Es ist ein Schienenfahrzeug 10 dargestellt, welches an seiner Stirnseite eine Schienenfahrzeugnotausstiegstüreinheit umfasst. Von dem Schienenfahrzeug 10 sind nur wesentliche Bauteile, insbesondere das Untergestell und die Front mit einer Frontmaske gezeigt, da nur diese Bauteile in Bezug zu gegenständlicher Erfindung stehen. Die Schienenfahrzeugnotausstiegstüreinheit umfasst einen oberen Türteil 3, einen unteren Türteil 4 und einen Türrahmen 2. Der obere Türteil 3 und der untere Türteil 4 sind an dem Türrahmen 2 jeweils mit Drehgelenken beweglich verbunden und können geöffnet und geschlossen werden. Der obere Türteil 3 ist mittels Federeinrichtungen 9 in geöffneter Lage gehalten. Der untere Türteil 4 ist als begehbare Platte ausgeführt und kann betreten werden, das entsprechende Drehgelenk ist so ausgeführt, dass es die zu erwartenden mechanischen Belastungen sicher übertragen kann. Weiters umfasst der untere Türteil eine klappbare Rampe, welche in Fig.2 in eingeklappter, also nicht sichtbarer Position dargestellt ist. Es ist das Schienenfahrzeug 10 aus Fig.2 in einer Seitenansicht dargestellt, wobei die klappbare Rampe 5 in ausgeklappter Position gezeigt ist. Die klappbare Rampe 5 umfasst in gezeigtem Ausführungsbeispiel drei Trittplatten 8. Das Gelenk, welches die Drehbeweglichkeit des unteren Türteils 4 gegenüber dem Rahmen 2 gewährleistet ist dabei stärker in Richtung des Gleisbettniveaus 11 gewinkelt als bei der in Fig.2 gezeigten alleinigen Ausklappung des unteren Türteils. Die Trittplatten 8 bilden in ausgeklappter Position einen biegefesten und begehbaren Verbund. Dazu sind an den Verbindungsstellen zwischen den Trittplatten 8 und an der Verbindungsstelle der ersten Trittplatte 8 mit dem unteren Türteil 4 Verriegelungen vorgesehen, welche beim Ausklappen der Trittplatten 8 bei dem Erreichen eines bestimmten Winkels zwischen den Trittplatten, bzw. dem unteren Türteil eine biegefeste Verbindung herstellen. Eine weitere Ausführungsform sieht vor, den unteren Türteil 4 im Wesentlichen waagrecht auszuklappen und die klappbare Rampe 5 in ausgeklappter Position zu dem unteren Türteil 4 gewinkelt einzusetzen, da solcherart das Drehgelenk zwischen dem Türrahmen 2 und dem unteren Türteil 4 vereinfacht ausgeführt werden kann.
Fig.3 stellt die Evakuierung von Passagieren auf das Gleisbettniveau 11 dar.

In gezeigtem Ausführungsbeispiel ist die Fahrzeugstruktur 16 aus einem GFK Material ausgeführt. Dadurch ist die Schraubverbindung 15 so auszuführen, dass Spannungsrisse das GFK verhindert werden. Dies erfolgt durch eine möglichst großflächige Krafteinleitung in das GFK Material. Dazu ist die Schraubverbindung 15 als Durchsteckschraubverbindung ausgeführt, wobei auf Seiten des GFK Materials ausschließlich eine Bohrung und Auflageflächen für metallische Unterlegebauteile vorgesehen sind. Der obere Türteil 3 ist auch aus einem Hohlprofil aufgebaut und umfasst eine Aufnahme für eine Scheibe 12. Der Türteil 3 ist mittels eines Drehgelenks 7, welches eine Drehachse 14 umfasst drehbar an dem Türrahmen 2 gelagert. Das Drehgelenk 7 ist mittels einer Dichtung 13 geschützt. Es ist, stark abstrahiert, das der Erfindung zugrundeliegende Konstruktionsprinzip als Schnittdarstellung gezeigt. Eine Schienenfahrzeugnotausstiegstüreinheit 1 umfasst einen Türrahmen 2, einen oberen Türteil 3, einen unteren Türteil 4 und eine klappbare Rampe 5. Der obere Türteil 3 ist an der dachseitigen Kante des Türrahmens 2 mittels eines Drehgelenks 7 mit dem Türrahmen 2 drehbar verbunden. Der untere Türteil 4 ist an der fahrgestellseitigen Kante des Türrahmens 2 mittels eines Drehgelenks 7 mit dem Türrahmen 2 drehbar verbunden Ein Verschluß 6 verbindet den oberen Türteil 3 und den unteren Türteil 4 in geschlossener Position der Schienenfahrzeugnotausstiegstüreinheit 1. Dieser Verschluß 6 ist so gestalten, das er bei Evakuierungsbedarf rasch und einfach gelöst werden kann und solcherart die Drehbeweglichkeit des oberen Türteils 3 und des unteren Türteils 4 freigibt. Dazu ist eine Öffnungseinrichtung 17 vorgesehen, welche es rasch und einfach und insbesondere auch ungeschulten Personen ermöglicht die Notausstiegstür zu öffnen. Der obere Türteil 3 umfasst vorzugsweise eine Scheibe 12 der Außenverglasung. Der untere Türteil 4 ist mit einer klappbaren Rampe 5 ausgestattet, welche Trittplatten 8 umfasst die zu einem biegefesten Verbund verbunden werden können. Weiters ist der untere Türteil 4 mit einer Spaltüberbrückung 18 ausgestattet, welche mittels eines Drehgelenks an der in geschlossenem Zustand der Notausstiegstür innenliegenden Trittplatte 8 drehbar gelagert ist. Dabei sind in geschlossener Position der Türe die Trittplatten 8 der klappbaren Rampe 5 schneckenförmig bzw. spiralförmig angeordnet, bzw. so miteinander mittels Drehgelenken verbunden, dass sie schneckenförmig bzw. spiralförmig eingeklappt angeordnet sind. Dadurch kann die Rampe vom Passagierraum aus aufgebaut werden. Figure 7 shows by way of example and schematically a rail vehicle emergency exit door unit 1 in the closed position. Die Spaltüberbrückungseinrichtung 18 ist sowohl in eingeklappten Zustand 18 als auch in ausgeklappten Zustand 18a dargestellt. Claims (7)

  1. Emergency exit unit for a rail vehicle (1), which is designed for releasable attachment to an end face of a rail vehicle (10) and which comprises a door frame (2), an upper door part (3) and a lower door part (4), characterised in that
    the upper door part (3) is rotatably mounted at the roof-side edge of the door frame (2) and the lower door part (4) is rotatably mounted at the chassis-side edge of the door frame (2), and that at least one bolted connection is provided for attaching the emergency exit unit for a rail vehicle (1) at an end face of a rail vehicle (10), and wherein the lower door part (4) comprises a foldable ramp (5) composed of at least two tread plates (8), wherein the tread plates (8) of the foldable ramp (5) are connected to each other by means of rotating joints and the maximum rotational angle of said rotating joints is mechanically limited.
  2. Emergency exit unit for a rail vehicle (1) according to claim 1, characterised in that the upper door part (3) comprises a pane (12) of the outer glazing.
  3. Emergency exit unit for a rail vehicle (1) according to one of claims 1 or 2, characterised in that the upper door part (3) in the open position is held in said open position by means of a spring device (9).
  4. Emergency exit unit for a rail vehicle (1) according to claim 3, characterised in that the tread plates (8) of the foldable ramp (5) in the closed position of the lower door part are arranged helically or spirally.
