Abstract

Claims (9)

  1. Machine à imprimer rotative
    a) comportant un groupe d'impression avec un cylindre central (3) et deux cylindres d'impression (1) qui forment chacun un espace d'impression avec le cylindre central (3),
    b) dans laquelle les deux cylindres d'impression (1) sont agencés diagonalement opposés l'un à l'autre par rapport au cylindre central (3), et
    c) les deux cylindres d'impression (1) forment une paire de cylindres d'impression (4 ; 5) qui peuvent être appliqués uniquement simultanément vers le cylindre central (3) ou écartés uniquement simultanément depuis le cylindre central (3),
    d) dans laquelle le groupe d'impression comporte deux cylindres d'impression supplémentaires (1) qui sont agencés diagonalement opposés l'un à l'autre par rapport au cylindre central (3), et les deux cylindres d'impression supplémentaires (1) forment une paire de cylindres d'impression supplémentaire (4 ; 5) qui peuvent être appliqués uniquement simultanément vers le cylindre central (3) ou écartés uniquement simultanément depuis le cylindre central (3),
    caractérisée en ce que
    e) la machine à imprimer rotative est configurée de telle sorte que lorsque les deux paires de cylindres d'impression (4 ; 5) sont appliquées sur le cylindre central (3) ou écartées depuis celui-ci, la première/seconde paire de cylindres d'impression (4 ; 5) est appliquée avant la seconde/première paire de cylindres d'impression (5 ; 4) dans le temps ou écartées après la seconde/première paire de cylindres d'impression (5 ; 4) dans le temps.
  2. Machine à imprimer rotative selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle un cylindre gravé (2) est associé à chacun des cylindres d'impression (1).
  3. Machine à imprimer rotative selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle les première et seconde paires de cylindres d'impression (4 ; 5) peuvent être appliquées simultanément sur le cylindre central (3) ou écartées simultanément depuis celui-ci.
  4. Machine à imprimer rotative selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle l'application des paires de cylindres d'impression (4 ; 5) vers le cylindre central (3) et l'écartement des paires de cylindres d'impression (4 ; 5) depuis le cylindre central (3) est provoqué par un dispositif de commande mécanique ou électronique.
  5. Machine à imprimer rotative selon la revendication précédente, dans laquelle le dispositif de commande permet uniquement une application ou un écartement simultané des paires de cylindres d'impression (4 ; 5) vers/depuis le cylindre central (3).
  6. Machine à imprimer rotative selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le cylindre gravé (2) présente un diamètre variable lorsque vu sur sa longueur de telle sorte qu'un diamètre de cylindre de préférence identique sur les deux côtés de cylindre augmente de manière continue des deux côtés jusqu'au centre du cylindre.
  7. Machine à imprimer rotative selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'il s'agit d'une presse rotative à bobines.
  8. Procédé d'échange de revêtements dans une machine à imprimer rotative comportant un groupe d'impression satellite, dans lequel quatre cylindres d'impression (1) formant un espace d'impression avec un cylindre central (3) forment deux paires de cylindres d'impression (4 ; 5), dans lequel les cylindres d'impression (1) formant respectivement une paire sont diagonalement opposés, et les cylindres d'impression (1) sont appliqués sur le cylindre central (3) et écartés depuis celui-ci uniquement par paires.
  9. Procédé selon la revendication précédente, dans lequel lorsque les cylindres d'impression (1) sont appliqués, des forces (F1 ; F2) agissant perpendiculairement des cylindres d'impression (1) agencés diagonalement opposés l'un à l'autre sur l'axe de rotation (R) du cylindre central (3) soulèvent réciproquement.
