Claims (35)

    au moins une fente (14) étant réalisée au moins dans la partie d'extrémité avant par rapport au sens du déplacement du corps de planche de glisse, dans sa partie centrale relativement à la largeur (13) du corps de planche de glisse, cette fente s'étendant dans le sens de la profondeur (flèche 15) à partir du côté supérieur (7) du corps de planche de glisse en direction du revêtement de la surface de glisse (10) et, relativement à sa direction longitudinale, dans la partie entre un dispositif de fixation (3) pour une liaison avec le pied de l'utilisateur et l'extrémité avant du corps de planche de glisse, et est globalement parallèle à la direction longitudinale du corps de planche de glisse et est conçue pour causer un affaiblissement de section et de réduire la rigidité du corps de planche de glisse transversalement par rapport à sa direction longitudinale,

    caractérisé en ce que la fente (14) s'étend à travers le revêtement de la surface de glisse (10) et est recouverte par un élément de pontage (22), cet élément de pontage (22) pouvant être dilaté ou élargi de manière élastique au moins transversalement par rapport à l'extension longitudinale de la fente (14), et en ce que des bordures latérales (33, 34) de l'élément de pontage (22) sont raccordées au revêtement de la surface de glisse (10) ou en ce que la fente (14) s'étend jusqu'au côté supérieur du revêtement de la surface de glisse (10), le revêtement de la surface de glisse (10) constituant l'élément de pontage (22), et en ce que l'élément de pontage (22) est conçu de façon à ce qu'il empêche la pénétration de neige à l'intérieur de la fente (14) à partir du revêtement de la surface de glisse (10) en direction du côté supérieur (7) du corps de planche de glisse.
  2. Ski ou snowboard selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de pontage (22) comprend au moins une partie de dilatation (25) pouvant être dilatée et rappelée de manière élastique.
  3. Ski ou snowboard selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de pontage (22) comprend au moins une partie de dilatation (25) dont la forme de la section est variable de manière réversible.

  13. Ski ou snowboard selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de pontage (22) et le revêtement de la surface de glisse (10) est constitué d'une couche de matière plastique monobloc qui s'étend sans cordon de soudure et sans interruption entre les deux arêtes externes ou arêtes de commande (11, 12) du corps de planche de glisse.
  14. Ski ou snowboard selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de pontage (22) est conçu de façon à ce qu'il résiste sans dommages à une dilatation élastique jusqu'à 10 mm sur sa largeur (37) dans la partie d'extrémité du corps de planche de glisse.
  15. Ski ou snowboard selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la fente (14) divise ou sépare la semelle supérieure importante pour la solidité (4) ainsi que la semelle inférieure importante pour la solidité (5) globalement sur l'extension longitudinale de la fente (14) en un premier et en un deuxième brin de semelle supérieure (4a, 4b) ainsi qu'en un premier et en un deuxième brin de semelle inférieure (5a, 5b).
  16. Ski ou snowboard selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la fente (14) ou plusieurs fentes (14) successives dans la direction longitudinale du corps de planche de glisse s'étend/s'étendent sur 40% à 80%, de préférence sur environ 60% de la longueur du corps de planche de glisse.
  17. Ski ou snowboard selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la fente (14) s'étend sur 50% à 95%, de préférence sur environ 80% de la partie longitudinale avant entre un dispositif de fixation (3) et l'extrémité avant du corps de planche de glisse.

  21. Ski ou snowboard selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le moyen d'influence de la géométrie (19) est conçu afin de permettre une variabilité de la largeur (18) de la fente (14) en fonction de la sollicitation ou de la flèche du corps de planche de glisse.
  22. Ski ou snowboard selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le moyen d'écartement (20) comprend, en référence à un plan s'étendant globalement parallèlement au revêtement de surface de glisse (10), au moins deux surfaces d'appui ou de guidage (42, 43) inclinées par rapport à l'axe longitudinal du corps de planche de glisse, qui interagissent avec des surfaces de butée (47, 48) sur le côté supérieur (7) du corps de planche de glisse ou avec des parois latérales longitudinales (49, 50) de la fente (14).

Ski ou snowboard selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'au moins une fente (14) présente globalement, en vue de dessus du côté supérieur (7) du corps de planche de glisse, une forme de V ou de queue d'aronde, la largeur la plus importante de la fente (14) se trouvant sur la partie d'extrémité orientée du côté opposé à la partie de montage de la fixation.
  26. Ski ou snowboard selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'au moins une fente (14) présente, en vue de dessus du côté supérieur (7) du corps de planche de glisse, une longueur de 20 cm à 100 cm et une largeur (18) ou une ouverture libre (38) de la fente (14) dans sa partie longitudinale centrale de 10 mm à 20 mm.
  27. Ski ou snowboard selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que des bordures latérales (33, 34) permettant de relier l'élément de pontage (22) aux parois latérales (49, 50), orientées l'une vers l'autre, de la fente (14), sont positionnées relativement plus près du revêtement de la surface de glisse (10) que du côté supérieur (7) du corps de planche de glisse.
  28. Ski ou snowboard selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'une hauteur de profil de l'élément de pontage (22) diminue progressivement à partir d'une extrémité extérieure du corps de planche de glisse en direction de la partie de montage de la fixation.
  29. Procédé de fabrication d'un ski (2) ou d'un snowboard selon la revendication 1, comprenant au moins les étapes suivantes :
    - application d'au moins les couches ou matières suivantes dans une presse chauffante (57) comprenant au moins deux matrices de pressage (58, 59) :
    (i) au moins la couche de recouvrement (8) constituant le côté supérieur (7) du corps de planche de glisse,
    (ii) au moins une couche pour la formation d'une semelle supérieure (4) importante pour la solidité,
    (iii) au moins une mousse de matière plastique durcissante constituant le noyau (6) du corps de planche de glisse et/ou au moins un composant de noyau préfabriqué ;
    (iv) au moins une couche pour la formation d'une semelle inférieure (5) importante pour la solidité,
    (v) au moins le revêtement de surface de glisse (10) constituant le côté inférieur (9) du corps de planche de glisse,
    (vi) au moins une couche adhésive sous la forme d'un adhésif thermofusible et/ou d'une mousse de polyuréthane ;
    - activation du procédé de pressage à chaud à l'aide de la presse chauffante (57) afin de relier de manière adhésive les couches insérées dans la presse chauffante (57) en un corps de planche de glisse multicouche,
    la couche de recouvrement (8), la couche de formation de la semelle supérieure (4), le noyau (6) ainsi que la couche de formation de la semelle inférieure (5) étant fendues avant l'introduction dans la presse chauffante (57) sur au moins une partie d'extrémité dans sa direction longitudinale, de façon à ce que, pendant le processus de pressage à chaud, dans lequel les couches insérées dans la presse chauffante (57) sont reliées de manière adhésive entre elles, le corps de planche de glisse muni de l'au moins une fente (14) dans sa direction longitudinale soit produite et
    le dispositif de glisse en forme de planche (1) étant muni, après le processus de pressage à chaud, de l'au moins un élément d'influence de la géométrie (19),
    caractérisé en ce que le revêtement de la surface de glisse (10) est préparé avant l'introduction dans la presse chauffante (57) de la manière suivante :
    - découpe de l'au moins une fente (14) qui, par rapport à la largeur (13) du revêtement de la surface de glisse (10), est positionné dans la partie centrale du revêtement de la surface de glisse (10) et s'étend dans la direction longitudinale du revêtement de la surface de glisse (10) ;
    - réalisation de l'élément de pontage (22) pouvant être dilaté ou élargi de manière élastique au moins transversalement par rapport à l'extension longitudinale de la fente (14), avec des dimensions qui sont égales, supérieures ou un peu inférieures à la fente (14) découpée dans le revêtement de la surface de glisse (10) ;
    - disposition de l'élément de pontage (22) pouvant être dilaté ou élargi de manière élastique dans la fente (14) ou au-dessus de la fente (14) du revêtement de la surface de glisse (10).
  30. Procédé selon la revendication 29, caractérisé en ce que la surface interne d'au moins une matrice de pressage (58, 59) est conçue, en ce qui concerne son contour ou son profil, de façon à ce que de l'élément de pontage (22) soit soutenue, après l'introduction dans la presse chauffante (57), par au moins une des matrices de pressage (58, 59) et/ou, grâce au contour ou au profil, au moins une des matrices de pressage (58, 59) est positionnée correctement ou de manière précise par rapport à l'intérieur de la matrice.
  31. Procédé selon la revendication 29, caractérisé en ce qu'une partie de transition entre l'élément de pontage (22) et les parois latérales longitudinales (49, 50) de la fente (14) est réalisée sans retouche après le retrait du corps de planche de glisse multicouche de la presse chauffante (57) et plus particulièrement des opérations de fraisage ou de ponçage ne sont pas nécessaires dans la partie de transition entre l'élément de pontage (22) étirable élastiquement et les parois latérales longitudinales (49, 50) de la fente (14).
  35. Procédé selon la revendication 29, caractérisé en ce que la couche de recouvrement (8) est fendue dans sa direction longitudinale avant l'introduction dans la presse chauffante (57) sur au moins la partie d'extrémité, de façon à ce que la couche de recouvrement (8) recouvre au moins des parties des parois latérales longitudinales (49, 50) de la fente (14) pendant le processus de pressage à chaud.
