Claims (7)
- Schleifschneidrad, das eine mittige Scheibe (2) und mehrere gesinterte Schleifsegmente (6), die am äußeren Umfang (8; 30) der mittigen Scheibe (2) unablösbar befestigt sind und beidseitig über die mittige Scheibe (2) vorstehen, aufweist, wobei an den gesinterten Schleifsegmenten (6) mehrere Noppen (20) angebracht sind, die in Schneidrichtung, d. h. in Umfangsrichtung der Scheibe, und in Richtung der Höhe der Schleifsegmente, d. h. in radialer Richtung des Schneidrades, auf beiden Seiten (10, 12) der Schleifsegmente (6) zueinander versetzt sind, derart, dass sie bei Betrachtung in Schleifrichtung wenigstens gegenseitig aneinander zu stoßen und gegenseitig zu überlappen scheinen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Noppen (20) von den Seiten (10, 12) der Schleifsegmente (6) vorstehen,
die Noppen (20) und die Schleifsegmente (6) aus dem gleichen Material bestehen und
die Noppen einteilig mit den Schleifsegmenten (6) geformt und gesintert sind. - Schleifschneidrad nach Anspruch 1, wobei der äußere Umfang (8) der mittigen Scheibe (2) durch mehrere Umfangskerben (32) in mehrere Befestigungsstummel (34) unterteilt ist und die Schleifsegmente (6) jeweils an einem der Befestigungsstummel (34) befestigt sind.
- Schleifschneidrad nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Schleifsegmente (6) Diamantpartikel, die in sie gesintert sind, enthalten.
- Schleifschneidrad nach einem der obigen Ansprüche, wobei die Schleifsegmente (6) Metallpartikel, die in sie gesintert sind, enthalten.
- Schleifsegmente (6) für Schneidschleifräder, wobei die Segmente Flächen (10, 12) umfassen, die beidseitig über den äußeren Umfang einer mittigen Scheibe des Schneidrades vorsehen, nachdem sie an der Scheibe befestigt worden sind, wobei die Schleifsegmente jeweils die Form eines gesinterten Blocks haben, wobei an den Schleifsegmenten (6) jeweils mehrere Noppen (20) angebracht sind, die in Schneidrichtung, d. h. in Umfangsrichtung der Scheibe, und in Richtung der Höhe der Schleifsegmente, d. h. in radialer Richtung des Schneidrades, auf beiden Seiten (10, 12) der Schleifsegmente (6) zueinander versetzt sind, so dass sie bei Betrachtung in Schleifrichtung wenigstens gegenseitig aneinander zu stoßen und gegenseitig zu überlappen scheinen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Noppen (20) von den Flächen (10, 12) vorstehen, die Noppen (20) und die Schleifsegmente (6) aus dem gleichen Material bestehen und die Noppen mit den Schleifsegmenten (6) einteilig gegossen und gesintert sind. - Schleifsegmente nach Anspruch 5, die Diamantpartikel enthalten.
- Schleifsegmente nach einem der Ansprüche 5 und 6, die Metallpulver enthalten.
