Dispositif pour l'aspiration des odeurs de cuisine, en direction montrant à la verticale sous un niveau d'une plaque de cuisson (1) comprenant un dispositif d'aspiration des odeurs de cuisine (2) susceptible de s'ouvrir et de se fermer de façon réversible et un ou plusieurs conduits d'évacuation d'air (3) en un ou en plusieurs éléments, se raccordant en aval, directement ou indirectement sur la face inférieure et/ou sur un flanc latéral du dispositif d'aspiration des odeurs de cuisine (2), à angle droit par le côté et à l'horizontale ou par le côté, en diagonale à partir du bas par rapport à une ligne verticale virtuelle (12) traversant le dispositif d'aspiration des odeurs de cuisine (2), une portion de prolongation (10) du conduit d'évacuation d'air (3) étant prévue indirectement sur le dispositif d'aspiration des odeurs de cuisine (2) sous intercalage d'une portion de départ (9) du conduit d'évacuation d'air (3) ou directement, en aval, le passage des odeurs de cuisine circulant à travers le dispositif d'aspiration des odeurs de cuisine (2) et leur dérivation à travers un élément de fermeture (7) tourné ou pivoté vers le côté et en option, à travers une paroi (4) inclinée concave du dispositif d'aspiration des odeurs de cuisine (2) dans la portion de départ (9), se raccordant en inclinaison ou dans la portion de prolongation (10) du conduit d'évacuation d'air (3) étant sans tourbillonnement ou laminaire, la dérivation laminaire du flux d'odeurs de cuisine entrant s'effectuant en direction de la portion de départ (9) ou de la portion de prolongation (10) du canal d'évacuation d'air (3) à travers l'élément de fermeture (7) tourné, pivoté ou escamoté vers le côté, sur le dispositif d'entrée des odeurs de cuisine (2), à l'opposée du point de raccordement de la portion de départ (9) ou de la portion de prolongation (10) du conduit d'évacuation d'air (3) de section rectiligne ou concave et en option à travers la réalisation en inclinaison ou concave de la paroi (4) du dispositif d'aspiration des odeurs de cuisine (2) qui est opposée à la portion de départ (9) ou à la portion de prolongation (10) du conduit d'évacuation d'air (3), caractérisé en ce qu'un orifice de sortie (25) situé en aval de la portion de prolongation (10) du conduit d'évacuation d'air (3) a la forme d'un rectangle s'étendant à l'horizontale, d'un trou oblong ou d'une échancrure et en ce que la largeur (22) dudit orifice de sortie (25) de la portion de prolongation (10) du conduit d'évacuation d'air (3) est supérieur à sa hauteur (26), la largeur (22) dudit orifice de sortie (25) correspondant approximativement à la largeur (27) d'un orifice d'entrée (5) du dispositif d'aspiration des odeurs de cuisine (2) et en aval de l'orifice de sortie (25) de la portion de prolongation (10) du conduit d'évacuation d'air (3) se raccordant directement ou indirectement sur le dispositif d'aspiration des odeurs de cuisine (2) et/ou sur la portion de départ (9) du conduit d'évacuation des odeurs (3) et/ou du conduit de prolongation (10) du conduit d'évacuation d'air (3), à partir du côté et à l'horizontale et/ou à partir du côté et en diagonale à partir du dessous un ou plusieurs éléments de conduit plat (18) avec chacun une section de surface rectangulaire, s'étendant à l'horizontale et en ce que l'élément de fermeture (7) est susceptible de tourner ou de pivoter de part et d'autre de façon réversible dans sa section, par rapport à un axe de rotation horizontal (6), au moins dans une position à 12 heures fermant l'orifice d'entrée (5) et une position à 2 heures, une position à 3 heures, une position à 4 heures ou une position à 5 heures libérant l'orifice d'entrée (5) ou une position à 10 heures, une position à 9 heures, une position à 8 heures ou une position à 7 heures d'autre part.
  2. Dispositif d'aspiration pour cuisine, avec un élément bas de cuisine, un plan de travail, une plaque de cuisson et un dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'écart vertical B entre l'orifice d'entrée (5) du dispositif d'aspiration des odeurs de cuisine (2) situé à au niveau vertical de la plaque de cuisson (1) et la face inférieure (31) du premier élément de conduit plat (18) en aval, conçu sous la forme d'un arc horizontal à 90°, est seulement de l'ordre de 20,0 cm à 10,0 cm, de préférence de l'ordre de 19,0 cm à 11,0 cm, notamment de l'ordre de 17,0 cm à 12,0 cm, de sorte que l'espace d'un élément bas de cuisine (23) sous le dispositif pour l'aspiration des odeurs de cuisine et sous les éléments de conduit plat (18, 24) s'éloignant de ce dernier en aval puisse être utilisé pour y placer des tiroirs ou des inserts ou des doubles fonds, pratiquement sans limitation de place par les conduits d'évacuation d'air prévus en aval du dispositif d'aspiration des odeurs de cuisine.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les odeurs de cuisine, aspirées sur toute la largeur (27) de l'orifice d'entrée (5) du dispositif d'aspiration des odeurs de cuisine (2) sont susceptibles d'être amenées sans turbulence et de façon laminaire et avec peu de résistance dans les éléments de conduits plats (18, 24) vers un ventilateur, en conservant la section de d'écoulement à environ la largeur (27) de l'orifice d'entrée (5) du dispositif d'aspiration des odeurs de cuisine (2) et en subissant uniquement des dérivations, tout en conservant le rendement du dispositif pour l'aspiration des odeurs de cuisine.
  4. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes 1 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que l'orifice d'entrée (5) montrant verticalement vers le haut du dispositif d'aspiration des odeurs de cuisine (2) est conçu, vu en élévation sous la forme d'un rectangle, d'un trou oblong ou d'une échancrure.
  5. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes 1, 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que l'axe de rotation (6) est rotatif, pivotant ou escamotable, et que vu en élévation, il s'étend à la parallèle de l'axe longitudinal de l'orifice d'entrée (5) et approximativement au centre de ce dernier et que par sa section, il s'étend au niveau ou sous le niveau de la plaque de cuisson (1).
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que l'axe de rotation (6) est conçu sous la forme d'une barre traversante, orientée approximativement à l'horizontale ou sous la forme de deux point d'accrochage approximativement opposés à l'horizontale pour l'élément de fermeture (7) rotatif, pivotant ou escamotable.
  7. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce qu'en coupe longitudinale, l'élément de fermeture (7) présente la forme de la lettre U, les deux extrémités libres étant chacune en liaison avec l'axe de rotation (6) et la portion centrale horizontale s'étendant à l'horizontale sur la longueur de l'orifice d'entrée (5) du dispositif d'aspiration des odeurs de cuisine (2).
  8. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes 1 ou 3 à 7, caractérisé en ce que latéralement à l'extérieur de l'orifice d'entrée (5) montrant vers le haut, à la verticale du dispositif d'aspiration des odeurs de cuisine (2) est prévu(e) sous forme périphérique ou par portions une protection anti-débordement et un cadre de montage (14) en un ou en plusieurs éléments, en version fixe ou amovible, la zone marginale du cadre de montage (14) qui est dirigée vers l'orifice d'entrée (5) étant quelque peu relevée à la verticale par rapport au niveau de la plaque de cuisson (1) pour réaliser une protection anti-débordement.
  9. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes 5 à 7, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de fermeture (7) se retire sans outil, rapidement et facilement du dispositif d'aspiration des odeurs de cuisine (2) à des fins de nettoyage.
  10. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 3 à 9, caractérisé en ce que dans la zone de l'orifice de sortie (25), en aval de la portion de prolongation (10) du conduit d'évacuation d'air (3) il est prévu de façon réversible un ou plusieurs éléments de filtration (35) en inclinaison à la direction d'écoulement des odeurs de cuisine aspirées, dont la zone marginale (37) située en bas à la verticale repose dans une courbure (36) en forme de goulotte de la portion de prolongation (10) et dont les zones marginales de cadre (37) se situent à l'extérieur de la section d'écoulement de l'orifice de sortie (25) de la portion de prolongation (10) du conduit d'évacuation d'air (3).
