Definitions
- the invention relates to a decorative, eg. Colored and / or graphically designed, wall element forming, an acoustic material and a visible side having acoustic absorber.
- Such acoustic absorbers have already become known, in an embodiment in which a canvas providing the decoration, similar to a conventional image, is stretched above an acoustic absorber, covering it on the visible side. It is, as it were, a picture with an acoustic absorber arranged behind it.
- the known, the wall element forming acoustic absorber is relatively complex. It is looking for a simple, but the desired function readily performing construction.
- the invention has the object to provide a designed as a decorative wall element acoustic absorber, which provides the desired decoration options with a simple structure.
- acoustic material is laminated on the visible side with a nonwoven layer, wherein the nonwoven layer is printed.
- a uniform acoustic absorber is created which is captively connected to the nonwoven layer.
- the inherent porosity of the nonwoven layer does not hinder the acoustical efficiency of the acoustic absorber immediately below the nonwoven layer.
- a fleece can be chosen that can be printed on the same good as paper or canvas.
- the fact that the nonwoven layer is arrested with the acoustic material, such a wall element, such as Printing or other graphic design can also be handled as a single element.
- the fleece layer is provided on the visible side anyway. It can also be provided on the opposite side and / or peripheral edge sides.
- the acoustic material is a foam.
- a foam is usually an open-pore or at least sufficiently open-pored foam used to achieve the desired sound absorption.
- the acoustic material consists of melamine resin foam.
- Melamine resin foam is a virtually 100% open-pored foam.
- the thickness of the acoustic material is preferably selected in the range of 10 to 50 mm, further in the range of 20 to 40 mm.
- the acoustic material is further preferably received in a frame.
- a frame For example, a metal frame.
- an aluminum frame offers itself.
- the frame is angled or U-shaped in cross-section, in any case on the visible side of a certain attack on the acoustic material, just to ensure against falling out, is given.
- the aforementioned nonwoven layer can also be provided so that it also provides a desired increase in the inherent stability of the acoustic material, so that relatively large cantilevered areas within the frame are possible.
- the frame can be so large that an effective acoustic surface in the range of 1 to 4 square meters, preferably in the range of 1.5 to 4 square meters results.
- the invention further relates to a method for producing a decorative, for example, colored and / or graphically designed wall element having an acoustic material and serves as an acoustic absorber.
- the object of the invention is to provide a method for producing a decorative wall element having an acoustic material, with which the wall element can be produced in a rational and qualitatively constant manner.
- the initially made lamination of the nonwoven material with the acoustic material can achieve that the laminating process carried out at relatively high temperatures, for example at temperatures in the range of 80 to 150 ° C, can be used for the connection between the nonwoven material and the acoustic material, without thereby reducing the decorative Design of the visible side of the wall element is impaired. Because the decorative design is only afterwards, after the laminating process, carried out, by a print.
- the thus modified acoustic material is printed by an inkjet printer.
- ink which is nonflammable and / or not sensitive to ultraviolet radiation.
- the lamination as such can be achieved by already provided in the nonwoven thermoplastic fibers which soften, in which case the nonwoven fabric can be brought in the softened state of the fibers against the foam, so that is given after cooling the desired intimate bond. But it can also be used in the foam material existing thermoplastic material.
- the then decorative decorative designed acoustic material, the composite of foam and nonwoven, preferably a melamine resin foam as already mentioned above with regard to the subject description of the invention is then suitably taken in a frame, with the help of which frame, the wall element then hung on a wall or can be fastened.
- an acoustic absorber 1 which consists of a composite taken in a frame of an open-celled melamine resin foam 3 and introduced on the visible side of the absorber fleece 4.
- the fleece 4 is printed, the graph being indicated at 5.
- the frame 2 is an aluminum frame, which has a U-profile in the usual way in cross-section, so the acoustic material 3, front and rear shoe-like overlaps to the bracket.
- the acoustic absorber 1 is attached to a wall, not shown, by means of fastening elements, for example, in the wall pegged hooks by hanging.
- the fleece 4 is a glass fiber fleece, which is also coated, namely aluminum-hydroxide coated in the embodiment.
- the fleece has a basis weight of 200g per square meter. It is arrested by thermoclay points with the melamine resin foam 3 over the entire surface.
- thermoplastic constituents of the nonwoven and / or of the foam are heated to above their point of plasticity and, after some compression of the two elements, the nonwoven layer 4 and the melamine resin foam 3, the adhesion is achieved after cooling.
- the composite produced in this way is entered into a printing machine 7, which is also shown here only schematically.
- a printing carriage 8 moves relative to the inserted therein composite of fleece 4 and foam 3.
- the desired decorative design 5 can be applied.
- the composite thus produced is further, which is not shown here in detail, then surrounded with the frame 2 and optionally suspended on a wall or ceiling.

Abstract
Description
- Hierbei zeigt:
- Fig. 1
- eine Frontalansicht eines als Wandelement dienenden Akustikabsorbers;
- Fig. 2
- einen Querschnitt durch den Gegenstand gemäß Fig. 1, geschnitten entlang der Linie I - I;
- Fig. 3
- eine Herausvergrößerung des Bereiches III - III in Fig. 2 und
