Durch die gezielte Abstimmung zwischen dem Wagenkasten-Rohbau und den brandschutztechnischen Portalverkleidungen, welche von der Fahrzeugaußenseite demontierbar gestaltet sind, ist ein System geschaffen, dass eine einfache Demontage des Türflügels von der Fahrzeugaußenseite ermöglicht, ohne Entfernung wesentlicher Innenanbauteile. Vor allem für den Fahrzeugbetreiber ergibt sich daraus bei etwaigem Tausch eines Türflügels eine kurze Reparaturzeit, die sich günstig auf die Verfügbarkeit des Fahrzeuges auswirkt. Die technischen Anforderungen, speziell des Brandschutzes, werden nach der Montage wieder erfüllt. Um den Türflügel der Schiebetür 1 vom Übergang 5 bzw. 6 leicht ein- und ausbauen zu können, ist eine mit der Schiebetür 1 zusammenwirkende Portalverkleidung 2 so angebracht, dass sie von der aus Fahrzeugaußenseite zu demontieren ist.
