Definitions

  • the invention relates to a shoe, in particular a sports shoe, according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • a sole for a shoe in which a number of ribs, which have a curved shape, are positioned in the region of the back of the foot between a carrier part and an outsole. It is thus achieved that, when the sole is loaded with impact forces, the ribs are bent, with the rib taking on an almost semiellipsoidal shape.
  • damping element for a sports shoe
  • the damping element has a plurality of juxtaposed individual elements, each forming a spring and damping chamber in the manner of a piston-cylinder system.
  • corresponding first and second elements are connected to each other via a connecting portion, wherein upon loading of the sole, the smaller formed element enters the larger, which forms a receiving space for this purpose.
  • Such a damping element is according to said solution primarily intended to be integrated into a midsole, for which there are other models in the prior art. This is on the EP 0 387 505 A1 which discloses a honeycomb-shaped damping element, which is inserted into a receiving space in the midsole of the shoe.
  • the invention has the object of providing a shoe, in particular a sports shoe, of the type mentioned in such a way that a well controllable course of the spring stiffness or the damping behavior can be achieved, but an economical production of the shoe should be ensured. Furthermore, a defined spring stiffness over the travel should be maintained; It should be possible in particular to be able to influence the spring behavior of the shoe sole.
  • the solution of this object by the invention is characterized in that the support or inner part and the sole element of the shoe are viewed at least over a part of their extension in the shoe longitudinal direction spaced from each other, wherein the connection between the carrier or inner part and the sole element at two from each other spaced locations so that there is a gap, in particular an air gap, between the carrier or inner part and the sole element under the heel area of the foot of the wearer, the gap extending at least in sections over the entire width of the sole and wherein the sole element in rear end portion of the shoe is connected to the support or inner part and wherein the gap between the support or inner part and the sole element is formed from the side of the shoe betogened arcuate.
  • the sole element can be connected to the carrier or inner part at a certain height above the ground.
  • the sole element produces a closed shape of the shoe or a conclusion in the rear shoe area.
  • the gap between the carrier or inner part and the sole element is considered in the shoe longitudinal direction between the lowest point of the heel or of the carrier or inner part and the rear end of the carrier or inner part, wherein it is particularly preferred that the gap extends at least over the region between the lowest point of the heel or of the carrier or inner part and the viewed in the shoe longitudinal direction rear end of the carrier or inner part. It can In particular, it may be provided that the gap between the carrier or inner part and the sole element in the longitudinal direction of the shoe extends over at least 10%, preferably over at least 15%, of the entire length of the shoe.
  • a "floating sole area" is created, d. H. a - viewed in the longitudinal direction of the shoe - with a gap-like distance provided material-free (only filled with air) area in which the carrier or inner part is spaced from the sole element, whereby a resilient behavior of the sole is achieved.
  • the gap between the carrier or inner part and the sole element can be viewed from the side of the shoe in the form of a circular arc or sickle-shaped.
  • the pronation or supination behavior of the shoe can be influenced in a targeted manner if, according to further development, a support element is arranged in the gap between the carrier or inner part and the sole element. This support element is arranged in each case so that over a defined area - viewed in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the shoe - the gap in question remains.
  • the support element from the lowest point of the heel or of the carrier or inner part in the shoe longitudinal direction in Direction of the front end of the support or inner part extends and in particular leaves free the rest of the gap.
  • the support member may extend only over part of the width of the carrier or inner part.
  • the support element can widen in the shoe longitudinal direction in the direction of the front end of the carrier or inner part. As a result of asymmetric widening of the support element towards the sides of the shoe, the pronation or supination behavior can be influenced in a targeted manner.
  • the support or inner part is preferably formed as a shell-shaped body or it has a cup-shaped body which surrounds the heel of the wearer of the shoe at least partially.
  • the sole element is preferably formed at least partially from a connecting part and an outsole, wherein the connecting part is connected with its one side with the outsole. It can be provided in particular that the outsole extends over the entire area in which the carrier or inner part and the sole element are spaced from each other.
  • the parts of the sole are preferably made of plastic, in particular of thermoplastic material.
  • plastic in particular of thermoplastic material.
  • preference is given to polyethylene, polypropylene, polybutane, polyamide, polyurethane or a mixture of at least two of these plastics.
  • the plastic can be translucent or transparent.
  • the outsole may also be made of plastic, preferably of polyethylene, polypropylene, polybutane, polyamide, polyurethane or a mixture of at least two of these Plastics, or rubber, wherein the material is not translucent or not transparent.
  • the material of the individual sole components as well as their geometric dimensions can be expertly selected to determine the spring and / or damping properties of the sole.
  • Fig. 1 is a sports shoe viewed from the side, which has in a known manner a shoe upper 1, which is connected to a sole 2.
  • the sole 2 has a carrier or inner part 3, which is in any case formed in the rear region of the shoe as a heel cup and is formed to the partial environment of the heel of the foot of the wearer.
  • the contact with the ground via a sole element 4, which at least in the rear region of the shoe consists of a connection part 12, attached to the underside of an outsole 13, z. B. glued, is.
  • a material-free (air-filled) gap 7 remains between the support or inner part 3 and the sole element 4, which extends at least in sections over the entire width of the shoe or the sole 2.
  • This gap 7 is created by connecting the carrier or inner part 3 to the sole element 4 at two connection points 5 and 6, so that a self-supporting region results between these two points 5, 6; this area can be addressed as a "hovering heel area”.
  • the gap 7 and thus the cantilevered area extends over an extension x, which is measured in the shoe longitudinal direction L.
  • the extension x is at least 10% of this value, so that the cantilevered area proves to be much larger than would be the case with a honeycomb sole whose axis is transverse to the Longitudinal direction L and extends horizontally.
  • the extension x is about 30% of the total length X.
  • the gap 7 - viewed in the shoe longitudinal direction L - should extend between the lowest point 8 and the rear end 9 of the support or inner part 3. In the embodiment according to Fig. 1 However, the gap 7 is significantly longer.
  • the gap 7 - viewed from the shoe side - has a crescent-shaped or circular arc-shaped course and in the rear region of the shoe, d. H. at the junction 6, ends at a height h which is well above the floor area.
  • the height h of the rear connection point 6 corresponds to approximately 65% of the total height H of the shoe in the heel region.
  • the joint 6 is at least 40% of the height H.
  • the arc extends over at least 45 °, preferably over at least 60 °.
  • the extent of the circular arc is about 90 °.
  • a supporting element 10 which acts as a heel wedge and partially supports the carrier or inner part 3 with respect to the sole element 4.
  • the support element extends from the lowest point 8 of the carrier or inner part 3 in the direction of the front end 11 of the carrier or inner part. 3
  • the extent x of the gap 7 decreases in comparison to the solution according to FIG Fig. 1 but still amounts to at least 10% of the total length X of the shoe.
  • the support member 10 does not extend over the entire shoe width, but only over part of the width; Left and right of the support member 10 - viewed in the shoe longitudinal direction L - remains a laterally disposed gap 7 along the longitudinal extent of the support member 10.
  • Fig. 6 is the cut CD according to Fig. 5 to see that the sole element 4 in the front region of the shoe may have an outsole element 14.
