge shape on their backs, which are directed inwards. In this way, the ribs can be easily screwed onto the heel of the shoe, and they achieve a relatively firm grip on the heel.
  • Fig. 10 shows a shape of the support sleeve from the bottom.
  • the facet-shaped design of the support sleeve on the outside is also recognizable here.
  • the support sleeve shown here can be supplemented by additional elastic support sleeves, which are constructed on the same principle as the support sleeve shown here, but have no closed bottom. Through several such support sleeves, the paragraph can cover over its entire height, and it creates a buffer effect on appearance.
  • the support sleeve itself may be formed of such rings that enclose the paragraph over its entire height.
