Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif d'extraction de vapeur (1) permettant d'extraire des vapeurs de cuisson produites sur une surface de cuisson (101) dans une direction vers le bas (201) au moyen d'un écoulement d'air (200), le dispositif d'extraction de vapeur comprenant : une enveloppe (2), ladite enveloppe (2) devant être disposée au-dessous d'un plan (202) de surface de cuisson défini par la surface de cuisson (101) ; au moins un ventilateur (3, 3a) destiné à produire l'écoulement d'air (200), le ou les ventilateurs étant disposés dans l'enveloppe (2) ; au moins une ouverture d'entrée (4) destinée à recevoir l'écoulement d'air (200) chargé de vapeurs de cuisson ; au moins un élément de séparation (5) destiné à nettoyer l'écoulement d'air (200) par élimination des constituants des vapeurs de cuisson à partir de l'écoulement d'air, le ou les éléments de séparation étant disposés dans l'enveloppe (2) ; et au moins une ouverture de sortie (6) destinée à évacuer l'écoulement d'air nettoyé (200) à partir de l'enveloppe (2). L'ouverture d'entrée (4) est disposée dans une partie latérale (7, 7a) de l'enveloppe (2), ladite partie latérale devant être positionnée sur le côté de la surface de cuisson (101).
