Claims (10)
- Maschine nach Art derer, die die adiabatische Energieumwandlung nutzen, mit einer Stempelhebevorrichtung, wobei die Maschine einen Arbeitstisch, ein den Stempel tragendes Gehäuse, einen Stempel und Hubzylinder für den Stempel umfasst, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Arbeitstisch (20) und der Führungsblock (24) des Stempels so beschaffen sind, um Mittel für die Positionierung und Verschiebung von Hebestößelpaaren (23-30) zu bilden, die jeweils zwei und zwei ausgerichtet sind und von Zylindern (21) geführt werden, die unter dem Arbeitstisch (20) der Maschine angeordnet sind, wobei der obere im Führungsgehäuse verschiebliche Stößel (30) geeignet ist, mit dem Stempel zusammenzuwirken, um ihn in bestimmten Arbeitsphasen anzuheben.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Arbeitstisch (20) von der Unterseite ausgehend auf ganzer Höhe senkrechte Kavitäten (20a) aufweist, von denen drei spezielle Zonen (20a1 - 20a2 - 20a3) beschrieben werden:- eine Zone (20a1) als Sitz für die Durchführung der Stange (21a) eines Zylinders (21), dessen Endstück einen Auflage- und Schubsockel (21b) aufnimmt;- im Anschluss an die vorherige und in deren senkrechter Fortsetzung eine Zone (20a2), die auf einer großen Länge ausgeführt ist und die Durchführung und Führung eines ersten Hebestößelelements (23) ermöglicht;- eine obere Zone (20a3) in axialer Fortsetzung der vorherigen mit einem breiteren Querschnitt als der Querschnitt der darunter liegenden Zone (20a2), um auf diese Weise die kontrollierte Verschiebung des oberen Teils des Stößelelements (23) zu ermöglichen;
und dass die Verbindung zwischen den Zonen (20a2) und (20a3) mit unterschiedlichem Querschnitt eben dadurch eine Auflage- und Rückhalteebene (20d) als Anschlag des Hebestößelelements (23) bildet. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zylinder (21) vertikal auf zweckmäßige Weise gegenüber der zugewandten Unterseite des besagten Tisches befestigt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Stößelelement (23) in Form einer zylindrischen Stange oder mit einem anderen Querschnitt ausgeführt ist,
und dass sich das untere Ende (23a) gegenüber dem Auflagesockel (21 b) des Zylinders (21) befindet,
und dass sein oberes Ende (23b) leicht rückspringend mit einem peripheren Ansatz (23c) mit größerem Querschnitt beschaffen ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Hebestößelelement (23) in einer Situation, in der es vom Zylinder (21) nicht aktiv beansprucht wird, auf dem Anschlag (20d) aufliegt,
und dass das obere Ende des Hebestößelelements einen geringfügigen Rücksprung gegenüber der oberen waagrechten Ebene des Arbeitstisches der Maschine aufweist, also nicht übersteht. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anzahl der Zylinder (21) und damit die Anzahl der Hebestößelelemente (23) vorher festgelegt ist,
und dass die Stößelelemente (23) und ihre Aufnahmekavität die im Tisch der Maschine ausgeformte Kavität (20e) für die Abführung der ausgestanzten Teile der bearbeiteten Platte umgeben. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2-6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Führungsgehäuse (24) des Stempels mit mehreren senkrecht durchquerenden Löchern (29) beschaffen ist, und zwar axial fluchtend zu jeder der im Arbeitstisch ausgeformten und die Durchführung der Hebestößelelemente (23) erlaubenden Kavitäten (20a),
und dass die Löcher (29), deren Anzahl mit derjenigen der darunter liegenden Kavitäten (20a) identisch ist, die Positionierung des zweiten Hebestößelelements (30) erlauben. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Stößelelement (30) länger ist als die Höhe des Führungsgehäuses des Stempels, so dass es in der oberen Ebene vorsteht, wobei der Schulterkopf (30a) einen größeren Querschnitt besitzt als das im Führungsgehäuse integrierte Teil,
und dass der besagte Kopf (30a) auf der waagrechten Oberseite des Führungsgehäuses - in unterer Stellung - aufliegt,
und dass das untere Ende (30b) des Stößelelements (30) nicht über die untere waagrechte Ebene der Stempelführungseinrichtung hinausragt,
und dass die Stößelelemente (30) so angeordnet sind, dass sie unten dem Kopf (25a) des Stempels zugewandt sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der obere Stößel (30) geeignet ist, sich unter dem Kopf des Stempels zu positionieren, um den Zylinder anzuheben.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der obere Stößel (30) geeignet ist, sich unter dem Einschlagkeil zu positionieren, auf dem sich der Kopf des Zylinders abstützt, um den besagten Zylinder anzuheben.
