Claims (22)
- Laminoir réversible (12) pour soumettre une feuille ou une plaque d'acier (10) à un laminage à chaud prévue sur un côté d'entrée et/ou un côté de sortie du laminoir réversible (12) avec un équipement de refroidissement de feuille ou de plaque d'acier (20) qui alimente une eau de refroidissement sur les surfaces supérieure et inférieure de la feuille ou la plaque d'acier (10) à un débit d'eau, l'eau de refroidissement étant alimentée sur des surfaces supérieure et inférieure de la feuille ou la plaque d'acier (10) tandis que la feuille ou la plaque d'acier passe au cours du laminage à chaud, l'équipement de refroidissement (20) comportant des buses (22a, 22b) pour alimenter de manière oblique l'eau de refroidissement sur la surface supérieure de la feuille ou la plaque d'acier (10) par le dessus, une pluralité de rangées des buses (22a, 22b) étant prévues de manière à éjecter des jets de l'eau de refroidissement opposés entre eux sur la feuille ou la plaque d'acier (10) dans une direction de transfert de la feuille ou la plaque d'acier (10) ;

- Laminoir (12) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel des directions de jet des jets en forme de tige d'eau de refroidissement sont réglées de sorte que 0 à 35% des composantes de vitesse de jet des jets en forme de tige d'eau de refroidissement partent vers l'extérieur dans la direction de largeur de la feuille ou la plaque d'acier (10) perpendiculaire à la direction de transfert.
- Laminoir (12) selon la revendication 3, dans lequel les directions de jet des jets en forme de tige d'eau de refroidissement sont réglées de sorte que des composantes de vitesse de jet du même nombre de jets en forme de tige d'eau de refroidissement comme étant 40 à 60% du nombre total de buses (22a, 22b) qui éjectent les jets en forme de tige d'eau de refroidissement partent dans l'une des deux directions pointant vers l'extérieur dans la direction de largeur de la feuille ou la plaque d'acier (10) perpendiculaire à la direction de transfert.
- Laminoir (12) selon la revendication 3, dans lequel les directions de jet des jets en forme de tige d'eau de refroidissement sont réglées de sorte que le nombre de jets en forme de tige d'eau de refroidissement ayant des composantes partant dans l'une des deux directions pointant vers l'extérieur dans la direction de largeur de la feuille ou la plaque d'acier (10) perpendiculaire à la direction de transfert soit égal au nombre de jets en forme de tige d'eau de refroidissement ayant des composantes partant dans l'autre direction.
- Laminoir (12) selon la revendication 3, dans lequel les buses (22a, 22b) sont agencées de sorte que les composantes de vitesse de jet des jets en forme de tige d'eau de refroidissement partant vers l'extérieur dans la direction de largeur de la feuille ou la plaque d'acier (10) augmentent graduellement à mesure que des positions des buses (22a, 22b) sont décalées vers l'extérieur depuis le centre dans la direction de largeur de la feuille ou la plaque d'acier (10).
- Laminoir (12) selon la revendication 3, dans lequel les buses (22a, 22b) sont agencées de sorte que les composantes de vitesse de jet des jets en forme de tige d'eau de refroidissement partant vers l'extérieur dans la direction de largeur de la feuille ou la plaque d'acier (10) soient fixées et de sorte que des positions où les jets en forme de tige d'eau de refroidissement frappent la feuille ou la plaque d'acier (10) soient espacées de manière égale dans la direction de largeur de la feuille ou la plaque d'acier (10).
- Laminoir (12) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel un bouclier en forme de plaque (26a, 26b, 29) ou de rideau (28a, 28b) est prévu au-dessus des rangées les plus internes des jets en forme de tige d'eau de refroidissement opposés entre eux et/ou au-dessus de l'eau de refroidissement restante (24).
- Laminoir (12) selon la revendication 8, dans lequel l'extrémité la plus inférieure du bouclier (26a, 26b, 29) prévu au-dessus des rangées les plus internes des jets en forme de tige d'eau de refroidissement opposés entre eux est disposée 300 à 500 mm au-dessus de la surface supérieure de la feuille ou la plaque d'acier (10).
- Laminoir (12) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel une zone de refroidissement de l'équipement de refroidissement (20) est prévue à une position à proximité du laminoir réversible (12), la position excluant une partie entre le laminoir réversible (12) et un guide latéral (14, 61) prévu sur le côté d'entrée et/ou le côté de sortie du laminoir réversible (12).
- Laminoir (12) selon la revendication 10, dans lequel la zone de refroidissement de l'équipement de refroidissement (20) est prévue à une position sur un côté en amont d'un guide latéral disposé sur le côté d'entrée du laminoir réversible (12) et à proximité du laminoir réversible (12) et/ou à une position sur un côté en aval d'un guide latéral disposé sur le côté de sortie du laminoir réversible (12) et à proximité du laminoir réversible (12).
- Procédé de refroidissement par alimentation d'eau de refroidissement sur des surfaces supérieure et inférieure d'une feuille ou d'une plaque d'acier (10) tandis que la feuille ou la plaque d'acier (10) passe au cours du laminage à chaud où un équipement de refroidissement (20) est prévu sur un côté d'entrée et/ou un côté de sortie d'un laminoir réversible (12) pour soumettre la plaque d'acier à un laminage à chaud et à proximité du laminoir réversible,
caractérisé en ce que l'eau de refroidissement est alimentée de manière oblique sur la surface supérieure de la feuille ou la plaque d'acier (10) par le dessus par des buses (22a, 22b) agencées de manière à éjecter des jets en forme de tige (23a, 23b) d'eau de refroidissement opposés entre eux sur la feuille ou la plaque d'acier dans une direction de transfert de la feuille ou la plaque d'acier,
et l'eau de refroidissement est alimentée par l'équipement de refroidissement sur les surfaces supérieure et inférieure de la feuille ou la plaque d'acier (10) à un débit d'eau supérieur ou égal à 4 m3/m2 min tandis que la feuille ou la plaque d'acier (10) passe avant et/ou après le laminage,
le procédé comportant en outre le fait de fournir au-dessus de la feuille ou la plaque d'acier ;
un collecteur (21a, 21b) auquel les buses (22a, 22b) pour éjecter les jets en forme de tige d'eau de refroidissement sont reliées et un refroidissement est effectué tandis que les buses (22a, 22b) sont agencées de sorte qu'une inclinaison (θ1, θ2) formée par les jets en forme de tige d'eau de refroidissement et la feuille ou la plaque d'acier (10) soit comprise entre 30° et 60°, et où le jet en forme de tige d'eau de refroidissement se réfère à une eau de refroidissement projetée à partir d'une buse,
de fournir ensuite un écoulement continu et linéaire d'eau de refroidissement ayant une section transversale substantiellement circulaire tandis que l'écoulement part de l'ouverture de buse jusqu'à la feuille ou la plaque d'acier (10). - Procédé selon la revendication 12, dans lequel trois rangées ou plus des buses (22a, 22b) sont agencées dans chacune de la direction de transfert de la feuille ou la plaque d'acier (10) et d'une direction opposée à la direction de transfert et les jets en forme de tige d'eau de refroidissement sont éjectés à une vitesse supérieure ou égale à 8 m/s.
- Procédé selon la revendication 12 ou 13, dans lequel des directions de jet des jets en forme de tige d'eau de refroidissement sont réglées de sorte que 0 à 35% des composantes de vitesse de jet des jets en forme de tige d'eau de refroidissement partent vers l'extérieur dans la direction de largeur de la feuille ou la plaque d'acier perpendiculaire à la direction de transfert.
- Procédé selon la revendication 14, dans lequel les directions de jet des jets en forme de tige d'eau de refroidissement sont réglées de sorte que des composantes de vitesse de jet du même nombre de jets en forme de tige d'eau de refroidissement comme étant 40 à 60% du nombre total de buses (22a, 22b) qui éjectent les jets en forme de tige d'eau de refroidissement partent dans l'une des deux directions pointant vers l'extérieur dans la direction de largeur de la feuille ou la plaque d'acier (10) perpendiculaire à la direction de transfert.
- Procédé selon la revendication 14, dans lequel les directions de jet des jets en forme de tige d'eau de refroidissement sont réglées de sorte que le nombre de jets en forme de tige d'eau de refroidissement ayant des composants partant dans l'une des deux directions pointant vers l'extérieur dans la direction de largeur de la feuille ou la plaque d'acier (10) perpendiculaire à la direction de transfert soit égal au nombre de jets en forme de tige d'eau de refroidissement ayant des composantes partant dans l'autre direction.
- Procédé selon la revendication 14, dans lequel les buses (22a, 22b) sont agencées de sorte que les composantes de vitesse de jet des jets en forme de tige d'eau de refroidissement partant vers l'extérieur dans la direction de largeur de la feuille ou la plaque d'acier (10) augmentent graduellement à mesure que des positions des buses (22a, 22b) sont décalées vers l'extérieur depuis le centre de la direction de largeur de la feuille ou la plaque d'acier (10).
- Procédé selon la revendication 14, dans lequel les buses (22a, 22b) sont agencées de sorte que les composantes de vitesse de jet des jets en forme de tige d'eau de refroidissement partant vers l'extérieur dans la direction de largeur de la feuille ou la plaque d'acier (10) soient fixées et de sorte que des positions où les jets en forme de tige d'eau de refroidissement frappent la feuille ou la plaque d'acier (10) soient espacées de manière égale dans la direction de largeur de la feuille ou la plaque d'acier (10) .
- Procédé selon la revendication 12 ou 13, dans lequel un bouclier en forme de plaque (26a, 26b, 29) ou de rideau (28a, 28b) est prévu au-dessus des rangées les plus internes des jets en forme de tige d'eau de refroidissement opposés entre eux et/ou au-dessus de l'eau de refroidissement restante.
- Procédé selon la revendication 19, dans lequel l'extrémité la plus inférieure du bouclier (26a, 26b, 23) prévu au-dessus des rangées les plus internes des jets en forme de tige d'eau de refroidissement opposés entre eux est disposée de 300 à 500 mm au-dessus de la surface supérieure de la feuille ou la plaque d'acier (10).
- Procédé selon la revendication 12, dans lequel une zone de refroidissement de l'équipement de refroidissement (20) est prévue à une position à proximité du laminoir réversible (12), la position excluant une partie entre le laminoir réversible (12) et un guide latéral prévu sur le côté d'entrée et/ou le côté de sortie du laminoir réversible (12).
- Procédé de refroidissement de feuille ou de plaque d'acier selon la revendication 21, dans lequel la zone de refroidissement de l'équipement de refroidissement est prévue à une position sur un côté en amont d'un guide latéral disposé sur le côté d'entrée du laminoir réversible et à proximité du laminoir réversible et/ou à une position sur un côté en aval d'un guide latéral disposé sur le côté de sortie du laminoir réversible et à proximité du laminoir réversible.
