Claims (5)
- Dispositif d'entretien de pistes pour un véhicule à chenilles, comprenant un support de fraise (3, 3') ajustable par rapport au véhicule à chenilles autour de plusieurs axes, ledit support comportant une traverse (5, 5') s'étendant dans la direction transversale de la fraise, comprenant un agencement d'arbre de fraisage (F, F') disposé de manière rotatif dans un boîtier déflecteur (7, 7'), ainsi que comprenant un dispositif de lissage disposé - vu dans le sens d'avancement du véhicule automobile - derrière l'agencement d'arbre de fraisage (F, F') et retenu de manière ajustable par le biais d'au moins un moyen de réglage, dans lequel le boîtier déflecteur (7, 7') et l'agencement d'arbre de fraisage (F, F') sont retenus de manière ajustable autour d'un axe de pivotement sur le support de fraise (3, 3'), ledit axe se situant - vu dans le sens d'avancement du véhicule à chenilles - derrière un axe de rotation de l'agencement d'arbre de fraisage (F, F'),
dans lequel le dispositif de lissage présente une formation de lissage flexible sous forme d'un finisseur (8, 8'),
dans lequel le finisseur (8, 8') se joint au boîtier déflecteur (7, 7') sur le côté arrière, dans lequel la traverse (5, 5') présente des prolongements de support (16, 16') reliés à la traverse (5, 5') par une connexion rigide,
caractérisé en ce que
des bras de support (9, 9') conçus de type bascule d'une unité de support pour le finisseur (8, 8') flexible du dispositif de lissage sont montés sur les prolongements de support (16, 16') pour un mouvement basculant limité autour des axes de pivotement (12, 12') s'étendant dans la direction longitudinale de la fraise,
dans lequel chacun des bras de support (9, 9') est fixé dans la région de ses faces d'extrémité laterales sur des arêtes d'appui (10) articulées sur une barrette d'appui (21) présentant stabilité dimensionnelle du finisseur (8, 8') du dispositif de lissage,
dans lequel la barrette d'appui (21) est retenue sur les bras de support (9, 9') de manière pivotante autour d'un axe de pivotement orienté parallèlement par rapport à l'axe de rotation de l'agencement d'arbre de fraisage (F, F') dans la région des arêtes d'appui (10),
de façon à ce que la fonction de lissage du finisseur (8, 8') soit indépendant du position de pivotement du boîtier déflecteur (7, 7') et de l'agencement d'arbre de fraisage (F, F'). - Dispositif d'entretien de pistes selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le support de fraise (3, 3') comporte deux longerons (4, 4') s'étendant au moins approximativement dans la direction longitudinale du véhicule, chevauchant le boîtier déflecteur (7, 7') et reliés entre aux sur les côtés d'extrémité par la traverse (5, 5').
- Dispositif d'entretien de pistes selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le support de fraise (3, 3') est associé à au moins un amortisseur de vibrations (19) qui est disposé entre une région de couplage centrale (2, 2'), par le biais duquel le dispositif d'entretien de pistes peut être couplé au véhicule automobile, et le support de fraise (3, 3').
- Dispositif d'entretien de pistes selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que deux amortisseurs de vibrations (19) flanquant la région de couplage (2, 2') sont prévus de façon symétrique.
- Dispositif d'entretien de pistes selon l'une des revendications 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que les amortisseurs de vibrations (19) sont conçus de manière à ce qu'ils présentent une action hydraulique.
