Claims (14)

  1. Procédé de fabrication d'une bande de tissu, notamment d'une bande de tissu ayant un bord de velours (6) selon lequel, à l'aide d'un outil de coupe (16), on coupe les fils de trame (18) le long des fils de chaîne (20, 20a, 20b) pour former une bande de tissu (4) et on extrait et on enlève les fils de chaîne (20a) voisins de l'arête de coupe,
    caractérisé en ce qu'
    un organe de déviation (22, 24) est prévu après l'outil de coupe (16) sur au moins un côté de la bande de tissu (4a, 4b) et à distance des fils de chaîne (20a) à enlever de l'arête de coupe, pour séparer les fils de chaîne (20a) à retirer par rapport aux fils de chaîne (20, 20b) qui restent.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce qu'
    un tel organe de déviation (22, 24) est installé des deux côtés de l'outil de coupe (16) pour enlever les fils de chaîne (20a) des deux bandes de tissu (4a, 4b), séparées, afin de former les bords de velours (6).
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2,

    on intègre des fils de chaîne collants dans la bande de tissu (4, 4a, 4b) pour délimiter la zone de bord de velours par rapport à la bande de tissu.
  7. Procédé selon la revendication 3 ou 4,
    caractérisé en ce qu'
    on installe l'organe de déviation (22, 24) de façon à avoir au moins un fil de chaîne (20), à séparer entre l'organe de séparation (22, 24) et le fil de chaîne fusible (20b) ou le fil de chaîne collant.
  8. Procédé selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce qu'
    on coupe mécaniquement les fils de trame.
  9. Dispositif pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8,
    selon lequel
    on associe à un dispositif de fourniture de bande de tissu (8) au moins un outil de coupe (16) pour couper les fils de trame (18) dans la direction de la chaîne, et un dispositif d'extraction (26, 28) est prévu en aval de l'outil de coupe pour extraire les fils de chaîne (20a) au niveau de l'arête de coupe de la bande de tissu (4a, 4b),
    caractérisé en ce qu'
    entre le dispositif de d'extraction (26, 28) et l'arête de coupe (16), il est prévu au moins sur un côté de l'outil de coupe, un organe de déviation (22, 24) qui pénètre dans la bande de tissu (4a, 4b) pour les fils de chaîne (20a) à enlever.
  10. Dispositif selon la revendication 9,
    caractérisé par
    l'outil de coupe (16) mécanique.
  11. Dispositif selon la revendication 9 ou 10,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'outil de coupe (16) est chauffé à la température d'un fil de chaîne fusible (20b), température inférieure à la température de fusion des autres fils (20, 20a, 18) de la bande de tissu (4, 4a, 4b).
  12. Dispositif selon la revendication 9 ou 10,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'organe de déviation (22, 24) est chauffé à la température d'un fil de chaîne fusible (20b), température inférieure à la température de fusion des autres fils (20, 20a, 18) de la bande de tissu.
  13. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 9 à 12,
    caractérisé en ce que
    de part et d'autre de l'outil de coupe (16), il est prévu un dispositif d'extraction (26, 28) et un organe de déviation (22, 24) pour extraire des fils de chaîne (20a).
  14. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 9 à 13,
    caractérisé en ce que
